The staff working behind the scenes at OfferingTree are phenomenal. They are always quick to answer my questions and/or service requests. When we were switching over to OT from Wix, they held my hand the whole way and it was so easy to move our clients and their passes over (and when there was a minor hiccup, they helped me solve it). I also like that I've been able to customize the booking software and my website to suit our unique needs as a non-profit, sliding scale studio. What do you dislike about OfferingTree? I find the plug-and-play aspect of the website to sometimes be a bit limiting and clunky. I moved from Wix to OT for ethical reasons, and the only thing I missed about Wix was the website building interface was much more advanced and customizable. But I've been able to figure out workarounds for most everything I want to do with the website, and the pros of working with OT definitely outweigh this minor setback.
