**What do you like best about GuestTouch?**

Guesttouch let's us directly interact with our guests and also further increase the level at which we can track what our guests are saying about us. No complaints!

**What do you dislike about GuestTouch?**

Nothing really in particular, we would like some form of native upselling module. But, asking for an added functionality isn't really disliking the current product

**What problems is GuestTouch solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Keeping in touch and making sure we have done a good job with our guests

**What do you like best about GuestTouch?**

Unique features not found in higher per month priced competitors.

Simple and flexible pricing model.

Ease of use and not much staff training required.

Created seamless guest communication pre, during and post stay.

Love the guest journey features as well as broadcast feature. 

Integration with PMS possible to make tech stack work hand in hand.

Ability to generate higher % of positive guest ratings on Google and TripAdvisor organically through their unique methodology without any unscrupulous tactics.

Guests feel more at ease communicating via text and can allow for problems to be mitigated during a stay as opposed to after they leave the property.

Systems allows for creative use cases and automation saving administrative man hours.

**What do you dislike about GuestTouch?**

No downsides. Great tool. Only problem could occur if tool is not used appropriately.

As a small hotel it allows us to automate tasks on a daily basis related to guest communication. This also leads to greater guest satisfaction.

**What do you like best about GuestTouch?**

GuestTouch has certainly made my life easy. With so many things on my to-do list, it is nice to have a reliable helping hand that promptly responds to all of my guest reviews. I never have to worry about the verbiage, and if I want to make a little edit to personalize the reply, they make it so easy for me.   Definitely a service worth having! I don't know how I got by all the years without them.

Time is always a challenge and reviews never stop. It is so important to reply to your clientele and Guest Touch is helping me to that

It makes life so much easier to communicate with the guest and the hotel 
it is easy to use, generate reviews and manage all my reviwes easily

**What do you dislike about GuestTouch?**

Some of my guests are international customers. In that they are already incorporating WhatsApp and email  - so there is nothing to dislike in this area.

**What problems is GuestTouch solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Being able to connect, communicate with our guests and collect more and track and manage all my guest reviews makes it all very easy.

**What do you like best about GuestTouch?**

It is very user-friendly, and the automation feature is killing it. It will allow you to connect with your guest seamlessly and make them happy by providing solutions to their issues/ easy guide for all their questions. You can also use the text feature for your employees to coordinate schedules or any problems you have.

**What do you dislike about GuestTouch?**

Unfortunately, nothing which I don't like. I like all the features which GuestTouch provides.

**What problems is GuestTouch solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Being at the front desk at the hotel, sometimes it is hectic to meet every customer's demand and make them happy, but the automation feature of Guestouch makes our front desk staff's life easy. You would just need to set up one time all the frequently asked questions from the guest, and it will provide them automation answers, i.e., After check-in if a customer asks WiFi password, the system will send them an automated message with the WiFi password or let's say if a guest wants to know nearby restaurant then system will send them the google page where they can find all the nearby walk-in restaurants as well and so on......

**What do you like best about GuestTouch?**

I like that it is simple to use and doesn't complicate the SMS process. I love that I can use it on a browser or through an app on my phone!

**What do you dislike about GuestTouch?**

I am eager for new features to roll out as they continue to grow such as marketing to past guests, stayover automation etc. The team is great at taking feedback and recommendations. They have implemented some of my suggestions which is really cool!

**Recommendations to others considering GuestTouch:**

I would definitely recommend this product for guest SMS. This software has saved me lots of time and the ROI is immense! There really isn't anything out there like it at the moment. I especially love the app my team and I can download to quickly respond to messages without being tied to your computer. The team at GuestTouch are very responsive and has proved to be great partners!

**What problems is GuestTouch solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Seamless communication with guests & collecting reviews. I love the automation for pre-arrival & departure texts. We have been able to collect way more reviews using this tool. It also frees up my time immensely! I'm not having to manually send out texts every day! Most other SMS communications didn't have an app for the phone but with GuestTouch I don't have to be glued to my laptop. I get a notification on my phone and can respond immediately to guests.

Communication with guests has improved enormously since we integrated guest touch. Early check ins are no longer a surprise and we are able to accommodate more of them.

There is nothing that we dislike with guest touch.

Early check-ins. Being able to clean rooms quicker as guests will text they are out instead of leaving keys and the room and not stopping by the desk.

We love the direct communication with guests and the personalization of messages.  THis has been a great tool for our small business. Pinak and his team have been wonderful to work with and accessible with any issues we have come across.

So far so good - but could probably use some intuative design eventually.
