What do you like best about Microsoft SQL Server?

SQL is a pretty simple software to use. You can create, edit, and query databases and most of these operations are simple. The software itself is rather stable, I have not experienced any bugs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

1) It is suitable for managing transactional data.

2) It is highly secure. The user access is limited to their security roles.

3) It is highly scalable . Multiple users can use SQL server simultaneously without affecting each other.

4) It's very easy to debug issues by using SQL server.

1) SQL server is not free. Client need to purchase license for this.

2) SQL server do not provide gui to be used clients.

Microsoft SQL server is a relational database management system provided by microsoft. This advanced product helps to store large amount of data which then can be processed as required. You can perform different operations : create, store, retrieve, modify, delete etc. Its easy to connect multiple SQL servers at a time and link them. A SQL server can be connected from local machine or on any network computer easily. This product allows to take a backup of whole data and restore it anytime on same or different SQL server. Small firms or a user may find SQL Server too expensive.
