**What do you like best about Nava HQ?**

Nava’s HQ tool is one of the most valuable platforms in our HR tech stack. It brings all of our benefits information into one clean, organized, easy-to-navigate space. My team no longer needs to search through emails, or dig through shared drives, everything they need is available on demand with Nava HQ. One of my favorite aspects is how the tool helps me prepare and share benefits data with Sr. Leadership in an easy to understand way.

In addition to the technology, customer support from Nava has always been excellent. Their team is responsive, thoughtful, and invested in our success.

**What do you dislike about Nava HQ?**

There are no negatives I can think of, maybe that it was not available sooner!

**What problems is Nava HQ solving and how is that benefiting you?**

HQ centralizes everything into a single, well-organized platform that is easy for employees to navigate. The Nava team takes the administrative burden of employee benefits off the plate of my team and allows them to focus on other impactful initiatives, knowing our employees are receiving the highest level of support from Nava.

Nava HQ solves the problem of manual, time-consuming, and error-prone benefits administration by centralizing benefits information, automating answers to employee questions, and providing real-time tools for modeling renewals and ensuring compliance. It reduces reliance on spreadsheets and back-and-forth emails, giving HR teams more time and confidence to manage benefits strategically while improving the employee experience.
