Once the system is set up and becomes familiar with the COIs being submitted, it becomes very hands-off. Users can, of course, manually send reminders to vendors, and they do need to keep an eye on Activities/Tasks so the system’s automation can continue seamlessly. The system is laid out in a user-friendly way, and the BCS team—from the CEO to the representative to the support team—are all readily available to assist with any troubleshooting needs. Reporting and data collection/analysis could be improved. I’d really welcome deeper, more detailed data analysis, including insurance trends and clearer views of compliant versus non-compliant vendors by location as well as in aggregate.
