What do you like best about GuestTouch?

Guesttouch let's us directly interact with our guests and also further increase the level at which we can track what our guests are saying about us. No complaints! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about GuestTouch?

Nothing really in particular, we would like some form of native upselling module. But, asking for an added functionality isn't really disliking the current product Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about GuestTouch?

Unique features not found in higher per month priced competitors.

Simple and flexible pricing model.

Ease of use and not much staff training required.

Created seamless guest communication pre, during and post stay.

Love the guest journey features as well as broadcast feature.

Integration with PMS possible to make tech stack work hand in hand.

Ability to generate higher % of positive guest ratings on Google and TripAdvisor organically through their unique methodology without any unscrupulous tactics.

Guests feel more at ease communicating via text and can allow for problems to be mitigated during a stay as opposed to after they leave the property.

What do you dislike about GuestTouch?

What do you like best about GuestTouch?

GuestTouch has certainly made my life easy. With so many things on my to-do list, it is nice to have a reliable helping hand that promptly responds to all of my guest reviews. I never have to worry about the verbiage, and if I want to make a little edit to personalize the reply, they make it so easy for me. Definitely a service worth having! What do you like best about GuestTouch?

It is very user-friendly, and the automation feature is killing it. It will allow you to connect with your guest seamlessly and make them happy by providing solutions to their issues/ easy guide for all their questions. What do you like best about GuestTouch?

I like that it is simple to use and doesn't complicate the SMS process. I love that I can use it on a browser or through an app on my phone! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
