I am blown away by the customer support and how my Account Manager, Jed, has continued to check in on me. Honestly, if he didn't I probably would have started to use this and then forgotten about it for months because I'm a typical busy small business owner doing a millions things. I have thoroughly enjoyed being able to create very specific, details distribution lists in order to send information to a specific set of students. Additionally, it has been incredibly helpful to use the scheduling tool in order to plan ahead to send messages. We primarily use the text voting feature, and it works very well. We can track responses in real time at our event, customize the reply and promote our Academy.
