I am blown away by the customer support and how my Account Manager, Jed, has continued to check in on me. Honestly, if he didn't I probably would have started to use this and then forgotten about it for months because I'm a typical busy small business owner doing a millions things. The platform makes it easy to create and automate personalized and engaging messaging to each market’s sales teams, allowing us to easily update stores with helpful and directly relevant information ranging from upcoming promo ‘cheat sheets’, POS updates and procedures, and customer service 101 to weekly (scheduled) motivational messages to start their week. What problems is Trumpia solving and how is that benefiting you?

Trumpia allows our agency to put together a strategic routine for automating communication needs to our client's sales teams. We are able to schedule all updates, reminders, motivation, etc... for the entire month, once a month. In addition to being able to send a broadcast message to all contacts within a specific market if needed. And not having to use our personal cell #s is great as well! I have thoroughly enjoyed being able to create very specific, details distribution lists in order to send information to a specific set of students. Additionally, it has been incredibly helpful to use the scheduling tool in order to plan ahead to send messages. What do you like best about Trumpia?

We primarily use the text voting feature, and it works very well. We can track responses in real time at our event, customize the reply and promote our Academy. What do you dislike about Trumpia?

Not Trumpia's issue, but it would be nice if the FCC would allow for temporary use of a 5-digit number. Other than that, the UI for Trumpia can be a bit overwhelming. They do provide exceptional training though! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Trumpia solving and how is that benefiting you?

We are able to quickly and clearly communicate with event attendees, much more effectively than email. We used to collect votes on paper, which led to awkward delays in our programming, confusing results and no way to immediately congratulate winners.
