The most impressive aspect of Netcore is their speed to value. They helped our team build a High domain reputation from scratch within just two weeks, which is incredibly rare in the ESP space.

Beyond deliverability, the omnichannel experience is seamless. The platform manages to balance a highly intuitive UI with sophisticated workflow capabilities. It’s rare to find a tool that offers "UI simplicity" without sacrificing the power needed to build complex, automated journeys.

What I like most about Netcore is how it brings customer data, segmentation, and omnichannel communication together in one unified system. Another major strength is its AI-driven personalization and segmentation, which helps deliver highly relevant messages based on user behavior and preferences, ultimately improving engagement and conversions.

**What do you dislike about Netcore Customer Engagement Platform?**

One challenge is that its interface and navigation can feel complex for new users, which creates a noticeable learning curve. It also offers fewer third-party integrations and somewhat limited analytics compared with some competing martech platforms. That said, its automation features and omnichannel engagement capabilities still make it a strong tool for lifecycle marketing.

Netcore solves the challenge of fragmented customer data and disconnected marketing channels by bringing data, segmentation, automation, and communication channels into a single platform. Netcore Cloud has maximized our productivity on every front. Leveraging it's email and AMP, we've streamlined communication channels seamlessly. The email AMP and A/B testing tools have facilitated precise targeting and optimization. They have provided deep insights, guiding our decision-making process effectively. Netcore Cloud is a game-changer for businesses striving for efficiency and effectiveness in digital engagement.

Nothing. Netcore is one of the most efficient email marketing platforms that supports in excellent customer engagement.

I like the ability to centralize communication, automation, and audience behavior analysis in a single environment. The platform greatly facilitates the creation of more personalized and intelligent journeys, especially for email campaigns, push notifications, WhatsApp, and user retention actions.

**What do you dislike about Netcore Customer Engagement Platform?**

One of the aspects I like least about the Netcore Customer Engagement Platform is that some of the more advanced features can have a steeper learning curve, especially for users who are not very familiar with automation and data analysis.

I also believe that navigation in some modules could be more intuitive and fluid, especially when setting up more complex journeys and segmentations. At certain times, the number of available resources can end up making the experience a bit more cumbersome, requiring more time for adaptation and operational organization.

The Netcore Customer Engagement Platform primarily helps solve problems related to segmented communication, campaign automation, and tracking audience behavior across different channels. Previously, many processes were more manual and decentralized, making it difficult to strategically track the customer journey.

With the platform, it has become easier to automate communication flows, personalize campaigns, and analyze results in real-time. This improves operational efficiency, reduces rework, and aids in making faster, data-driven decisions.

The main benefit is being able to create more relevant actions for the audience, increasing engagement, retention, and campaign performance, as well as significantly optimizing the time spent on operational tasks.

I like that Netcore Customer Engagement Platform is easy to use and very similar to most systems, meaning not a lot of learning is needed. There's really good support from the account management and customer support teams. I appreciate that if there are any concerns or challenges, I can proactively reach out, and they support us very quickly. The product usage is straightforward, especially if you've used any Customer Engagement Platform system before, which makes it easy to learn and start using. This ease of use allows us to onboard any employee into the team quickly.

**What do you dislike about Netcore Customer Engagement Platform?**

Sometimes there are issues and bugs. Sometimes, it does tend to be a little bit up and down, which can be improved further by tech. The email and the verification sometimes lack a little bit. The SDK needs to be updated quite regularly, which is a challenge.

What stands out most is the quality of customer support. The team is consistently responsive and goes above and beyond to resolve issues quickly, making the platform much easier to manage day-to-day..

It's still early days for me personally, as I'm currently in the process of learning the platform, so I don't have enough experience yet to pinpoint any specific dislikes. Check back with me in a few months!

**What problems is Netcore Customer Engagement Platform solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It's still early days, but from what I've seen so far, I believe Netcore will really help us tackle some key challenges particularly around customer segmentation and driving more meaningful engagement. I'm looking forward to seeing how it allows us to better target the right audiences with the right messaging,  more effective campaigns including gamification etc.

It has given us one central place to manage customer engagement. Whether we’re supporting the direct marketing team with segmentation or bringing shoppable emails into the mix, the platform has genuinely opened up a new avenue for us as a team.

I’d like to see more additional integrations. I know the API documentation supports virtually endless integrations, but that also comes with development costs. Having more out-of-the-box integrations would really help.

I like that the Netcore Customer Engagement Platform improves our communication across multiple channels and helps manage user touchpoints. I appreciate its performance at scale, which is much better compared to our previous platform. The platform's ability to handle emails well, along with the prompt resolution of any issues with good communication, is really valuable. Being able to target users via push notifications based on email and app interactions has opened new opportunities for growth and revenue. The dedicated account manager and the platform's support bring valuable experience and ideas that help us grow our business. Moreover, switching to Netcore greatly improved our ability to segment our customers.

The reporting with Netcore is generally good; however, connecting to our existing BI platforms could be improved by providing APIs for data reporting. An API to automate the process of importing the data into our BI platform would help us review our business in one place.

I like that Netcore Customer Engagement is well equipped and supports customization to suit unique business needs.
With the tool, we have an easy time mapping customer journey to be able to personalize content that would meet their needs hence making marketing easy.
The software makes personalization of our marketing easy and we're able target specific audiences and this improves marketing performance. 
The tool comes with amazing marketing capabilities which includes SMS Marketing, marketing automation and SMS marketing all which increases our marketing success. 
The platform also comes with amazing digital adoption features and has been seamless ever since deployment.

Using Netcore Customer Engagement is always flawless. The tool has performed exemplary.
