"Everything in One Place: Robust, Connected System in EZLynx"

What do you like best about EZLynx?

Having everything in one system. The biggest advantage is having the client, policies, documents, activities, communications, renewals, and workflows tied together instead of bouncing between multiple systems. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about EZLynx?

My biggest frustration with EZLynx is that while the system is very robust, some workflows can feel more complicated and click-heavy than necessary. The learning curve is also significant, particularly for new users who are trying to understand where information should be entered and how different features connect. From a Commercial Lines perspective, I would like to see more seamless data carryover between submissions, applications, proposals, and policy records to further reduce duplicate entry. I also think reporting and dashboard customization could be more intuitive. Overall, EZLynx has a lot of capability, but simplifying the user experience and reducing the number of steps required for common tasks would make the platform significantly more efficient. What problems is EZLynx solving and how is that benefiting you?

EZLynx is helping solve the problem of having client information, policy data, documents, tasks, communications, and workflows spread across multiple systems and processes. Having more of that information centralized gives our team better visibility into the client relationship and makes it easier to manage accounts consistently. The automation and workflow capabilities also help reduce manual administrative work, improve follow-up and accountability, and create more standardized processes across the agency. From a Commercial Lines perspective, this is particularly valuable because it allows our producers and service team to spend less time on repetitive administrative tasks and more time focused on prospecting, client relationships, renewals, and revenue-producing activities.
