Renting out my home with Nomad has been a completely different experience from what I was used to. The guaranteed rent has been a game-changer. I don’t have to stress about late or missed payments because I know the income is steady every month. On top of that, their fees are so much lower than what traditional managers charge, yet I feel like I’m getting far more value. The leasing process was smooth and efficient, and they had my place listed and filled faster than I expected with solid tenants.
I also like that Nomad doesn’t take the property out of my hands. I still feel connected and in control as the owner, but they’ve eliminated a lot of the friction that usually makes being a landlord a headache. Their support team has been attentive and easy to work with, and the platform itself is intuitive and straightforward. Overall, it’s given me both security and convenience, and I’d happily recommend Nomad to other landlords looking for a modern alternative to expensive, old-school property management.
