It reads insurance documents correctly 100% of the time and points out what's missing, helping us secure and minimize risks. I love how it takes all the leg work and back and forth of insurance talks out of the hands of my rental reps, allowing them to focus on selling rentals. The initial setup was very easy, taking just three 30-minute meetings to supply our requirements and get it done. Overall, Evident is a very good product and company, and I would definitely recommend it. **What do you dislike about Evident?** Dependent on email addresses for customers, but I don't really think that is an Evident problem more so my company. **What problems is Evident solving and how is that benefiting you?** Evident accurately reads insurance documents and highlights missing parts, reducing our risk. It takes a lot of labor out of my hands, and it reduces vendor questions about why they are non-compliant or what they can expect. **What do you dislike about Evident?** There seems to be pretty regular glitches or bugs with the system. These are sometimes resolved quickly. Other times, I feel like my ticket gets lost in the support system and it takes a while to see anything. **What problems is Evident solving and how is that benefiting you?** The ability to sort risk profiles and get specific about requirements. ### 3. The team too has been awesome about taking my feedback and indicating that they will look into it. From a software perspective, that level of customer service is awesome and what I want with a company that is going to have our business. **What problems is Evident solving and how is that benefiting you?** We were using an "old school" methodology of tracking COI's and doing so manually and it wasn't working for us. The Evident way has allowed us to completely transform the way that we are doing this with vendor compliance. ### 4. Additionally, I initially believed that many features of the product were customizable, but it turns out that these changes cannot be made at the client level. Instead, modifying one aspect affects the entire platform, which is not what I expected. **What problems is Evident solving and how is that benefiting you?** It has taken what was a manual review of insurance and made it largely automated, at least for the user. ### 7. Outside of that, it's not preferred. It's simple & sleek, especially as it's integrated with our applicant program. **What do you dislike about Evident?** Customer service is probably the worst I've ever worked with in terms of a b2b company. I dread when things hiccup, which means I'll have to reach out to their CS team. Not my favorite. I've been told the previous rep was great, but the current rep has dropped the ball way too many times. **What problems is Evident solving and how is that benefiting you?** It helps us background check our applicants, which is required for our service. ### 12.
