What do you like best about AgentSync?

The upsides of AgntSync are good visibility of workflow with interactive dashboards, ability to have a broad or detailed view of licensing items based on your preference. They also have extensive Compliance Library providing imortant information. Lastly, big kudos to their Support team, their knowledge and fast troubleshooting are very helpful. What do you dislike about AgentSync?

There are gaps that needs closing. I would say for 90% of my work I can use AgentSync, but for example for licensing - certain license types, like Adjusters, are not supported with AgentSync.

What do you like best about AgentSync?

My favorite aspect of AgentSync is that I don't have to worry about whether or not we are in compliance with our licensing. I can easily see how we are doing by looking at the dashboard and our rep Holli is always 3 steps ahead of us being proactive about renewals and changes to the law. What do you like best about AgentSync?

AgentSync is a wonderful tool for managing your Agency's licensing needs. They have a variety of reports, dashboards, and functions that make it easy to manage. You also have the ability to assign Scorecards that determine which states and LOAs an individual needs if the licensing needs are different across the organization. What do you dislike about AgentSync?

There wasn't anything that I really disliked about AgentSync. The only thing that I would say that is a little challenging in the beginning is learning the system, the different dashboards and reports that are available. What do you like best about AgentSync?

I over see the insurance licenses at my organization and AgentSync has created a compliant, error proof means of tracking all 100+ employees that goes right to the NIPR source. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about AgentSync?

AgentSync is a huge time saver for us helping get and maintain different state licenses for our company. Once everything is set up a new license can be applied for in a click of a button. Only syncing with NIPR and not Sircon can be frustrating when dealing with a large variety of states but we are lucky that it doesn't come up as an issue very often. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
