What do you like best about Microsoft SQL Server?

The performance in queries and creating tables have improved throughout the versions. There's also powershell for SQL in which you can code scripts to work with SQL objects. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Microsoft SQL Server?

What hurts the most is the cost of having Microsoft SQL. It's too expensive for all levels, you have license, CAL, and cores. Another item is applications being built for X version of SQL might not work for a future build of SQL. In addition, make sure you have tons of RAM and disk available.
