What do you like best about Jones?

Information clearly organized and easy to use. Fairly young company constantly working to respond to user input as well as to introduce new features. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Jones?

The downside to using Jones is the same as using any similar program: tenants and vendors are often just not used to working with submitting COIs and other infomration to an online platform. In my experience, many tenants and vendors are more accustomed to direct email exchanges and attaching COIs to emails. It's not Jones' fault that some people are still using typewriters when the world has moved to computers (metaphorically speaking). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Jones solving and how is that benefiting you?

The biggest issie I've had is the failure of tenants and vendors to respond to Jones' automated email requests and reminders, despite the fact that the messages are very clear. So many times I want to say to a vendor, "did you read the message???" Jones recently introduced an "Operator" program, where a representative dedicated to your account follows up with those non-responsive tenants/vendors (and others, as needed).
