Offering Tree has everything I need in one package so I don't have to use multiple providers. Offering tree is my website, point of sale, crm, marketing automation, email platform, blog and provides reports. The ability to have an on demand library of videos is another big bonus that others may not offer. They even provide templates for individuals who aren't sure where to start. Offering Tree is continually improving their software and I love that they are located in the United States. It is also super easy to get started. You could literally have your business up in running in a matter of days. I also believe the pricing is reasonable and did a thorough market comparison before going with them as I was a marketing technoloyg manager in my former life. They don't offer a way to get an address in the registration or purchase process which makes direct mail campaigns impossible and more steps to mail something to someone.

The lead capture pop up has limited capabilities as it is either on or off on all pages whreas it would be helpful to have different pop ups for different pages. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It probably wasn't the most cost-effective solution for someone in my shoes. I've launched an independent yoga business instead of a studio, so it's going to take time and a lot of work to get students into my business and to pay off the annual fee. I think this would be a great solution for studio owners who don't want to use profit-sharing (stealing) platforms like Mindbody or Vagaro. But it's incredibly pricey for independent yoga teachers. I have been struggling with the scheduling. I am unsure how to use it in place of alternative calendar app services. An option for scheduling I would like is to have the option of i.e the 3rd Sunday of the month for a scheduled class. Since each month is different , every 3 weeks does not always line up and I have needed to go into my schedule to place it specifically where I want and delete where it was placed. I am a solopreneur. Offeringtree makes it easy for me to do things that larger companies do with more people. Everything is integrated— the website, newsletter, blog, and class registration…I can also add a store and automations. At one time, I was considering doing private sessions and the private calendar option did not work with my personal calendar. I wound up not teaching privates anyway, but that would have been something I would have had to go to another software for. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

One thing I’d love to improve is the way the on-demand video library is displayed. Right now, the video cards feel bulky and visually unappealing; they function fine, but the overall look is a bit overwhelming. Personally, I’d prefer a more modern, “Netflix-style” layout instead.

I also wish the store were completely separated from the on-demand library. In the client view, it currently shows as “Online Store,” which is confusing — something like “Videos” or “On-Demand Library” would make the purpose much clearer.

I also wish the instructional text inside the client account were clearer. For example, right now it says:

“My Membership Access — Your purchased memberships and packages provide access to the events, appointments, and online items shown below.”

When browsing the video library, it would be much more helpful to display guidance about how to navigate — something like:

“Use the filters to search classes by focus, length, or difficulty. Looking for something specific? Type keywords like ‘breathwork’ in the search bar to quickly find what you need.” Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
