The reporting lacks the option to view the social profiles of people who will open the email. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I love the sentiment analysis that repup has. Their system can really pinpoint the places where my hotel needs improvement. I just need to go to their dashboard and download the report and see what people complain about the most and fix it. Their system is fully automatic, I do not need to do anything manually to see the results Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I would also want the system to create automatic tickets if there is any negative mentions Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I really liked the ability to seamlessly reply to all the reviews. They have a special feature to save various reply templates that you can use again and again. we have saved various reply templates for positive reviews and also certain templates for negative reviews, Also I liked the feature where even after using the template I have the ability to edit the template and customize the reply before posting it. We mostly respond to Tripadvisor, booking.com, goibibo and recently started replying to MakeMyTrip reviews. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We wanted an email marketing solution that focused on hotels and understood the hotel customer. Repup provided the right platform through which we could create super effective email templates with ease. They have a drag and drop email builder that takes just a few minutes to build. Ability to track online performance in real time is the feature i like the most. They have integration of all the OTAs, Review sites and social channels we are listed on. On a daily basis I do not need to login to multiple wesites to check my performance anymore. All review data in one place can be analysed and worked on from the same platform. It saves us time and energy to redo the entire review analyis on an excel sheet and then comparing them month on month Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We loved the internal feedback module of RepUp Marketing Cloud. After implementing RepUp, it became much easier for us to create survey forms with many customisable options. Since the forms are fully customisable, we added our own logo and questions that we thought would be important to evaluate the guest experience. The best feature of RepUps is the easy to reply option to reviews. In almost all other tools, if you click on reply to reviews on various OTAs from the dashboard, they direct you to the OTA website. This is where RepUp excels. It lets you focus on 140+ OTAs and reply without being redirected towards their website. Their integration with TripAdvisor is a neat and useful feature. It lets guests upload guest reviews at the property without them having to download the TripAdvisor app on their phone. We increased our total review volumes by 20% over the last few months due to this. Also, if users write a review from repup platform they do not have to sign in or create an account. RepUp's competitor and performance analytics reports are the best features of the marketing cloud platform. Since the reports provided detailed insights of each hotel departments and our past performances, it became a lot easy to identify our pain points and take rectifying actions. I also liked the feedback and issue resolution module because it helped us with addressing any guest related problems in realtime as soon as any negative issues came into light.
