"Acceptable, But More Downtime than Expected"

What do you like best?

Hosting servers offsite allow us redundancy and frees us from needing to worry about managing hardware onsite. Our team is able to work from anywhere with an Internet connection.

What do you dislike?

We have experienced more downtime than we expected. There have been several occasions over the last few years that servers were down to to issues at Neverfail. We have also experienced issues with response time of applications that access the servers.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

Test other cloud hosting providers as well, different products may suit others differently.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

We are solving several problems. The first is redundancy. If there is a physical disaster at our office, our data is safe offsite. Also, we are freed from worrying about managing hardware. Lastly, hosted servers allows for a distributed workforce.

"Decent But Expensive Hosting Platform"

What do you like best?

Uptime on this platform is pretty good, and it's a familiar VMware interface for managing the guests. Their support response time is decent, and they have a great focus on security.

What do you dislike?

When we do have issues on the platform they're pretty quick to point the finger at our config and move on, as opposed to helping us understand why our configuration isn't working properly. It's pricey, but I suppose you get what you pay for.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Relatively easy to use VDI provider that saves us the Capex and overhead of designing and maintaining our own VDI infrastructure.
