"Intuitive UX, Fast Performance, Feature-Rich & Fair Per-Endpoint Pricing"
5/5
What do you like best about NinjaOne?

The UX is the headline for me. Everything (for the most part) is where I'd expect it to be and that is very rare for SaaS especially coming from Microsoft & Kaseya MSP level products.

We've had no issues with performance and are overall surprised it is as fast and responsive as it is.

The pricing is fair overall and pricing per endpoint is definitely a good way to go. I'm unsure if there is user-based pricing but in our case there wasn't and this discourages penny pinchers from having multiple technicians use a single user.

Support & Onboarding have been highly useful and aren't pushy, presumptuous and match our energy quite well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about NinjaOne?

Organizations are expected to be setup prior to remoting into systems. In Kaseya's VSA9 we were able to type in a "machine group" when running the installer. This then creates that machine group if it does not already exist. If it does, it adds the endpoint to that group. This made things a lot easier for us with new customers on our bench. "A triumph in continuous improvement and a modern vision for endpoint management."
5/5
What do you like best about NinjaOne?

The software is designed well, with the user experience in mind. It integrated well with our existing applications while having the excellent support of their front line help desk and talented engineers, the latter of which we had access to during our seamless implementation. The product team does an excellent job listening to the community and implementing necessary features. They have reached or are approaching feature parity with other platforms across their offerings. Using the software every day is simple and complex enough to support a 5 figure amount of endpoints with ease. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about NinjaOne?

Support should stay a priority for the organization, especially as the software suite is expanded. Patching reporting/review needs to Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"One of the best, feature-rich and cost competitive RMM tools on the market"
5/5
What do you like best about NinjaOne?

We cant really say enough good things about NinjaOne. Its streamlined so many repetitive system admin related tasks for us and has allowed us to create a predictably configured fleet of end user computers by using task automation and policies and to easily run scripts on single or groups of computers. The interface is simple and intuitive and its taken new support members a matter of hours to get accustomed to it.

With new features also being added regularly its reassuring to know we haven't just purchased a static product and instead a set of tools that has the potential to grow with the business.

The built in remote control tool is also great and we have started using that more so than Teamviewer now. We have it configured to a point now where its really looking after itself and beyond some spot checks that we carry out weekly theres little for us to regularly maintain.

Support team are quick and knowledgable.

Still one of the best RMM tools on the market (even at the very competitive license costs). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about NinjaOne?

We've not encountered any negatives with the product, there is nothing to fault with RMM based on our usage Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Smooth Remote Sessions with Easy Multi-Screen Control for IT Pros"
5/5
What do you like best about NinjaOne?

I like that when I remote into a users computer, the feed is smooth and doesn't jump. I also like that the RMM tool allows me to switch between the customer's screens if they have multiple desktops, or even view all screens on one layout - that helps when I go to open Windows Settings and don't know which screen the new window is going to pop up on. It's designed for IT people so it's super convenient. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about NinjaOne?

The remote PowerShell workflow is a little bit delayed, but it's not a big problem. It still works, so I'm glad to have that function. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Great RMM, lacking in the ticketing department"
4/5
What do you like best about NinjaOne?

I like the interface for the RMM portion. At a glance, I can see how many computers are online. If any are unhealthy (multiple reason why this would be). Servers, workstations, and NMS and quickly jump into each to dig down into their list. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about NinjaOne?

Alerts do not go away quickly. We have alerts if a server has not rebooted in 30 days, from Ninja, I can remote in and reboot the system. I also have the option to send a reboot command from ninja. Either way it is done, ninja will log that it has rebooted but the alert will not go away for a few days. You can manually remove the alert but I do not think it was designed to be that way. I also did not like the reporting and the views in the ticketing system portion of it. For that reason, we took our ticketing to another platform. The views would not always show you what they were suppose to. I would have the option to see all open tickets and it would not show, or show me all closed and it would fail to load them. I had to work out of the all ticket view and that can be quite annoying to have to scroll through all the closed tickets to reach an older opened one. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Clear Client Insights, Easy Portal, and Excellent Bitdefender GravityZone Integration"
5/5
What do you like best about NinjaOne?

NinjaOne gives me clear insight into what’s happening on my clients’ machines. From a single portal, I can see software installs, antivirus threats, and a lot more data than I’ll probably ever be able to fully sort through. On the antivirus side, the integration with Bitdefender GravityZone is amazing. I can source the licenses and manage everything directly through the N1 portal.

The portal itself is very easy to use, logically laid out in my opinion, and fast. I was honestly shocked at how low the price was. I’d always heard that N1 was a “premium, big MSP” product and assumed it might never be within my reach, but it’s very affordable in my opinion.

Support has been great so far, although I’ve only needed to contact them once. Onboarding was also a great experience, and I really appreciate having ongoing access to engineers. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about NinjaOne?

Some of the policy settings can be a bit difficult to configure the first time around, and setting up alerts can also be somewhat troublesome initially. That said, the support/onboarding engineers are great and always willing to help. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"NinjaOne makes IT Easy"
5/5
What do you like best about NinjaOne?

Fast, reliable remote monitoring and management client. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about NinjaOne?

Personally, I have nothing bad to say about this product or anything I dislike. At the end of the day it's not NinjaOne that has the problem with updates, the finger always points to Microsoft. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Efficiency and total control in remote endpoint management"
5/5
What do you like best about NinjaOne?

The intuitive interface, reliable performance, and versatility of the features are the main highlights. My customer support team has gained new agility in responding to incidents and proactively managing devices. The monitoring and alerts module is extremely effective, remote scripts work flawlessly, and the integration with backup and antivirus tools greatly facilitates daily work. The centralized visibility of endpoints and detailed inventory save us precious time in diagnostics and troubleshooting. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about NinjaOne?

So far the experience has been very positive. If I had to point out something, it would be the desire to see greater flexibility in custom reports and more granularity in permission management by role – areas where there is still room for improvement, especially in MSP environments with multiple clients. "NinjaOne Streamlines Patching, Remote Support, and Audit-Ready Reporting"
5/5
What do you like best about NinjaOne?

As a small IT team at a credit union, NinjaOne lets us manage patching, software inventory, and remote support from one console. Patch management is the biggest win: nightly scans find missing Microsoft and third-party patches, and we push to a test group before rolling out to everyone. The system-generated patch reports have been a huge help during our IT audits and exams, because our auditors accepted them as evidence that patching is done consistently. Remote support sessions are logged with the user, time, and actions taken, which gives us the traceability our remote access policy requires. The software inventory is also always current, so we no longer maintain it by hand. Overall, it saves us hours every month and makes audit prep much easier. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about NinjaOne?

The main downside for us is log retention. Remote session audit logs are kept for only about 90 days by default, which is too short for a regulated financial institution, as our auditors and policies require remote access activity to be available for a year. We have to export and archive logs ourselves to cover that gap. It would also help to have more built-in options for scheduled log review reports, so we could document reviews for compliance without extra manual work. Some settings take a few clicks to find, but once configured, it runs reliably. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Centralized management and automation in NinjaOne that increase IT team efficiency"
5/5
What do you like best about NinjaOne?

What I value most about NinjaOne is the centralized management of equipment, allowing real-time monitoring of their status, executing tasks remotely, automating updates, and proactively identifying issues. It is a tool that facilitates the daily work of the IT team, reduces response times, and improves efficiency in incident resolution. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about NinjaOne?

What I like least about NinjaOne is the licensing cost and some limitations in customizing reports and dashboards. Alert management could also be more intuitive, allowing better filtering and prioritization of incidents. Some advanced automation and monitoring features could be more flexible and easier to configure. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
