1. Query optimization remain biggest weakness and don't have tools for analysis and suggest better option like Toad SQL .

2. Performance tuning of Microsoft SQL Server is hard to implement and We face some problem like dead lock then we can't use tools for analysis and solve problem. We need to use end process for deadlock and my database is back to normal mode. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
