What I like best in MS SQL, like any other Microsoft product, is the simple and easy to use user-interface (I guess most of us are familiar with Windows). I can make queries and scripts easily and without any trouble. Basic SQL knowledge is required.

What I love most about MS SQL is the Profiler. It's very handy and it helped me a lot when debugging apps. It allows you to see what's "happening" on the server, what scripts are executed, along with the parameters, which does not seem to be supported by other RDBMS..
