Their concierge offering provides a true outsourcing experience that takes the majority of the burden off my staff to collect, review, and follow up on subcontractor insurance. To provide quality insurance review, people have to be involved and the complexity of insurance makes it impossible not to fallible. myCOI's support team isn't perfect, but neither are we. When mistakes are made we partner to make sure that reviews are updated and the certificate review personnel at myCOI have a better understanding of what our requirements are intended to mean and how to apply them. The most helpful thing about myCOI is being able to see the compliance status of my vendors easily. I use this weekly to check any NON-COMPLIANT vendors so that I can notify them of their status. The least helpful thing is probably being logged out if you are not active over a short period. Since this is a security feature for myself and my company, it is a small problem.
