**What do you like best about Xperium by RepUp?**

The software helps in providing data-driven, self-learning marketing automation that lets one build the guest and prospect database from existing data sources, design and automate ones marketing communications and evaluate the guests feedback though our extensive reporting system. 

**What do you dislike about Xperium by RepUp?**

The reporting lacks the option to view the social profiles of people who will open the email. 

**Recommendations to others considering Xperium by RepUp:**

I would reommend it to any hospitality manages this is because it allows quick and easy gathering of feedback from ones guest and actively manage one's online reputation.

The software has helped to bring together rear time user insights,  an advanced segmentation engine and easy-to-use marketing tools in one mobile marketing platform.

**What do you like best about Xperium by RepUp?**

I love the sentiment analysis that repup has. Their system can really pinpoint the places where my hotel needs improvement. I just need to go to their dashboard and download the report and see what people complain about the most and fix it. Their system is fully automatic, I do not need to do anything manually to see the results

**What do you dislike about Xperium by RepUp?**

I would also want the system to create automatic tickets if there is any negative mentions

**Recommendations to others considering Xperium by RepUp:**

if you are struggling to know what to fix in your hotel and dont have a reference point, Repup solution will give you a direction. Their sentiment analysys is to the point, I am not sure if it is the best which they claim because i have not used other systems but their sentiment is accurate.

**What problems is Xperium by RepUp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have been able to reduce the turn around time of fixing issues by 60%, we are also able to cater to more complaints against us. We have definitely seen these being reflected on our online channel performance in terms of better ratings and increased bookings.

**What do you like best about Xperium by RepUp?**

I really liked the ability to seamlessly reply to all the reviews. They have a special feature to save various reply templates that you can use again and again. we have saved various reply templates for positive reviews and also certain templates for negative reviews, Also I liked the feature where even after using the template I have the ability to edit the template and customize the reply before posting it. We mostly respond to Tripadvisor, booking.com, goibibo and recently started replying to MakeMyTrip reviews.

**What do you dislike about Xperium by RepUp?**

I would really like if they also had more saved templates for a reply to negative mentions, sometimes its really difficult to sit down and frame replies for each negative case.

**Recommendations to others considering Xperium by RepUp:**

I would recommend repup if you have multiple properties and you have to login every day to multiple review sites. repup will save you a lot of time and you can focus on the operational tasks more efficiently with that time.

**What problems is Xperium by RepUp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have limited number of staff and are very busy with our regular operational work.since we have more than 10+ properties, we wanted a central dashboard that could provide us all the review data in a single place and reply from there. After using repup we did not have to login to 20 different OTAs for each property. it saves us atleast 2 hours a day which is huge. Also when our management asks for a report we can download it with just a click of a button.

**What do you like best about Xperium by RepUp?**

We wanted an email marketing solution that focused on hotels and understood the hotel customer. Repup provided the right platform through which we could create super effective email templates with ease. They have a drag and drop email builder that takes just a few minutes to build. They save us a lot of time and energy.

**What do you dislike about Xperium by RepUp?**

The reporting should also have an option to view social profiles of people who opened the email

**Recommendations to others considering Xperium by RepUp:**

I would want to recommend repup to marketing teams that want to have access to creating quick templates and do not want to manuallly upload data. They have an option to connect with your PMS and trust me it saves a lot of time.

**What problems is Xperium by RepUp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Previously we were using a generic email marketing tool whose cost was really high and we had to manually create a list of all the people we wanted to send the email to. Repup provided an alternate solution that had a lower cost than our current solution and also provided the option to connect to the PMS. Once connected to the PMS we were able to send automated and highly effective emails to guest in minutes. Our time from ideation to execution became almost half.

**What do you like best about Xperium by RepUp?**

Ability to track online performance in real time is the feature i like the most. They have integration of all the OTAs, Review sites and social channels we are listed on. On a daily basis I do not need to login to multiple wesites to check my performance anymore. All review data in one place can be analysed and worked on from the same platform. It saves us time and energy to redo the entire review analyis on an excel sheet and then comparing them month on month

**What do you dislike about Xperium by RepUp?**

A little bit more customization on the home screen would have been great.

**Recommendations to others considering Xperium by RepUp:**

Teams that are serious about their online reviews and dont to leave any stones unturned should definitely use their platform

Our entire hotel team wanted to be on the same page to understand the guest experience, Until repup we were unaware of what process to follow, we tried various manual processes but none of them worked. Now i can just login and see all guest reviews and forward it to my entire team for discussion on negative reviews.

**What do you like best about Xperium by RepUp?**

We loved the internal feedback module of RepUp Marketing Cloud. After implementing RepUp, it became much easier for us to create survey forms with many customisable options. Since the forms are fully customisable, we added our own logo and questions that we thought would be important to evaluate the guest experience. Due to RepUp's easy integration , we could collect on-site guest feedback from tablets or cellphones.

**What do you dislike about Xperium by RepUp?**

Nothing as of now! We like every bit of it

**Recommendations to others considering Xperium by RepUp:**

RepUp is necessary to keep up with the guest expectations. It will the most user friendly and cost effective Marketing module in the market right now, if you plan to go ahead with the solution make sure you ask them to create a sample feedback for you. i loved the overall design of the sample they created for my hotel.

**What problems is Xperium by RepUp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Prior to RepUp, we were using paper based feedback forms. They were time consuming for guests to fill up and instant reporting was not possible as we had to collect them from guests and then update them in a excel to evaluate them later. Also, due to the hectic process of filling up the forms, most of the guests did-not enjoy filling them up. RepUp's marketing cloud has changed all of that. We now collect on-site guest feedbacks directly from tablets or phones of the guests. It enables us to save a lot of paperwork and provides instantaneous feedback reports.

**What do you like best about Xperium by RepUp?**

The best feature of RepUps is the easy to reply option to reviews. In almost all other tools, if you click on reply to reviews on various OTAs from the dashboard, they direct you to the OTA website. This is where RepUp excels. It lets you focus on 140+ OTAs and reply without being redirected towards their website. Instead, you can simply click on reply and manage your reviews and replies from a single dashboard.

**What do you dislike about Xperium by RepUp?**

If they could also have a few saved positive and negative templates, it would really help us.

**Recommendations to others considering Xperium by RepUp:**

Will definitely recommend RepUp especially if your hotel has a large base of seasonal guests. The review management module is essential for any hotel during the holiday season because of the sheer volume of reviews than needs to be attended during this time.

**What problems is Xperium by RepUp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Previously we had to reply every guest review across different OTAs manually. It was very time consuming. RepUP's single dashboard solution helped us save a lot of time and increased our efficiency. Post implementing RepUp, we cut our response time to half and increased our review response rate across various OTAs by almost 60%. This gave us a better idea of what the guests were actually talking about and helped us identify our strong & weak points.

**What do you like best about Xperium by RepUp?**

Their integration with TripAdvisor is a neat and useful feature. It lets guests upload guest reviews at the property without them having to download the TripAdvisor app on their phone. We increased our total review volumes by 20% over the last few months due to this. Also, if users write a review from repup platform they do not have to sign in or create an account. This is the main reason why we get a lot of reviews. 

**What do you dislike about Xperium by RepUp?**

Not many cons that we could find. We'd like to see the loading time of the dashboard to be reduced a bit to be honest

**Recommendations to others considering Xperium by RepUp:**

RepUp marketing cloud is essential in the hospitality industry. They have a fantastic after sales support too. If you are running a boutique hotel and is too dependent on guest reviews, I recommend you consider trying repup.

**What problems is Xperium by RepUp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

"We are mostly working on a steady influx of reviews via the repup platform. Apart from this, we are also using repup to run automated and personalized email campaigns to help us with precision based guest targeting. Two benefits so far that we've noticed
1. An increment in numbers of reviews on Tripadvisor and also better rankings
2. Automated marketing is helping us with loyalty building and encouraging our guests to book directly from our official website, cutting down OTA commissions and saving 14-15% commission revenue."

**What do you like best about Xperium by RepUp?**

RepUp's competitor and performance analytics reports are the best features of the marketing cloud platform. Since the reports provided detailed insights of each hotel departments and our past performances, it became a lot easy to identify our pain points and take rectifying actions. I also liked the feedback and issue resolution module because it helped us with addressing any guest related problems in realtime as soon as any negative issues came into light.

**What do you dislike about Xperium by RepUp?**

It would have been great if there were options to add more than 7 competitors on the dashboard. 

**Recommendations to others considering Xperium by RepUp:**

If you are running a hotel, you should consider using RepUp's marketing cloud. It is efficient, easy to use and is much more budget friendly than the other tools in the market. Absolutely essential if you are looking forward to generating more volume of guest reviews or planning to rank higher on OTAs and review sites  such as Tripadvisor.

**What problems is Xperium by RepUp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before RepUp, it was difficult getting a birds eye status report of our hotels. It was even harder to get a solid competitors analysis and see what steps are they taking. After implementing RepUp's marketing cloud platform such endeavours have become much more easier. With RepUp's clear performance and competitor's benchmarking reports, we get data centric view of all of our properties. It has helped us with understanding which sectors of our hotels are performing poorly and what we can do to fix it.

The simple and modificable platform that suits my company needs (eveyrthing's is just 1 click away) and great support from customer relation officer too

Nothing in particular, just some thing that need improvement and also integration to other OTA's
