&lt;p&gt;For on-call teams, trust is really about alert quality, not alert volume. I’d compare false-positive pages, escalation accuracy, deduplication, and how well each platform suppresses noisy incidents before they wake someone who can’t actually fix the problem.&lt;/p&gt;
