&lt;p&gt;I think the best handoff is almost boring from the customer’s side. They shouldn’t have to hear “I’m transferring you” and then explain everything again. For a small team, I’d test Fin and Zendesk with a messy conversation that changes topics halfway through and see what context the human actually receives.&lt;/p&gt;
