**What do you like best about Nuvola?**

The Nuvola system is especially very good for large operations. You do not need to call anyone. You can easily connect to the department you need for any specific request

**What do you dislike about Nuvola?**

So far, I have not encountered any missing or problematic features. The only issue was that the system requires codes when logging in, and changing those codes was a bit complicated because it takes some time. That part just took a little longer. Especially in large operations and during busy periods, if a problem occurs, for example, with cleaning or a technical issue, you need to report it very quickly. In those moments, dealing with codes and logging in again can take extra time

**What problems is Nuvola solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I am not sure if there is a facial recognition feature, but logging in with Face ID would be much easier. Being able to log in quickly and access the departments immediately would be very helpful. I mention this because I work in a very large organization with at least 500 employees, and naturally there are a very large number of departments. You have to select them one by one. Among dozens of departments, you need to choose the one that best fits your specific request

It is a simple software to use, which guides in the completion of the relevant sections. It is structured in an intuitive manner.

Often too much layering to reach the desired section, but nothing important

Organization and simplicity of data entry
