We participate in various trade shows each year, and managing lead capture and follow-up was always our biggest challenge. Since we started using momencio, everything has changed. It goes beyond being just a scanner—it's a comprehensive engagement system that enables our team to track genuine conversations and immediately follow up with tailored content.

We like the following:

- The ability to scan badges or business cards and have real-time lead enrichment (even when events don’t offer APIs).

- Seamless Salesforce integration—our reps love that data flows directly into CRM, no manual uploads.

- We can see who engages with our collateral, what they click, how long they view it—game-changer for prioritizing leads.

It took me a few reps and a couple of shows to really get comfortable with all the features of the app, but the training provided by momencio was thorough and helpful. What do you like best about momencio?

One of the best things about Momencio is its multi-channel lead ingestion/record capturing capabilities. I can import a list of records via its web app, scan business card on the go in the event, and add people directly to the centralized DB through their iOS/Android app. Very easy to use/no frill mobile/web interface. Doesn't have a steep learning curve. Additionally, their AI Enrichment is fantastic as well. The customer support team is great as well. Easy to implement from ground up and you can integrate it with your MAP/CRM as well (e.g., HubSpot, SalesForce, Marketo, etc.) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about momencio?

We were on the market for a lead acquisition software to replace our clunky incumbent solution. After reviewing the market we found that Momencio fit our needs perfectly in terms of CRM integration and capabilities. We spoke to Manos and Alexandra at the team there (Who are great btw) and the showed us not just the lead scanning that we needed but also the engagement opportunities which are possible when using Momencio.
