With MYBOS, automation is our support to success. From efficient hotel management to quick communication between tenants, this building management software makes property management an easy job. **What do you dislike about MYBOS?** I didn't find much dislikes about MYBOS. **What problems is MYBOS solving and how is that benefiting you?** MYBOS is a platform designed to streamline and optimize business operations, primarily for facility management and asset management. It provides solutions in areas such as Work Order Management, asset management, preventive maintenance, data insights and user friendly interface. ### 2. Recommended for sure, just need a bit more to cope with tabs and other minor issues. **What do you dislike about MYBOS?** It should have more features to add customized items and descriptions as per building requirements, each facility has its own bylaws, amenities, and other booking protocols so this platform can offer more to deal with these items. **What problems is MYBOS solving and how is that benefiting you?** maintaining Owners/Agents/Tenant details and organizing amenities bookings, doing inspection, issuing work orders and keeping a log of the activities through the case, and maintaining a calendar for the scheduled bookings. ### 3. Keys in and out for short stay guest purposes Email broadcast and parcel notification system Case uploads and easy to update Daily log system for staff Contractor database and information. Calendar **What do you dislike about MYBOS?** Mobile App is basic at this stage. You have to save everything, sometimes ill be in the middle of working on a case and a resident needs a parcel and if i forget to save it goes away. **Recommendations to others considering MYBOS:** If you are after a programme that will capture all the data and be easy to teach new staff members then this is the one for you. The support team are excellent in troubleshooting and helping you through any issues. **What problems is MYBOS solving and how is that benefiting you?** MYBOS provides all the information from Budget, cases, plans, calendar, and resident information all in a very easy and simple to use format. It makes working for a building extremely easy to pick up and play! ### 4.
