**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

Not a single issue I can think of as for now.

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Automation has been one of the biggest helping hands Ninja one has offered. It’s given me more time to focus on other important tasks.

  ### 3. NinjaOne Streamlines Device Management with Seamless Patching, SSO, and Top-Notch Support

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Connor C. | IT Specialist, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 20, 2026

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

I love that NinjaOne can be utilized in so many different ways. The home page is great for a quick overview of what's going on with our devices company wide. Logging in with SSO, and being able to receive webhook notifications through Microsoft Teams for ticketing makes productivity a lot easier as I can still be tuned in while away from Ninja. Being able to rely on NinjaOne to handle endpoint patching without human intervention allows our team to dedicate that time to other projects and tasks for our company, and for our end users. I personally have never experienced any issues with NinjaOne not working properly, as updates and bug fixes seem to be a priority to them. It's nice feeling secure in the sense that I'll always be able to support and manage our devices no matter what. In the case I do experience an issue where I need assistance, their support team is always on top of it and works with us to the very end to make sure we achieved a solution. Having a wonderful and competent team to rely on and a system that works seamlessly and is constantly improving in many different use cases makes any money spent feel like an investment in which the return is exponential. We love NinjaOne!

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

I do wish that NinjaOne was more customizable in the sense of how we can utilize it. Custom forms for end users via systray icon, and ability to customize webhook notifications to show relevant information.

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Ability to monitor patches and have Ninja handle them and withhold potentially harmful patches is extremely beneficial! Being able to utilize automations for things like device cleanup when the disk is getting full, or a scheduled Onboarding task that installs necessary apps and software for newly joined devices.

  ### 4. Speed, Reliability, and Precision: Why NinjaOne is My Go-To RMM

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Christopher P. | Hardware Deployment Lead / IT , Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 20, 2026

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

The Transition: From Skeptic to Believer
We migrated to NinjaOne about a year ago, and I’ll admit I was initially skeptical of its capabilities. However, they have undeniably transformed the platform into a powerhouse. It now functions like a finely crafted machine—as reliable and satisfying as your favorite weekly pizza order. Impressively, they have incorporated nearly every essential feature I relied on in Kaseya 9.5, and in many ways, it has already surpassed what Kaseya offered.

UI and Performance
The navigation is intuitive, and the UI has improved significantly over time, making it easy to find exactly what you need. One of the most useful functions is the ability to organize columns to your specific liking, allowing you to deliver accurate information to your team quickly. From a performance standpoint, NinjaOne is outstanding. I can trigger scripts across 185 terminals or workstations and see results within a couple of minutes; usually, the only bottleneck is local bandwidth, not the platform itself.

Scripting and Automation Power
The dynamic scripting engine is nothing short of exceptional. Whether you need to string together seven different scripts or trigger an automation based on complex conditions, NinjaOne handles it effortlessly. I’ve fully integrated these capabilities into our business workflow, particularly for data mining; we can grab data directly from logs and generate clean, professional HTML reports. Whether you need to list every program on a machine or build custom report columns, the flexibility is there.

Patching and AI Implementation
Both OS and software patching are top-notch and have proven to be highly reliable. NinjaOne has also begun integrating AI features. As an RMM Lead, I appreciate the assistance AI can provide, though I remain cautious. At this stage of AI’s evolution, it isn't yet fully "set and forget," and I appreciate that the platform still allows for the human oversight that is necessary for true reliability.

Support and Value
Throughout our transition from Kaseya, we’ve contacted support multiple times and received exceptional service. The staff is knowledgeable and quick to act; if a Tier 1 tech doesn't have the answer, they seamlessly escalate to someone who does. Combined with a very competitive pricing structure, we are extremely happy with the value we’re getting. I would highly recommend NinjaOne to anyone looking for a robust, high-performance RMM solution.

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

UI and Functionality Improvements
Interface and Data Customization
While the platform is strong, there are a few UI frustrations that could be resolved with better customization options. Specifically, I would like to see more robust sorting capabilities—giving users the choice to sort columns either alphabetically or numerically. Additionally, the ability to add more columns and manually adjust column widths would greatly improve how we view and manage data within the interface.

Scripting and File Integration
From a functional standpoint, the current inability to easily integrate files directly into scripts feels like a lost opportunity. Streamlining this process would make deployments much more efficient.

Logic and Programming Shortcuts
Finally, I believe NinjaOne would benefit from incorporating some "low-code" programming blocks similar to what Kaseya offered. Having some minor, built-in programming logic would be highly beneficial; it would save time and reduce the need to manually code every single minor task from scratch.

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The Core Value of NinjaOne
Speed, Reliability, and Enhanced Functionality
The most significant problem NinjaOne solves for us is the massive leap in speed and reliability compared to our previous experience with Kaseya 9.5. The platform’s increased functionality has completely transformed our workflow. Specifically, the dynamic scripting engine—which supports multiple, complex conditions—allows me to target scripts with surgical precision. This ensures tasks run exactly when needed while effectively "weeding out" workstations that don't require attention, saving us both time and computing resources.

Advanced Inventory and API Integration
NinjaOne has become an indispensable tool for our inventory management. By leveraging the API to push and pull data from specific workstations, we can maintain a highly organized and accurate inventory database. This level of connectivity ensures that our records are always up to date and categorized correctly within our system.

Data Mining and Professional Reporting
One of the most impactful improvements has been the ability to data-mine logs and transform that information into polished, "WYSIWYG" HTML reports. This efficiency has dramatically improved how we deliver critical data to both our field technicians and our customers. Being able to present complex log data in a clean, professional, and easy-to-read format ensures that our team stays informed and our clients see the full value of our services.

  ### 5. NinjaOne creates an easy to use IT Support platform.

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jesse S. | IT Support Specialist, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 20, 2026

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

Setting up NinjaOne as a first time user was easier than almost every other similar platform that I have tried in the past. Navigating both the ticketing and RMM apps within the site are easy and have a handful of customization and optimization options. Being able to easily integrate SentinelOne is also a huge plus for us.

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

I honestly can't say I have anything that I directly dislike about NinjaOne. Some of the exact uses we were hoping for haven't made there way into the system yet, however they do offer a feature request board. Occasionally, the ticketing system won't work exactly as planned with email systems, and can handle custom ticketing templates a little weird. The reporting feature could also be made a bit more simple in its UI and allow for the process of generating those reports to be done more efficiently.

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

NinjaOne is a well priced, simple, yet effective RMM that we use to support the IT Helpdesk. It has made it easy to track devices, assign devices to users, and make the ticketing/remote access process super easy for support tickets.

  ### 6. Total Package

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Craig F. | Chief Technology Officer, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 22, 2025

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

We currently use NinjaOne for RMM (Remote Monitoring and Management), endpoint management, patch management, and MDM (Mobile Device Management). The platform gives us a centralized view of all our devices, which has significantly improved our team’s efficiency and response times. The automation around patching has been especially valuable, helping us stay compliant and secure without constant manual oversight.

Endpoint management is straightforward and intuitive, allowing our team to quickly troubleshoot issues and maintain system health across all facilities. The MDM capabilities have also helped us better manage mobile devices, ensuring security and consistency no matter where our users are located.

Overall, NinjaOne has helped us streamline operations, reduce downtime, and maintain a high level of service across our organization. It’s a dependable tool that continues to support our growth and operational standards.

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

Reporting features could be better. Limited options

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

One of the biggest problems we faced was lack of visibility across devices and sites. Before implementing NinjaOne, it was difficult to quickly understand the health of our endpoints or identify issues before users reported them. With NinjaOne’s RMM and endpoint management, we now have real-time visibility into all systems, allowing us to proactively resolve issues instead of reacting to outages.

Another major challenge was manual and inconsistent patching. Keeping systems updated across dozens of locations was time-consuming and often left gaps in security. NinjaOne’s automated patch management has eliminated that inconsistency, ensuring devices stay up to date and reducing our exposure to vulnerabilities without adding workload to the team.

We also struggled with slow response times and inefficient troubleshooting. Without a centralized tool, our team had to rely on multiple systems or remote into machines manually. NinjaOne streamlined this by giving us fast remote access and centralized controls, which has significantly improved resolution times and reduced downtime for our users.

  ### 7. Intuitive, Robust RMM with Excellent Patch Management and Remote Access

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** David L. | Systems Engineer, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 20, 2026

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

I like the GUI and how easy it is to use, especially being able to deploy bulk actions and switch between different devices on the network. It includes all the expected RMM features, and they’re packaged into the product nicely. Patch management and automated task/script deployment are very useful, intuitive, and robust. I also use the dashboard a lot to gather helpful information at a glance across the whole network environment. I also like the remote desktop access related features within NinjaOne RMM.

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

There isn’t much to dislike, since no platform or application is ever truly perfect. This one isn’t perfect either, but it comes very close to feeling flawless. If I had to nitpick, it would be the small restrictions around what and how you can deploy through automation, along with the limited set of settings templates available.

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It’s helping us manage our end-user devices more effectively by giving us the ability to hop between various devices on the network. Being able to do work in the background without interrupting the user is also very helpful. Additionally, replacing our on-premise WSUS server with patch management through NinjaOne RMM is a big plus, since we no longer have to carry the maintenance overhead of a WSUS server hosted in our environment. Our overall performance and capability in supporting issues have increased.

  ### 8. NinjaOne revolutionized our IT infrastructure.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** caleb c. | System Administrator I, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 20, 2026

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

What I like the best about NinjaOne is how it is able to take many of the applications that we have had through separate Vendors and bring them all within one pane of glass with NinjaOne's App Integration. This saves an impressive amount of time and money with the way that NinjaOne makes their systems easy to implement, as well as how intuitive they are to use. One of the key features we didn't have before NinjaOne is a ticketing system that enables us to track our daily Helpdesk endeavors, as well as device management of our mobile devices, computers, servers, and aspects of our network infrastructure. If we are ever in need of support, the NinjaOne Team is just a ticket or phone call away to do their utmost to ensure that we are able to leverage every bit of the NinjaOne experience available to our enterprise. They are fast and responsive to make sure everything we need is delivered in a timely manner and their system is always performing at a top-notch pace. And all of this for a price that is affordable and competitive within it market.

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

My least favorite thing about NinjaOne is how rudimentary the Ticket reporting is, as well as how narrowly defined the ticket types are.

We use tickets to track helpdesk operations as well as projects that are ongoing, of which has their own standard timeframes for ticket resolution.

The ticket reporting doesn't allow for reporting of specific ticket types. As a result, our reporting is very skewed towards the Helpdesk side looking lackluster.

If there was a way to implement reports that could be pulled based on ticket type that would be optimal because we could pull report metrics for both our Helpdesk team as well as our project team all in one place.

Until this is updated, we have resolved to use a different tool for project tracking.

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

To name a few things, NinjaOne is what we use for all of our device management and monitoring including computers (laptops, desktops), Tablets, Servers, and some network devices. This is important to us now more than ever as we are working towards becoming NIST compliant for certain contracts. The MDM system also allows us to remote into our devices with Ninja's native remote access software called Ninja Remote, which is a secure and NIST compliant application, whereas some of the other freeware that we use to use is not compliant.

Probably the biggest area that I am personally involved in though is automation. NinjaOne allows for a vast degree of automation of applications and processes within it's scope. This saves us time and money. From clearing simple caches on a machine to installing software to provision a new device, NinjaOne allows for a one touch system where we can set it and forget it until it is basically ready to ship out to a user.

We also have recently implemented backup on some servers, as well as on our IT teams workstations. We also utilize Ninja ticketing, which has been a huge game changer for helpdesk tracking and metrics. Before keeping track of Helpdesk issues was more or less a nightmare through email, teams, and just keeping a stickynote or notepad page. It also helps us take our numbers to our Executive branch to give them some real data of how we are doing, if we need more help resources to get everything going on taken care of.

  ### 9. NinjaOne Makes Setup and Scripting Effortless—with Unlimited Support

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Georges C. | IT Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 24, 2026

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

The ease of setup, the light agent requirements on both Windows and Mac, the script library at hand, the ability to create any script right of the bat are all qualities I enjoy while using NinjaOne on a daily basis. Not to forget, the unlimited support and onboarding session that you can request is a hidden feature not to take for granted

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

One thing that I dislike, that's rather on the end user more than on NinjaOne, that when the user doesn't install an OS or App update, the machine will be shown as unhealthy, which I find a bit too much for a hanging slack update.

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The endless range of Windows app that you can install with NinjaOne is more than you can handle. Once your account manager enables the WinGet integration, almost all the versions of all the software are at the tip of your fingers.

  ### 10. Simple and Powerful Endpoint Management

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Maarten D. | System engineer, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 20, 2026

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

What I like most about NinjaOne is its simplicity combined with powerful functionality. The interface is very intuitive, which makes day‑to‑day management fast and efficient, even in complex environments. Remote access, scripting, and automation work reliably and save a lot of time. Updates and monitoring are clear and consistent, and the platform scales well without becoming overly complex. Overall, it allows me to manage endpoints proactively instead of reactively.

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

While NinjaOne is very user‑friendly, some advanced configurations can feel a bit limited or less flexible compared to more enterprise‑focused tools. Reporting and customization sometimes require workarounds, and deeper integrations or fine‑grained control could be improved. Documentation is generally good, but for more complex use cases it can be somewhat high‑level.

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

NinjaOne is solving the challenge of managing and monitoring a large number of endpoints in a consistent and efficient way. It brings monitoring, patching, remote access, and automation together in a single platform, reducing the need for multiple separate tools. This benefits me by providing better visibility into system health, faster incident response, and more proactive maintenance. As a result, routine work takes less time and issues can be resolved before they impact users, improving overall stability and service quality.

  ### 11. Simple device management with a modern interface and clear status information

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Florian S. | Informatikkaufmann, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 26, 2026

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

Simple management and distribution of all devices in the network. Windows updates and software can be distributed with more or less effort. The interface is also contemporary, modern, and you are informed about the current status of the devices in a simple and straightforward way.
The support is also great, you can create a ticket with 2 clicks, book a meeting if needed, and receive immediate assistance.
The support sessions are also very straightforward and the atmosphere is very relaxed.
If you are familiar with scripting or engage with it, you can map virtually endless scenarios in Ninja.

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

Small disadvantage: Dojo and help articles are mostly in English. Also, the "exams" can only be taken in English. It would also be great if you could configure the certification so that only the topics you actually use are covered. More automation templates concerning the initial setup of a device would be great. For example, as soon as the agent is on, having the option to adjust power settings, disable the firewall, etc.

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

With nearly 250 devices in the company, we were looking for a tool that would provide us with assistance regarding the status of the devices, the management of updates and patches, as well as with larger software installations. We were able to cover this to a large extent with Ninja.

  ### 12. Simple UI, Great Patch Management, and Fast Support

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer & Network Security | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 27, 2026

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

Simple UI/UX with a great overall overview. The option to add organizations and devices to favourites is really useful, and the feature set is awesome while still being easy to access. The automations are powerful, too. Support is super fast and on point. Performance is great. AI Feature for Patch Management is extremly useful.

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

Policy Management takes a bit of time to get used to, but the inheritance mechanic is intuitive and easy to understand once you start working with it. The Software Patching software selection, however, feels a little cluttered. In some older tutorials I watched, there was a grouping option that made it easier to navigate, but that option seems to be gone now, unfortunately.

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Ninja offers near-perfect patch management and is easy to set up. The overview is great, and the server monitoring is also awesome.

  ### 13. Easy All-in-One Patching, Deployment, and Help Desk with Fast Support

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jamey B. | Information Technology, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 21, 2026

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

I like the ability to run patching, software deployment, and help desk functions all in one location. The software is easy to use and set up, and it helps me automate many processes so I can free up more time. The price is ok for a rural hospital. Now we cannot use all of the functionality that is available, but we do have integrates with Azure. When you do have issues or questions you can get support fast and get everything working again.

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

The thing that I dislike about Ninja One would have to be the pricing for all options with a smaller team. The reporting could be upgraded to allow for easier to read or create reports.

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

NinjaOne solved the problem of too many separate tools and too many manual IT tasks. Between patching software, Vulnerability's, remote access and ticketing you can now see everything from one site.

  ### 14. NinjaOne: Comprehensive, Easy to Use, and Always Improving

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Paul A. | President, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 13, 2026

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

After trying various different products NinjaOne is the only product that felt completely put together, easy to use, and comprehensive. It’s also a solution that is regularly being improved.

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

The support team is not always the most responsive, but the account team is always there when I need assistance getting things moving again.

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I have a Team of engineers that use various different features of NinjaOne in a multitude of ways The easiest way to answer this question, is to say that ninja one gives us a comprehensive pain of glass. With the tools and information it provides it allows us to assist our customers quickly and efficiently.

  ### 15. Quick, Easy System Triage and Visibility with NinjaOne

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Matt M. | Information Systems Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 02, 2026

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

For us, the ability to see information about our systems and triage them quickly is a plus with NinjaOne. We have several systems in the field and managing them with many other utilities became cumbersome. Now we have data right at our fingers with quick access.

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

Sometimes we get lost in the menus if we haven't been to a setting for a while.

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before we started using NinjaOne, we relied on several different systems to catalog and monitor our environment, plus separate tools for remote access. Now it’s all in one place, and we’re living in integrated bliss.

  ### 16. NinjaOne Makes Day-to-Day Tasks More Efficient

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Simon C. | Service Desk Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 09, 2026

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

NinjaOne provides us with a wide range of tools that help us complete day-to-day tasks in newer, more efficient ways.

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

I can’t think of any obvious issues at this point. It will be even better once the SAS backups are fully integrated into a single portal, so everything is in one place.

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

NinjaOne has helped us automate tasks that would normally take more time and require an engineer to remote in and work directly on a machine. It has also sped up our machine builds and given us better, more reliable ways to patch client machines, as well as back up machines and entire environments.

  ### 17. It has been a good experience with a couple hiccups. I favor the GUI over other software providers

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Peter h. | IT Technician, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 29, 2025

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

The interface. Its generally easy to use and navigate. I have used other programs that make things more convoluted than necessary and ninjaone does a better job. It also makes it easy to deploy programs and scripts to remote computers

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

It seems lately that its been more difficult to deploy updates to individual machines. Sometimes i have to run scripts or installs multiple times to get them to take without failing.

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

better remote access to endpoints. previous programs we used had too many connection issues.
Also better program and script deployment and also better reporting for troubleshooting errors on remote machines

  ### 18. It is very easy to use. Even for a person who doesn't have a lot of experience.

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Olaf v. | Servicemanager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 23, 2022

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

Windows patching and 3rd party patching works like a charm. The overview is clear. It's easy to find the things you want to do and easy to use, even for someone who doesn't have a lot of experience. Also, the reports look very nice and can't directly be sent to the customers.

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

The Dashboard is a standard dashboard. It would be nice if this would be adjustable or you could create your own dashboard so that you can fine-tune it to your needs.

**Recommendations to others considering NinjaOne:**

Check beforehand what you are looking for and let them show you how it works within ninja.

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

NinjaOne fixed for us the patching. It's easier to keep everything up to date and it saves us a lot of time so they can work on other things.
Monitoring also approved we get the rights messages and not a lot of items that need no action.

  ### 19. Easy Remote Support, Useful Insights, and Amazing NinjaOne Support

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Craig H. | Technology Director, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 18, 2026

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

The insights the platform gives to us. How easy it is to deploy. The capabilities the product has, either natively or through partnerships and plugins (apps). The great community and the amazing support and friendliness of the NinjaOne team.

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

Features and demos are heavily skewed towards Windows, and macOS is almost an afterthought in much of the documentation and available information.
Signing on with SSO and 2FA is rough!
The lack of information when turning on a feature (app) - you can turn it on, but you have no idea if it is free (some are included) or if you will be billed for it, which forces you to have a conversation with your account manager (even if they are lovely).
Support for macOS is a little iffy (things that just work in Windows don't tend to in macOS).
No visibility of billing or any real account management capability in the product - most things need to get done through your account manager.

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Visibility into our clients' estates. Easy management of devices. Remote control capabilities built in, including Remote Desktop and remote CLI access.

  ### 20. Remote management platform and so much more.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Travis E. | VP of Technology, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 15, 2022

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

It is effortless to use, and the onboarding process was a breeze. I also like replacing three other programs I was using to do the same things this one platform can do.

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

Honestly, at this point, I really can't find anything in the platform that I don't like.

**Recommendations to others considering NinjaOne:**

If you are interested, do the demo, you will be glad you did.

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I can now do patch management, remote assistance, remote connections all from one place much easier and quicker than I could before. I am also saving money because this solution is less expensive than the other solutions I used to do the same thing.

  ### 21. Good Balance of Features and Ease of Use

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Abhishek Y. | Customer Support Engineer, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 21, 2026

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

Patch management is straightforward and helps keep systems up to date with minimal effort.
Automation features save time by handling repetitive maintenance tasks.
Alerts are customizable, so I can focus on issues that actually need attention

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

Some advanced features take a bit of time to learn, especially if you're new to the platform.
The reporting options are good, but I'd like a little more flexibility when customizing reports.
Pricing may be a consideration for smaller teams with limited budgets.

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Real-time alerts help us identify and fix problems before they become bigger issues.
Device health monitoring has improved our ability to spot systems that need attention early.

  ### 22. Ninja Platform: Fast, Reliable, and Easy to Navigate with Great MSP Integrations

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Brandon E. | 3rd Line Technician, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 17, 2026

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

The Ninja Platform has a very easy user interface to navigate and all information is available in a easy way for an engineer to find. The integrations are great for for MSPs which allow automatic billing and asset management from your PSA solutions. Compared to the other products that I have tried Ninja has by far been the best solution in terms of speed and reliability and it's cost per unit is better than the other solutions.

The AI Intelligence still has some way to go but the useful features like summarising what issues users may face installing Windows Updates can help an engineer choose whether or not to approve a patch.

The support is good, and responses are fast.

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

Whilst the support team is good, the results are inconsistent, I've contact support with what I believe to be a simple request a get what feels like a canned response.

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Automation has been a major driver in helping engineers work more efficiently. Ninja provides a solid platform for scripting, and it’s made even easier by the ability to apply scripts through policies, which supports a consistent, uniform rollout across an organisation.

  ### 23. Reliable, Efficient Remote Device Management with Actionable Performance Insights

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ashino T. | IT Manager, Information Technology and Services, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 16, 2026

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

I’ve been using NinjaOne for the past five years, and what stands out the most is how reliable and efficient it is for managing devices remotely. It provides detailed insights into system performance, which helps me quickly identify and resolve issues before they impact users. The remote management capabilities are especially valuable because I can perform troubleshooting, updates, and maintenance without interrupting the end user’s work.

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

One area that could be improved is the remote access experience, particularly when switching monitors within Splashtop, as it can sometimes feel less seamless than expected. While it works, making this process smoother and more intuitive would enhance usability.

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

NinjaOne helps us manage and support a large number of remote employees and multiple branches across different locations. Without a centralized RMM tool, it would be very challenging to monitor device health, perform maintenance, and resolve issues efficiently. With NinjaOne, we can access devices remotely, deploy updates, and troubleshoot problems quickly without needing physical presence. This has improved our response time, reduced downtime, and made it much easier to support users regardless of their location.

  ### 24. Flexible, Scalable RMM with Granular Monitoring for Complex Workstation Environments

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Conn M. | Client Platform Engineer, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 16, 2026

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

I really like the flexibility and scalability of the RMM tool; it allows us to get really granular with our monitoring and configurations, which is great in a manufacturing environment with multiple workstation configuration standards.

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

One of the biggest downsides right now is the lack of granular control around the endpoints backup solution specifically; we'd like to assign or not assign a backup policy to endpoints dynamically, but the solution currently doesn't allow for that. For example, we'd like to enable NinjaOne backup for all 1:1 assigned devices, but exclude shared workstations, but there's no current way to dynamically assign, not assign, or disable the backup solution on any given endpoint. There's also a decrypt cert issues with the macOS version of the NinjaOne Backup solution, but this is being addressed by the developers.

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Remote access is a huge one. We're a globally distributed business, so allowing our US-based team to easily access and perform automations on devices across the world is a godsend. NinjaOne also allows us to have a "set and forget" attitude towards Windows patch management, as our machines just apply updates as they come in. And even when there is an issue with an update, the failure logs are easy to read and remediate on the endpoint.

  ### 25. All-in-One Monitoring, Remote Access, and Fast Patching with NinjaOne

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Frank W. | IT-Technician, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 16, 2026

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

Most helpful are the the integration of many ways to monitor all different kinds of devices with ease. There many applications to choose from and use them all in one platform. All critical informations are visible once on the desktop. Very helpful is also the integrated remote access app so you have only one platform to manage complete infrastructures and solve critical problems without using another tool. After coniguring all aspects you have a whole automatd patching an monitoring tool and the efford to handle customers will be reduced to a minimum. THe GUI of ninja one is very responsible and after a bit of learning als comfortable to use. the performance of applying changes to monitored system is also very responsive and patching will be done in a few moments. Onboarding of new devices or complete infrastructures can be done in an easy and fast way. regarding the pricing for me it is a very fair product. Regarding the new introduced AI supported automatic patching features we will start to use this also to have less effort in following up all manged devices manually.

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

Currently I can't find any things what I would dislike. Some more report template samples could may be more helpful. The whole NinjaOne solution is for me curently the most handy monitoring and patching tool.

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

IMHO the most important problem that NinjaOne is solving for us is the follow up of existing device problems. We are now capable of pre active handling to avoid upcoming problems.

  ### 26. Fast Remote Access and Reliable Script Execution with NinjaOne

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Noah V. | IT Specialist, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 22, 2026

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

Being able to remote in quickly as well as being able to use our scripts and seeing them run and succeed are some of the best parts of NinjaOne.

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

One thing that I dislike about NinjaOne is a lack of the programming languages available for us to use in scripts. We did have to convert one of our previous scripts from Python 2 to Powershell to run the script.

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

NinjaOne has proven to be a much better RMM than our last one we had. Their onboarding and support made the transition much easier so that we could get to use NinjaOne faster.

  ### 27. NinjaOne Review

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Rafael G. | Administrador del Sistema, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 26, 2025

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

What I consider of greatest value in NinjaOne is its automation capability and the flexibility to create scripts, as they significantly optimize day-to-day operational tasks. Its interface also deserves special mention, being clearly intuitive and usability-oriented, allowing for agile and frictionless monitoring and management of endpoint alerts. Lastly, the integrated ticketing functionality in NinjaOne is one I use most frequently and, over time, it has become our main tool for managing incidents and requests.

Additionally, I greatly appreciate the speed with which technical support acts when a breakdown occurs.

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

The aspects I consider least useful about NinjaOne are the groups and custom fields, as so far, I haven't needed to resort to these features to optimize my work. Additionally, another point that doesn't quite convince me is the limited customization capacity of the ticketing form in the systray: I perceive it as too basic and with very little room for configuration.

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

NinjaOne helps me manage incidents related to both endpoints and security, allowing me to maintain better control and clearer tracking of each case.

  ### 28. Reliable endpoint management that simply works.

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Charles d. | Operations Engineer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 16, 2026

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

Simply put, it just works. It’s a well-rounded product with very few issues. Everything works smoothly, the API is great, and the roadmap feels active and well maintained.

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

Nothing major stands out on the platform. There are a few minor UI inconsistencies and occasional navigation confusion, but overall the product feels well designed and put together.

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before NinjaOne, we were juggling multiple tools for endpoint management, patching, and remote access. That made it difficult to keep a clear, real-time view of device health, and troubleshooting was mostly reactive. Alerts weren’t always actionable, and patch compliance was inconsistent across the environment.

We were also spending too much time on repetitive work — checking patch status, fixing failed updates, and logging into machines individually for basic issues. It slowed everything down and didn’t scale well.

Since moving to NinjaOne, we’ve consolidated all of that into a single platform. We now have proper visibility across endpoints, and the alerting is actually useful instead of just noise. Patch management is far more reliable, and automation has taken a lot of the manual effort out of routine maintenance.

The biggest impact has been on time and responsiveness. We’re spending far less time on day-to-day tasks, resolving issues faster, and catching problems before users even notice them. It’s also made it much easier to standardize how we manage devices, which has improved overall stability.

  ### 29. All-in-One Management with Clean UI, Strong Integrations, and Prompt Support

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Daniel A. | Technology Coordinator, Non-Profit Organization Management, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 16, 2026

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

The single pane of glass experience. We really enjoy the integrations and the ability to have our MDM, ticketing, workstation management and patching all in one place. The UI is clean and functional. The pricing is competitive and reasonable. The support we get from NinjaOne is always efficient and prompt. We have used competitor products and would never go back.

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

There are some MDM features we would like but NinjaOne is always rolling out updates and they listen to customer feedback.

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

NinjaOne solved our remote workstation management. We have many locations and the ability to resolve almost any issue remotely has been the most beneficial.

  ### 30. Intuitive Setup and Management

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Curtis H. | CEO, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 06, 2026

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

Installation and management is intuitive unlike many other products out there. They support a mobile app and seem to be actively developing the product.

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

The mobile app could be improved although there is the option to use it via a web browser on your phone as well it just feels clunky. I also feel like there list of integrations needs to improve in certain areas such as the accounting packages with their built in PSA/ticketing.

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Ninja helps multiply our effectiveness. It helps us with management, compliance, and security. The tools we're able to leverage from Ninja are invaluable to our company.

  ### 31. NinjaOne: User-Friendly, Intuitive, and Efficient for Scripts, Apps, and Updates

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Bennet J. | Consultant, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 18, 2026

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

NinjaOne is a tool I can highly recommend to everyone. It’s very user-friendly, intuitive, and easy to operate. With NinjaOne, it’s simple to create scripts, install applications, and run updates efficiently. In addition, the extra features make it easy to document important information, which helps keep everything organized and transparent.

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

If any required functionality is missing, it can be submitted to NinjaOne via a feature request. For more urgent matters, you can discuss them directly with your dedicated account representative. Because of this, I don’t have any points I dislike about the product.

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

NinjaOne addresses one of the key challenges for MSPs and IT departments: managing devices centrally. It provides a single, centralized platform to monitor, control, and maintain endpoints efficiently, which simplifies daily operations and helps keep systems secure and up to date.

  ### 32. Modern, Intuitive Interface with Reliable Remote Access

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Brent P. | Service Operations Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 14, 2026

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

NinjaOne has a modern, intuitive interface that makes it easy to quickly access the information I need about our endpoints without unnecessary clicks. The platform presents data in a clear, actionable way, which is important in a fast‑moving operational environment. Remote access is also straightforward and reliable, making it easy for our team to connect to systems and resolve issues efficiently.

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

While the platform is easy to use, policy management could be more dynamic. Policies are largely static today, which can create additional manual effort when managing devices with varying roles, conditions, or lifecycle states.

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

NinjaOne helps us centralize patch management and remote control for endpoints, reducing manual effort and improving consistency across systems. Patch visibility and deployment are straightforward, which helps ensure devices stay up to date and compliant. The built‑in remote control capabilities allow technicians to quickly access systems and resolve issues without relying on separate tools, improving response times and overall operational efficiency.

  ### 33. Lightning-Fast UI, Seamless Remote Access, and Constant Innovation

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** David C. | Owner, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 13, 2026

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

From the moment I launch the quick User Interface, NinjaOne is so fast to startup day to day, I now open it before my email. The constant integrations the devolvement team provides show they are not wanting to stop innovations. They also don't charge for each little thing. Only when the integration will make you money, will they charge something. Onboarding a client is simple and only take a few minutes to get the client up and ready. The main reasons I like NinjaOne best are the quick access to a remote screen, so I can walk a client to success or troubleshoot issues in real time. Another big plus is being able to create End Users, so they can benefit as well and have that same remote management feel. When pairs with the AI and Automation features, anything I want is available anytime I want it, or it will be the next time to PC turn on and connects to the internet.

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

The only downsides I’ve run into are internal. The NinjaOne DoJo can be problematic because logins aren’t always accepted when using the same credentials as the traditional login portal. Beyond that, it’s hard for me to point to any other real negatives, especially since their team is very responsive about helping you find a solution or making you aware of solutions that already exist.

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

They are solving the problems with Detection Gap, Update Anxiety, Endpoint Performance, and Audit Headaches. NinjaOne is solving my problem of fragmentation. By putting RMM, Patching, and Backups in one AI-enhanced "single pane of glass," it gives me back my time and significantly lowers my organizational risk.

  ### 34. Intuitive UI and Powerful Automation That Save Technician Time

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** James S. | Helpdesk Technician, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 13, 2026

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

One’s biggest strengths for me are the UI, automation, and onboarding experience. The interface is easy to work in, which helps when moving quickly between devices, alerts, remote tools, and scripts. New device onboarding is simple, and the automation features save a lot of manual work. Custom fields are especially useful because they allow automations to be more targeted based on device-specific information. From an ROI standpoint, the biggest value is technician time saved and better standardization across endpoints.

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

The biggest downside has been deployment time. Getting everything rolled out and fully implemented has taken much longer than expected, which delays adoption and slows down the full value of the platform. Once it is in place it is useful, but the deployment process has been a frustration

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

NinjaOne is solving the problem of having to manage devices, onboarding, patching, and routine support tasks across multiple tools. The biggest benefit has been being able to centralize that work, automate repetitive tasks, and make new device setup more consistent. That saves technician time, reduces manual effort, and helps support endpoints in a more standardized way.

  ### 35. Universally Simple UI—Technicians Can Use It Right Away

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Brian A. | owner, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 13, 2026

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

It has a universally simple UI that my technicians—both young and old—can pick up and use right away. For my co-managed accounts, as soon as I get another tech logged in, they immediately understand how to navigate it and start using it.

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

Sometimes you really have to just know where to go to find things, but as like most systems, the more you use it the more you understand the logic and its easy to find things.

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It allows us to be proactive, and less reactive. Patch management, automation, and even red/yellow/green colors on clients and systems allows us to focus on critical issues first.

  ### 36. Responsive Support, Intuitive UI, and Powerful Integrations

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Rocky B. | Senior System Engineer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 30, 2026

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

I would say that Daniel is exceptionally responsive and helpful, support has been good. I like the integrations and constant updates that are being done, the UI is intuitive and easy to use and performance so far has been good. Pricing is decent, there are cheaper alternatives but not with the same functionality and AI probably does need better implementation perhaps if they'd allow AI to triage new support tickets, it'd be really amazing, and allow for custom API implementations.

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

PSA needs to be expanded upon, the integration with quickbooks and invoicing is a little confusing at best, really needs to be optimized.

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Obviously management solutions and it has a more all in one feel than a lot of alternatives that require 3 or 4 dashboards, SentinelOne being seen per device directly on the dashboard for Ninja is excellent for example.

  ### 37. Reliable and Easy-to-Use IT Management Platform

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Parvej A. | Customer Support Engineer, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 22, 2026

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

Easy to use: The interface is clean and intuitive, so it's easy to learn and manage devices without a steep learning curve.
Powerful remote management: It makes monitoring, troubleshooting, and maintaining endpoints simple, even when working remotely.

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

Alert tuning requires effort: Default alert settings can generate more notifications than needed, so some fine-tuning is required.
Documentation can be improved: Some advanced topics could benefit from more detailed examples and step-by-step guides.

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Less downtime: Proactive monitoring helps detect potential issues early, minimizing disruptions and improving system reliability.
Higher team productivity: By streamlining everyday IT tasks, my team can support more users without increasing workload.

  ### 38. Ninja One: Making Life Easier for Customers and Family

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 27, 2026

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

It allows my to customize the policies, support, alerting, etc. based on my customer needs. It really makes monitoring and supporting my customers much easier

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

The licensing costs for backup storage and some of the have to go through sales person to get licensing added or reduced can be tiresome but it is a rare issue

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use this for my family as well as my customers. I no longer deal with exhausting printer issues with my mom or uncle, and if they run into email problems, they’ve learned to just forward it so I can take a look. Those 45-minute WTF sessions of frustration and crying with my mom are now down to about five minutes, and the issue gets fixed.

It gives me peace of mind and lets me focus on new business.

  ### 39. NinjaOne Simplifies IT Management with an All-in-One Endpoint Platform

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

NinjaOne is a unified, cloud-native IT operations platform designed for endpoint management, automated patching, and remote monitoring. It helps our team control Windows, macOS, Linux, and mobile devices from a single console. Also, the price is competitive to other providers. The support team has always been prompt and efficient as well any time that we have needed to contact them.

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

We have not really had any downsides to NinjaOne as of yet, there have been some difficulties with scripts, but that is more or less on us creating the scripts, not the abilities of NinjaOne and they have been very willing to assist us with that.

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It's nice to have a one stop shop to have an over all view of all of your devices with the ability to view all of those devices.

  ### 43. Great Device Connectivity and support

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

I think the visuals good be a little more appealing

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It has improved our efficiency, reduced downtime, and given us better visibility into our environment, allowing us to spend more time on strategic initiatives instead of reacting to day-to-day issues.

  ### 45. Makes IT Management a Lot Easier

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Vishal S. | Customer Support Engineer, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 20, 2026

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

I appreciate that it combines endpoint management, patch management, and monitoring in a single platform instead of using multiple tools.

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

The mobile app is useful, but it doesn't offer the same level of functionality as the web version.
Some third-party integrations could be expanded to make it easier to connect with other tools we use.

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

NinjaOne helps me manage all endpoints from one place, so I don't have to switch between multiple tools.
It makes remote troubleshooting much faster, which means I can resolve user issues without needing to be physically present.
Real-time monitoring helps me catch issues early, reducing unexpected downtime.

  ### 46. Night-and-Day RMM Upgrade: Responsive, Intuitive, and Easy to Integrate

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** William K. | Director of Technical Operations, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 21, 2026

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

Using NinjaOne was a night and day upgrade from our old RMM solution. The interface is very responsive and the features are intuitive to use. It feels like we get more done instead of having to learn the tool. Integrations are easy to configure and tie into a lot of the other tools we use.

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

Anytime a system is designed to make it really easy to do something, its smoetimes hard to do a lot of that thing. So bulk updates or wide changes are sometimes more "clicky" than I'd like.

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We came from a legacy RMM platform and moving to NinjaOne has let our team do more becasue working with it isnt such a slog through legacy and outdated systems. Doing thinks like creating custom policies or automations is so much easier in NinjaOne, which means we're more likely to leverage those features.

  ### 47. Affordable, Continuously Improving Product for Small Businesses

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Tim S. | Owner, Ability Information Technologies, LLC, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 27, 2026

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

I like that they are constantly working to improve their product and offers. Most of all, I appreciate that they don’t push small businesses out by pricing their products higher than most small businesses are willing to pay.

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

The technical support is hit and miss. I have dealt with extremely knowledgeable technicians that are very responsive and knowledgeable. I have also dealt with some that take days to get back to me and want me to do a bunch of troubleshooting to figure out why their product isn’t working.

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Monitoring, antivirus, monitored backups for 365 and remote access.

  ### 48. NinjaOne Streamlines Endpoint Management with Powerful Automation and a Single-Pane Dashboard

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer & Network Security | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 23, 2026

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

What I like most about NinjaOne is how much it streamlines day‑to‑day endpoint management without adding unnecessary complexity. The features I rely on most are the centralized device dashboard, automation policies, and remote access tools.
The single-pane-of-glass dashboard is probably the biggest win for me. Being able to see patch status, alerts, device health, and software inventory all in one place means I don’t waste time jumping between systems. For example, when a device starts throwing warnings, I can immediately drill down into CPU, memory, disk usage, and event logs without opening multiple tools.
The automation engine has had the biggest impact on my workflow. I’ve set up scripts and policies that automatically handle routine maintenance tasks like clearing temp files, restarting services, and enforcing patch compliance. Instead of manually checking and fixing issues across dozens of machines, NinjaOne handles it in the background. This easily saves me several hours each week and allows me to focus on higher-value work.
The patch management system is another standout. Scheduling updates and having visibility into which endpoints are compliant (or failing) has significantly improved our patching process. Before, tracking that manually was messy and time-consuming; now I can quickly identify and resolve any outliers.
For support, the remote access tools are fast and reliable. I can connect to user machines in seconds, often without interrupting their workflow, which makes troubleshooting much smoother. The integration with background tools (like command line and file access) means I can fix issues without always needing a full remote session.
An unexpected benefit has been how proactive the platform enables us to be. The alerting and monitoring let us catch issues—like failing disks or high resource usage—before users even notice a problem. This has noticeably reduced reactive tickets and improved overall user satisfaction.
Overall, NinjaOne has helped shift my workflow from reactive firefighting to proactive management, while noticeably reducing the time spent on repetitive admin tasks.

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

While NinjaOne is a strong platform overall, there are a few areas where it could be improved based on my day-to-day use.
One of the main frustrations is the reporting functionality. While it provides the basics, creating custom reports can feel limited and sometimes unintuitive. For example, when I need to generate tailored reports for patch compliance or device health across specific client groups, I often have to export data and manipulate it elsewhere. This adds extra steps and time to what should ideally be a quick, built-in process. Expanding the report builder with more flexible filtering, customization, and scheduling options would make a big difference.
Another area that could use improvement is alert noise and customization. While the monitoring system is powerful, it can sometimes generate too many alerts that aren’t always actionable. This leads to “alert fatigue,” where genuinely important issues can get buried. More granular control over alert thresholds, smarter alert grouping, or better default tuning would help reduce noise and make alerts more meaningful.
The patch management visibility—while solid overall—can occasionally be unclear when troubleshooting failures. For instance, when a patch doesn’t deploy successfully, the error messaging isn’t always detailed enough to quickly diagnose the root cause. This can lead to additional time spent digging into logs or manually checking endpoints. More descriptive error reporting or built-in remediation suggestions would speed up troubleshooting significantly.
I’ve also found the search and filtering experience across devices and organizations could be more responsive and precise. When managing a large number of endpoints, finding exactly what I need sometimes takes longer than it should, especially if filters don’t behave as expected or require multiple steps to narrow things down. Improving search performance and adding more advanced filtering logic would streamline navigation.
Finally, while the UI is generally clean, certain workflows—like bulk actions or navigating between device views and policies—can feel slightly disjointed. It’s not a major issue, but reducing the number of clicks needed for common actions and improving workflow continuity would make everyday tasks faster and more fluid.
Overall, these issues don’t outweigh the benefits, but addressing them would significantly improve efficiency, reduce time spent on administrative overhead, and make the platform even more powerful for technicians managing large environments.

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before implementing NinjaOne, we struggled with fragmented tools and manual processes for managing endpoints. Monitoring, patching, and remote support were spread across different systems, which made even simple tasks inefficient. For example, checking device health or patch compliance meant logging into multiple platforms, and routine maintenance like clearing disk space or restarting services had to be done manually across machines.
We also had very limited visibility into endpoint issues. Problems were often only discovered once users reported them, which meant we were constantly in reactive mode—chasing tickets instead of preventing them. This not only increased resolution times but also impacted user satisfaction.
After moving to NinjaOne, everything is centralized. We went from juggling multiple tools to having a single platform where we can monitor, manage, and support all endpoints in real time. This has fundamentally changed how we operate.
For example:

We struggled with manual maintenance tasks, but now we use automation policies and scripting, which has reduced hands-on work significantly. This alone saves me several hours per week.
We struggled with reactive support, but now we have proactive monitoring and alerting, which means we can resolve issues before users even notice. This has reduced ticket volume and improved response times.
We struggled with inconsistent patching, but now we can automatically deploy and track patch compliance, resulting in a much more secure and consistent environment.

The biggest measurable improvement has been efficiency. Tasks that used to take hours—like auditing systems, applying updates, or troubleshooting devices—can now be done in minutes from a single interface. Overall, I’d estimate a 30–50% reduction in time spent on routine endpoint management.
An additional benefit is the improved reliability and user experience. Because we’re catching issues earlier and resolving them faster, users experience less downtime and fewer disruptions, which has noticeably improved confidence in IT.
In short, we went from a reactive, tool-heavy workflow to a proactive, automated, and centralized approach, which has saved time, reduced workload, and improved overall service quality.

  ### 49. Excellent Integrations and API Flexibility with NinjaOne

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ricky E. | Service Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 16, 2026

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

What I like most is the quality of the integrations between NinjaOne and other platforms, like BitDefender. I also really like the API, since it lets us build our own custom scripts and integrations.

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

The ticketing system can be improved. By default it should have a way to visually see from the main page how to see the status, last responses and more. Instead I need to go and click on each ticket to see all the important info.

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It's letting us automate a lot of processes and letting us create custom device alerts that really help on a daily basis.

  ### 50. User-Friendly Interface and Support, but Vulnerability Management Needs Improvement

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 03, 2025

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

I think it has a nice UI and is easy to navigate. There support documents have been useful and the team are very helpful. We are starting to use more features all the time with clients and have gotten good use out of the software. The performance has been good with only minimal downtime.

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

The vulnerabilities setting keeps a lot of devices marked in red, and it can be difficult to clear those alerts if a device isn’t online and you can’t queue OS patches.

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Very helpful for keeping clients up to date with updates and being able to monitor system resources. Being able to create scripts allows us to plan actions and keep onto of issues before they arise. Being able to lock devices and manage devices remote has been useful.
