"The hands-off ads solution I needed"
What do you like best about KlientBoost?

Joshua’s communication is what stood out. He’s responsive, clear, and proactive, and he took the time to really understand my product and what we’re trying to do. They didn’t just run ads, they brought good ideas for how to connect better with our audience and how to improve the full funnel.

Joshua helped us find setups that worked well between retargeting and creative, and he also went outside the original scope to help with related projects and landing page recommendations. Transitioning from our old agency was smooth which is always a fear. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about KlientBoost?

The main downside was creative production. They were in the middle of building out their image and ad creation capabilities while working together, so we didn’t get much benefit there early on. And then the image creation was an added cost on top of an already premium fee. That said, they were transparent about it and it sounds like this is actively improving, so I expect this to be less of an issue going forward. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about KlientBoost?

They built a flexible plan around our goals and scaled with us over time. Communication is constant, ideas are strong, and every initiative is executed thoughtfully. They operate like true partners, not just an external agency fulfilling a scope.

I also appreciated when they found they were hitting goal easily that they imposed a new, stretch goal for the team and pushed extra hard to hit it - often I find when agencies hit goal they set things to autopilot. That was not our experience with KB. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The level of communication has been excellent. Our account representative is always responsive, proactive, and ready to help whenever questions or new ideas come up. What do you like best about KlientBoost?

What we like best about KlientBoost is the level of structure and organization they’ve brought to our paid media account. They helped transform our campaigns into a more strategic and clearly organized framework, making it easier to manage initiatives, target the right audiences, and understand performance. That foundation has made a meaningful difference in how efficiently we run our paid Meta efforts.

We also really value our account manager’s passion for our brand and their genuine commitment to delivering results. It feels like a true partnership — they take the time to understand our business, priorities, and customers, and they consistently bring thoughtful ideas and recommendations that help us improve. What do you dislike about KlientBoost?

One challenge we’ve experienced has been some account team turnover. During a transition period, we worked with a temporary account manager who didn’t provide the same level of service and familiarity with our business that we had become accustomed to. This created a bit of a disruption in continuity and required additional time to get the new team members up to speed.
