What do you like best about ezCater?

What do you dislike about ezCater?

As great as the ezCater technology is, it’s still beholden to the last-mile logistics of its restaurant partners. In some cases, those partners aren’t consistent in how they deliver their service. Whether it’s a delayed delivery time or a drop in overall food quality, it can negatively impact customer satisfaction and, in turn, reflect poorly on our service and brand.

This could be improved with more real-time tracking for orders in progress, along with clearer customer updates when delays are expected. In a manufacturing environment where customers have specific, designated lunch times, knowing when the food will arrive is extremely important to help them make the most of their lunch period. "Helpful Admin Dashboard and Dedicated Support That Makes Management Easy"
What do you like best about ezCater?

As an administrator of EzCater for our organization, I find the dashboard tools very helpful when it comes to managing the account. It allows me to easily add approved staff and delete them as well. What do you dislike about ezCater?

The reporting tools could be a little bit better. It's great for basic maintenance although things like adding/updating groups could be better. Right now, I have to manually toggle through a bunch of pages to get to something closer to the end of my groups. What do you like best about ezCater?

That they are usually incredibly on top of customer service. I have had numerous bad orders before because I handle a high volume of catering and I like EZCater because they work hard to make to right when things go wrong. What do you dislike about ezCater?

Sometimes it feels like they lose a lot of restaurant's or have limited options. What do you like best about ezCater?

What do you like best about ezCater?

I love ezCater's customer service, it's second to none. Anytime I have an order, I don't have to call the delivery person or the restaurant. I can just hop on chat with ezCater, and within minutes, they call the restaurant, get an answer, and then let me know. You can't find that anywhere else. They always do a great job. Another thing I really love about ezCater is the record it keeps for me. For recurring meetings, I can easily check what was ordered last time, which makes planning super simple. What do you dislike about ezCater?

The only thing I think that could be improved is when an order is messed up. And we typically have minutes to repair it, they immediately go to, we're so sorry. We'll give you a refund. Refund or a partial refund, which may help with a future order. But at that moment, I have a group of hungry people and not enough food. So I need a different resolution. I need them to put pressure on the restaurant to make more food and bring it, typically, it's the restaurant's fault that something was left off. And it doesn't happen very often. Usually, you know, if they leave off a bag of potato chips, no big deal. Credit is great. I do appreciate the credit. What do you like best about ezCater?

I find ezCater easy to use. I like that I can see my invoices and gather points for gift cards, which makes my life a lot easier. It's also a smoother process to find restaurants in my area or other areas I might be catering for. What do you dislike about ezCater?

What do you like best about ezCater?

ezCater has been a big help for our firm's catering needs. Every Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday, our offices order either breakfast or lunch for the office. The portal is mostly straightforward and it is very helpful to be able to filter through previous orders in order so that we can collaborate with accounting for payments. There are often times where we are missing part of the order we've placed, and it is sometimes unclear whether it is as a result of the restaurant or the delivery driver. We also sometimes have a hard time with ordering food for a certain amount of people (as listed on the website) and then when it is delivered, it doesn't appear to be enough food for the amount described. What do you like best about ezCater?

I love the variety of restaurants and the reward system. We have a lot of dietary restrictions and specific tastes, so the variety of foods allows me to fill the needs of my team. The rewards are a nice perk for last-minute requests that stretch the bounds of my time. ezCater is cheaper and has a better interface compared to what we used before. I think it would be great to have catering packages or bundles for every restaurant. Some restaurants have one-click options to get a full catering package to make it easier and faster to order. I would like that option for all restaurants. Another option to improve ezCater is to have a check box for common dietary restrictions so we can find a place that offers those options. Sometimes, the delivery window isn't in real-time. Communication between restaurants and customers could be more streamlined for faster results and solving any issues. I think a direct chat option to confirm details with restaurants on what is being ordered, how much, and when the estimated delivery time is, along with information about the courier and location of delivery, would be helpful. What do you like best about ezCater?

I use ezCater to order lunches for the office, and they help ease fears of deliveries going wrong or the delivery driver being unreachable. They're almost always very responsive, which I appreciate. I like that they have a huge selection of restaurants, and most importantly, they have a live support line to call. It's hard to get in touch with delivery drivers from other companies, but ezCater always responds quickly. Having a big selection of restaurants means I can use the service more often.
