Leveraging a head hunter can be a more expensive way to go, but memoryBlue's rates are competitive.

We are repeat customers of memoryBlue and engaged with them recently to hire 3 Account Executives in specific geographies.  Ben Skinner did an amazing job sourcing the right candidates in a very short period of time.  We needed to hire quickly to meet our growth goals and I couldn't be happier with Ben's speed of execution and professionalism.  I highly recommend working with Ben.

It's very important to be clear about our objectives and expectations from the outset, because that's what enables us to generate results quickly. Communication is also important, so that we can immediately change strategy if necessary.

I had a Funnel Creation problem because I couldn't find enough time to prospect new business teams on my accounts. Operatix helped me to target business contacts and initiated cold calling actions to plan discovery meetings. These meetings helped me to discover and qualify business pain points in order to build a solid compelling event and accelerate my sales cycle.

Highly skilled team that worked to understand the messaging and suggest what could and couldn't work. The team working with us was highly skilled and grasped the concept and over achieved our expectations. The relationship manager was great and provided support whenever needed and was always on call to suggest improvements.

Outsourcing a function is challenging at times as you need constant back and forth but happy with the level of support we received.

Take time to define messaging to ensure it resonates 
Taken onboard advice from relationship managers and define target market 
Speak to the team frequently and let them work as an sales extension oppose to outsourced partner
Define challenges as a collective and understand the challanges you solve oppose to product and features

Having launched in the UK recently we didn't want to spend vast amounts on recruiting someone in the region before understanding if there is a market. Operatix provided this service and we couldn't be more pleased with the results. He has a keen eye for detail and is always willing to aid us in any way he can to help us achieve our goals - in particular around our specific, and often detailed, internal reporting requirements. A pleasure to work with!

There is nothing I feel that I dislike about Operatix. Any problems or hurdles we encounter are dealth with swiftly and in a professional manner and always with a 'can-do' attitude.

Consistent quality direct hires. Nearly everyone sourced by MB is thriving at the company today.

**What do you dislike about memoryBlue?**

MB only gets paid if a company hires their canidate. This means they are not a great fit if you don't have mutliple posistion open( they have no incentive to keep canidates coming you way if they don't believe you will make a hire soon)

Aaraon "Big country" McCann played a crucial role in scaling the GTM team at Rocketlane.

Operatix generated opportunities based on our prospectd and their own prospect - we manage to build our pipeline really fast. 
The person in charge of the prospection is flexible, smart and result driven.

At times there's turnover on the team which is disruptive and temporarily hinders success.

Prior to using memoryBlue we had a internal SDR program with little to no success. For this reason we decided to give outsourcing this function a try and are very happy we did. They are a process oriented organization that set high goals for themselves working tirelessly to achieve and overdeliver.

If you are looking to move quickly with a turnkey blueprint for outsourced SDRs booking meetings for your team they are great!

As a Fractional GMT leader we were looking for proof of concept of the value of an outsourced SDR firm for a client of ours. memoryBlue was able to move quickly in setting up a 2 person SDR team along with Program Manager out of the Denver Office. They have been nimble enough to adopt our tools of choice to work in. We are quicking building our pipeline with qualified meetings allowing our AEs to focus on closing new business.

Focus on short term KPIs with our can mean less flexibilty in type of work / focus of the individuals, and can sometimes reward behaviours that are not preferred.

A superb choice for SDR-led projects. 
Ensure when setting KPIs that they align with your business needs. 
Utilise management and operational support from operatix. Provide them with a detailed view of the type of individuals that would suit your project - for us they certainly delivered on this.

Qualified meeting booking for security software org targeting large-scale, security conscious organisations in industries such as Finance, Gov, Travel.

Allowing us to build qualified pipeline in a previously under-resourced and relatively new region. 

Providing multi-lingual reps opening up new regions.

We like that Operatix have quickly become an extension of our team. They're very accessible and are willing to invest in building and perfecting their pitch and playbooks. There's one resource we like in particular as she's producing more and higher quality meetings than everyone else in the team.

Nothing to dislike about Operatix per se. It did take a little longer for the team to ramp up compared to what we were told to expect. After 3-4 months we're starting to see improvements in the number and quality of appointments booked.

Commit to the Operatix service for at least 6 months to properly assess the impact on your business.

Operatix are helping us fulfill the SDR function to accelerate lead generation and pipeline creation. Using their service allows us to focus our resources on what we do best, which is qualify, develop and close sales opportunities. For Operatix to deliver, you will need to spend the efforts and allow the time needed for their team to learn enough about your product and company.

**What do you like best about memoryBlue?**

memoryBlue achieved outstanding results - beating all estimates of appointment setting. They provided our sales team with a stream of qualified sales leads. Our account manager was fantastic at staying on top of the situation and providing weekly touch points so we were all on the same page with the number of dials, the success rate of meeting settings, and the quality of the leads generated. Our SDR was top notch and learned the industry pain points quickly and was relentless at dialing and getting meetings scheduled.

**What do you dislike about memoryBlue?**

DIdn't really experience any down sides.

**Recommendations to others considering memoryBlue:**

We were not able to fully integrate memoryBlue into our internal systems (for example, we could not provide SDRs with corporate email accounts). This did make out SDR's lives more challenging. I'd highly recommend considering how you will integrate them fully into your email and sales pipeline management systems. 

Also, they will only be successful if you stay engaged and help the SDRs understand your market, the pain points and the processes.

We launched a brand new offering within an organization that had no history of sales or sales development. memoryBlue provided an outsourced sales development capability with meeting setting for executives and sales leaders.

**What do you like best about memoryBlue?**

I really enjoy working with the Operatix team: the resources are you biggest value!

I work with Mattia Paviera in my region, and I am really happy with him. Excellent professional and with a proactive attitude, he has booked a number of meetings with new logos, and except for one person, all the rest are the right target personas (even the one who is not the right target persona could be a good way for us to get into the account). In my case, we already have two meetings that have become S1, and soon will be S2 and hopefully will progress.

**What do you dislike about memoryBlue?**

Besides my assigned SDR, I do not interact with Operatix. There is nothing in particular that I dislike.

I have an assigned SDR to support Business Development in my region/accounts. Since we started working with Operatix, I have seen an increase in the funnel of opportunities to pursue in 2024.

Structured approach to outreach. Our SDR is excellent: meticulous in his approach, and committed to continuous learning, joining sales calls to gain insight he can apply to future outreach. Our account manager is also empathetic and supportive.

Took a while to get a quote back when we were looking to explore other services, and the weekly reporting format could be a bit slicker, but nothing material.

**Recommendations to others considering memoryBlue:**

Would recommend. They deliver a lot of value when you are prepared to put the effort in from an onboarding and ongoing feedback perspective - so advise putting in the miles at the beginning of the relationship and building a decent living feedback loop.

Operatix helps us increase sales capacity and cover more target accounts more quickly as we position our AI capabilities to a highly receptive business audience.
