Worst UI experience **Rating:** 2.0/5.0 stars **Reviewed by:** Adrian G. | Chief Operations Officer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.) **Reviewed Date:** June 20, 2023 **What do you like best about Odoo ERP?** I like that has loads of modules like accounting, inventory, projects etc but i found the correlation between the modules could be better. Dashboards and analytics are average. Altough i had a bad experience with it in the past I returned to ODOO17 as it has better UI design now. **What do you dislike about Odoo ERP?** You still need to hire a developer for customisation and custom plugins for the community edition. Enterprise pricing plans could be better, especially for SME's with 2-3 users only **What problems is Odoo ERP solving and how is that benefiting you?** Company management, accounting, inventories, customer communication ### 2. It works **Rating:** 1.5/5.0 stars **Reviewed by:** Wout T. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.) **Reviewed Date:** June 21, 2023 **What do you like best about Odoo ERP?** It has all the different business functions I could want covered **What do you dislike about Odoo ERP?** I find the software could be much more user friendly and the interface more polished than it currently than it currently is there is a lot of jumping around between different apps required and finding all the different options can be a challenge. My main issue though is features and apps are being shipped before they are ready. I have seen basic things like some buttons not translated in the inventory app. More importantly I raised an issue with support that the knowledge app lacked autosave so if one refreshed the page some things may not be saved. This is a pretty basic functionality for cloud based apps. Support answered my ticket quickly but 3 months in this issue has not been resolved It is much easier to get in touch with a sales person and have had two follow up calls and numerous emails though I feel these resources would be better spent on IT and that the company is more concerned with selling the product now at the cost of future development. The software works fine besides thsese issues but I can't give more than 2 stars as I don't expect these kind of issues from a more mature product with the resoruces that Odoo has. **What problems is Odoo ERP solving and how is that benefiting you?** I can record supply chain information and calculate prices. ## Odoo ERP Discussions -
