Netcore is an exceptional automation platform that helped us to streamline the customer engagement and achieve remarkable results.
User friendly interface: Setting up campaigns, tracking performance, downloading any required reports for analysis etc. makes Netcore one of the easiest tools to use even for new users.
Personalization Capabilities: Netcore helps to create personalized and data driven campaigns accross all the channels likes emails, sms, APN etc. that helps to reach out to customers in every possible way.
AI features: Netcore's AI based features like STO and SLO helped us to reach out yo our customers at best time with the best subject lines as per AI for our email campaigns.
Customer Support: Netcore's customer support team is very responsible, knowledgeable and always go out of the way to assist whenever required. The support team ensures that the users get the most out of the platform.

Netocre best part is thier email camapaign , its really help us to improve our customer engagement. and even without knowing HTML also easily we can create some unique templates. and dashboard also user friendly and for smooth management they are providing different dashboard for better use. The thing i dislike abot Netcore is its bit difficult to understand in starting. and teher is no user guidevideo, if we want create or if we want to use any analytics we need conned to connect with pov, if there is any tutorial video it will be bettere for new user. and one more this its regarding whatsapp chatbot. inthe chat section we cant review the old text if its like whatsapp theme its really easy to use. There is a famous quote, “Marketing is no longer about the stuff that marketers do. It's about the stuff that customers do” and with the help of Netcore we can push customers to do just that.
It has been a lifesaver for us when it comes to sending push and in-app notifications. We can use features like timer notifications and carousels to make our messages more interesting. It even allows us to personalize them by using the user's name, which makes them feel more special.
Netcore also lets us target specific groups of users, like people of a certain age or with certain interests. This helps us send messages that are relevant to each user and the increase in click rates just proves that.
They have a very comprehensive and helpful analytics tool. It displays how people react to our notifications, so we can make them even better. Plus, the support team, especially Manish and Jeba Kumar, are always ready there to help. They're quick to respond and a big shout out to Jeba who always tries to come up with new ways to help us strategize the best way to promote our products and services.

1 - system taking time to upload the file.
2 - We dont have any helpline number after rasing the ticket to solve the issue on priority.
3 - SMS dose not allow formatting (e.g Bold, italic,)which limit mesg presentation.
4 - For new development/ Requirement , taking long time to chang in system.
