"Microsoft SQL review"
What do you like best about Microsoft SQL Server?

I like best querying data from more than one table using the SQL, I like also the syntax checking and I like opening more than one tab for different queries a lot, also I like easy import and export structure or\and data between more than databases, I like also the object explorer as it list all servers, databases, views, SPs, tables, etc in one place, I like also script generation, it helps me a lot copy a big script with structure and data and execute it easily in another SQL server without backup and restore, also I like the accessing control. "Sql is a gurantee"
What do you like best about Microsoft SQL Server?

SQL over the years has gotten much easier to use. The upgrades between versions have also gotten more simple. The overall database structure is reliable and has worked well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Microsoft SQL Server?

The worst part about sql lately is the licensing. You are required to license so much in the virtual environment and it makes it a budget concern, especially for a large company. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"A Powerful Relational Database Server"
What do you like best about Microsoft SQL Server?

If configured correctly with the proper hardware, SQL Server can be incredibly powerful, delivering millions of data points in the blink of an eye. Even poorly constructed schema can be arranged in views to allow developers to harness SQL's performance benefits. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Microsoft SQL Server?

When developing queries with complicated schema, it can be helpful to visualize how the tables are arranged. While SQL Server Management Studio does supply a visual query designer, it can be frustrating to use as (1) it doesn't store your arrangement in memory and will reset if you re-open the designer and (2) can generate some really messy queries using some strange things like RIGHT joins.
