The automated emails and option for vendors to create their own profiles to view compliance are awesome. It takes a lot of labor out of my hands, and it reduces vendor questions about why they are non-compliant or what they can expect. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

There seems to be pretty regular glitches or bugs with the system. These are sometimes resolved quickly. Other times, I feel like my ticket gets lost in the support system and it takes a while to see anything. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
