**Reviewed Date:** February 08, 2024

**What do you like best about memoryBlue?**

Meetings are booked with the right person and leads are well qualified.

**What do you dislike about memoryBlue?**

I would have hoped for more meetings booked.

**Recommendations to others considering memoryBlue:**

Work closely with Operatix on the messaging.

**What problems is memoryBlue solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Liz has been great at working independently and booking meetings with qualifying leads.

  ### 2. Great experience with Operatix

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 10, 2023

**What do you like best about memoryBlue?**

Operatix is results-oriented and delivers high quality leads within our target market. Neema and Vivian quickly came up-to-speed on our business and industry and started delivered results within the first week. The team is highly communicative and shares helpful customer insights.

**What do you dislike about memoryBlue?**

As a third-party, Operatix's experience in the industry isn't quite as deep as the internal team. That said, the process the team follows delivers results and this downside hasn't been a hindrance to date.

**Recommendations to others considering memoryBlue:**

Operatix is a worthwhile option to consider vs. hiring an internal SDR team. It provides flexibility to staff up or down quickly to adjust to business needs.

**What problems is memoryBlue solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Operatix partners with our team to generate high quallity leads. The partnership with Operatix augments our pipeline and provides us with flexibility as our business needs evolve.

  ### 3. Outreach to potential new customers

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Defense & Space | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 27, 2023

**What do you like best about memoryBlue?**

The project is very well run and includes regular update meetings where we discuss and retune the approach collaboratively.
I don't feel that there is anything that we haven't covered.

**What do you dislike about memoryBlue?**

My organisation provides extremely technical, and very niche solutions to part of the networking industry. Trying to convey what we do has been challenging and it has taken Operatix a while to really grasp and to feel at ease with the messaging. However, progress is being made and this is not a "dislike", since they have shown unwavering comittment to the success of the project from the beginning.

**Recommendations to others considering memoryBlue:**

Budgets and time allowing, I would maybe suggest having Operatix working within and knowing your organisation to some extent, prior to kickoff.

**What problems is memoryBlue solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Operatix is providing an outsourced Sales-Development function for us since we haven't invested in this internally.
This is allowing us to understand if this approach fits with our core and adjacent markets.

  ### 4. Very pleased with the service. the campaigns have been successful and have exceeded expectations

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kyle L.

**Reviewed Date:** November 29, 2023

**What do you like best about memoryBlue?**

the pipeline generation that i needed they have provided beyond my expectations

**What do you dislike about memoryBlue?**

It's not cheap but I feel that i am revieving the value I need

**What problems is memoryBlue solving and how is that benefiting you?**

we really needed sales pipeline generation and memoryBlue has delivered

  ### 5. Great BDR Service

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 25, 2023

**What do you like best about memoryBlue?**

The team. I've got a great caller and project manager.

**What do you dislike about memoryBlue?**

Inflexibilidad desde el lado contractual. Cuando queríamos ser creativos contractualmente, esto no era posible.

**Recommendations to others considering memoryBlue:**

Talk to the team and figure out if you can work with them.

**What problems is memoryBlue solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Working for a small startup and selling a new innovative solution, it is often quite challenging to find the right partner to provide telemarketing services for you. When choosing a telemarketing agency, a lot depends on the caller. Operatix provides me a phenomenal caller that books the right meetings for me.

  ### 6. We worked with Operatix to create top of the funnel pipeline

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Lauren B. | Director, Inside Sales & Revenue Operations, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 28, 2023

**What do you like best about memoryBlue?**

Communication and overall dedication to helping us see success.

**What do you dislike about memoryBlue?**

It is hard to obtain activties from the SDRs to better understand how long it takes to break into accounts. This is common given Operatix is a third party SDR company.

**What problems is memoryBlue solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Operatix is helping us create top of funnel pipeline, set up quality meetings for our AE's and help us better understand the market.

  ### 7. Thank you Memory Blue

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 27, 2023

**What do you like best about memoryBlue?**

Oue campaign manager, Noram was very smart, pleasant, and proactive. She was a joy to work with.

**What do you dislike about memoryBlue?**

Using an outsourced company comes with challenges with systems, content, and making everyone feel like a cohesive team.

**Recommendations to others considering memoryBlue:**

Make sure you understand any issues you may encounter blending systems and integrating MB with your AEs.

**What problems is memoryBlue solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Memory Blue helped us with outbound Biz Dev while we built our internal outbound sales and marketing engine.

  ### 8. Used as external BDR team; worth the investment;

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Services | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 05, 2023

**What do you like best about memoryBlue?**

People are eager to do better and eager to learn from senior sallers in order to maximize the prospect call out outcome;

**What do you dislike about memoryBlue?**

Sometime it takes more than a candidate to set up a succesfull team, but the team managers payed a lot of attention in the onboarding phase and acted quickly.

**Recommendations to others considering memoryBlue:**

Based on my experience they have covered the BDR role not less good and sometime better than a former internal team dedicted and trained to cover the task.

**What problems is memoryBlue solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Operatix has been called in support of Business Development activities; the team has come prepared and got better over time matching the KPI that has been agreed in terms of outcomes;

  ### 10. Operatix and Deep instinct (Mike)

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 24, 2023

**What do you like best about memoryBlue?**

- consitently getting meetings booked, good flow of communication, responsive

**What do you dislike about memoryBlue?**

Turnover of staff was not ideal, espeically when key resource leaves/

**Recommendations to others considering memoryBlue:**

Operatix has the tools and skills to get new meetings booked with customers. I don't have time for email/LI outreach, i leave it to them and the results speak for themselves.

**What problems is memoryBlue solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Booking new business meetings with target (Tier 1 & 2 ) customers

  ### 11. Results oriented, flexible and professional

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 01, 2023

**What do you like best about memoryBlue?**

Weekly project calls, clear deliverables, transparency on reporting, issues identified and addressed in a prompt manner. They were extremely accomodating to many changes and complexities we had before and during our work with them.

**What do you dislike about memoryBlue?**

The only downside (not specific to Operatix) is SDR churn. It takes time to get a new SDR trained and onboarded. That said, Operatix was very fast on communicating the churn and onboarding new SDRs.

**Recommendations to others considering memoryBlue:**

We looked into other companies and Operatix had the best overall package: Knownledge of EMEA and the tech industry, SDRs for multiple languages, a good mix of addressing our database and their own based on our ICP. To make the most of Operatix my advise is to make sure your sales team is ready to receive and make the most of the SALs.

**What problems is memoryBlue solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We needed to increase our SQLs and pipeline. Operatix was always clearn on what they beliveved they could delivered and did deliver on their promisses

  ### 12. Extremely dissatisfied about memoryBlue’s performance

**Rating:** 0.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 19, 2023

**What do you like best about memoryBlue?**

I was very disappointed with the poor outcome and the lack of accountability for the unacceptable performance. They were very good at invoicing for their payment and enforcing the contract. :(

**What do you dislike about memoryBlue?**

They did not have any concerns about their lack of performance. We were told our rep was no longer with them due to lack of performance yet they offered no remedies to us.

**Recommendations to others considering memoryBlue:**

There are much better options.

**What problems is memoryBlue solving and how is that benefiting you?**

They were hired to drive attendance to our webinar and to schedule meetings. They literally had no attendees or leads, we had no benefit.

  ### 13. Very good Sales Development partner

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 27, 2023

**What do you like best about memoryBlue?**

Very experienced in business development. Manuel Rodrigues was an amazing partner to work with

**What do you dislike about memoryBlue?**

The reps have various projects, need to be properly enabled and managed

**What problems is memoryBlue solving and how is that benefiting you?**

They helped us enter new regions, with a good understanding of the markets they help companies penetrate

  ### 14. Excellent Quality and Organization

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Leisure, Travel & Tourism | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 22, 2023

**What do you like best about memoryBlue?**

I enjoyed the constant communication, quality of the personnel they put on my project, constant follow up. I very much enjoyed working with their operations department, specifically Tom Morley. He was excellent at organization and keeping a pulse on our project.

**What do you dislike about memoryBlue?**

I would say the only downside to Operatix is the price. They are a bit expensive. I will say, you get what you pay for! You get high quality organization and sales talents so I would say the higher price tag is worth it.

**Recommendations to others considering memoryBlue:**

If you are looking for quality, this is where you should go. If you want a cheap solution that will cause you headaches then look somewhere else.

**What problems is memoryBlue solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Operatix provided Sales Development Representatives to us for an outbound sales project in which we wanted to pre-qualify potential customers. They made a high volume of calls with consistent quality and were very quick to respond to feedback and the quality of their agents is incredibly high.

  ### 15. Great for a start-up needing top-of-funnel opportunities

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Security and Investigations | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 18, 2023

**What do you like best about memoryBlue?**

I'm most impressed with our SDRs' (Alanna and Adrian) ability to get up to speed quickly and learn our value prop and solutions in a complex industry. They are dedicated to providing meetings with the right companies and the right contacts. They don't give up when they're told "no" by several prospects - if it's an organization that fits the profile we're going after, they will dig and find us the appropriate contact for a discovery call.

Both Alanna and Adrian are very professional and strive to provide the highest quality leads possible. When we need to pivot on anything, they're willing to work with us to make it happen - whether it's additional reporting, changing filters to target specific types of organizations, or revising and refining our messaging, there's no hesitation on their part to deliver.

**What do you dislike about memoryBlue?**

One downside (and it's not specific to Operatix) is losing an SDR. It takes a long time to get someone trained and up to speed, and one of our former SDRs left Operatix right when we were about to hit our stride. We haven't quite hit our goal for leads/month yet, but I have confidence in this team that we will soon.

**Recommendations to others considering memoryBlue:**

We looked into several organizations similar to Operatix, but I'd highly recommend them based on their professionalism, ambition, and ability to execute.

**What problems is memoryBlue solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Operatix has been a solid partner and extension of our team. As a start-up in the high-tech industry, we needed SDRs to bring us qualified opportunities and to vet cold leads coming in from various marketing initiatives (events, paid media, website inquiries, etc.). Operatix has hit the mark in all those areas. Additionally, we get visibility into their pipeline and what they're hearing from prospects.

  ### 16. A great place to get a sales team fast

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed Date:** November 01, 2023

MemoryBlue is a great place to jumpstart a sales team.

**What do you dislike about memoryBlue?**

MemoryBlue does get results but you must be able to connect your internal team with the MemoryBlue team to avoid disconnect.

**Recommendations to others considering memoryBlue:**

Do it!

MemoryBlue solves the issue of hiring, training, and managing a pre sales team. You can hire sales reps and they are held to a strict quota and they will give results.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 20, 2023

**What do you like best about memoryBlue?**

The BDR I have the most experience with (Adrian Perez) is smart, organized, agressive with followup, and overall a pleasure to work with.

He brings great ideas to the team, and is willing to support my "less smart" ideas, too!!

In my experience we have had WAY too much turnover in reps assigned to us.

Lock into your contract that you get a rebate if you have to go thru the training and onboarding of "yet another rep"...

**What problems is memoryBlue solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Outsourced BDR is the best definition.

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jeff S. | Business Development Manager, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 31, 2023

**What do you like best about memoryBlue?**

They're very competitive price-wise and only hire the best and brightest. A few of their reps we ended up hiring after the contract ended. Easy to deal with and they listen to your needs.

**What do you dislike about memoryBlue?**

Business development tends to attract a lot of reps that are right out of school with little experience. However, you can use this to your advantage and really help shape the reps. Depending on the complexity of the product or sale, this can be a hurdle you may have to overcome.

They're definitely worth including in your evaluation, even if you don't have all your requirements figured out.

**What do you like best about memoryBlue?**

We fairly consistently hit our demo's booked goal, and the Client Manager is responsive to our feedback and needs. Some capable people work here that can help enable your salesforce with more meetings.

**What do you dislike about memoryBlue?**

Quality of calls booked can be erratic if you have a complex product. the SDR assigned to your account has to be willing to put in the effort to learn it-- not all of them are willing to do that. But if you get a good one, it's huge.

**What problems is memoryBlue solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Lead Generation and sales support through outsources Business Development.

Communication with the team is appreciated . Weekly reviews help ensure targeted prospects/contacts are of good value.

**What do you dislike about memoryBlue?**

We have seen operator changes that slow down the service although that may not be specific to operatix.

**Recommendations to others considering memoryBlue:**

Communication is key. Defining clearly the targeted contacts/prospect is mandatory to get full value of service.

  ### 39. Ambassador Recruitment Airbnb

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Carla M. | Community Growth Manager, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 02, 2022

**What do you like best about memoryBlue?**

It was very helpful to have Operatix as key to achieving a goal the team could not achieve by themselves. The whole project was an iterative process, with many changes, and the whole team and management remained extremely motivated throughout. It was very energising to see that however many issues came across the whole team continued to perform very highly.

**What do you dislike about memoryBlue?**

It was sometimes a bit complex to get some messages across to some agents which did not speak completely fluent english, however it never posed an issue to continue with their work.

**Recommendations to others considering memoryBlue:**

All local language speaking agents

**What problems is memoryBlue solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Operatix helped with the onboarding of hosts to become ambassadors, a key factor in the launch of a company wide project. It was a team of 10 agents which did calls across different countries. They also jumped onto 3 other projects when recruitment finished. This is beneficial as without encouragement many hosts would not become ambassadors.

**What do you like best about memoryBlue?**

The Operatix SDRs are open to listening to our requirements and effectively leveraged our ideal customer profiles to consistently achieve meeting quotas.

**What do you dislike about memoryBlue?**

Knowing that reps receive bonuses based on the number of meetings they schedule, it is necessary to be clear on what constitutes a quality meeting.

**Recommendations to others considering memoryBlue:**

It is helpful for internal marketing and sales team to be clear on the requirements presented to Operatix SDRs.

**What problems is memoryBlue solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Operatix and their teams of sales development reps helped us achieve sales meeting goals in the US and EMEA.

  ### 42. Extension to our Internal Team...

**What do you like best about memoryBlue?**

Great leadership, reactive and agile. Always welcoming feedback and pushing for more. Reporting is clear and informative and the SDRs bring alot of experience.

**What do you dislike about memoryBlue?**

There is nothing to note right now. Hoping to see the meetings scheduled move through the Sales stages to recognised revenue.

**What problems is memoryBlue solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Working with Operatix has allowed us to spin up quickly and support a wider set of languages, to increase support to our Sales function. This in turn has allowed us to increase our cold outreach/prospecting within these markets.

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Market Research | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 08, 2022

**What do you like best about memoryBlue?**

Partnering with Operatix was like having an extension to our existing team. Always on hand for support, had regular updates and assisted when we ran new campaigns.

Going above and beyond what they were there to do.

**What do you dislike about memoryBlue?**

There's always room for improvement in sales, whether you've just picked up a phone for the first time or have been doing it for 15 years.

There was nothing that I 'disliked' about working so closely with Operatix. If anything, I wish we had more of them working on our accounts.

**Recommendations to others considering memoryBlue:**

If you're looking for a company that understands what it takes to get you in front of your ideal prospects, delivers results and will work closly with you, then look no further than Operatix.

**What do you like best about memoryBlue?**

Operatix helps keep track of our lead progress with weekly business reports that keep us up to date with the targets that we put together for them. Our Account Manager Adam Rangel has put together great SDRs for the US Team.

**What do you dislike about memoryBlue?**

Some turnover issues. But sales and cold calling are hard jobs and it's not for everyone. I've been an SDR so I completely understand when this happens. other than that, no issues

**Recommendations to others considering memoryBlue:**

Make sure to have a clear persona that you want to target. Make sure you have collateral to help them with emails and LinkedIn posts. Coach them up with your company's talking points and educate your SDRs as much as possible. Offer side bonuses for the best performers to keep them engaged. Coordinate your calendar open as much as possible, nothing kills an SDRs efforts more than having to move booked meetings over and over again

**What problems is memoryBlue solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Operatix is a fantastic resource to help get your sales team the leads that you need to help close deals. Make sure that you are clear about the types of leads that you are looking for and stay in contact with your SDR's and you will get maximum results

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 22, 2022

**What do you like best about memoryBlue?**

Besides their skills and ability to secure meetings with tough targets, I like how structured and time efficient the onboarding and reporting are. Only took a couple of weeks to get playbooks sorted, meetings are directly scheduled in y diary, communication is simple and efficient.

**What do you dislike about memoryBlue?**

Nothing really, they are quick to identify issues and fix them proactively, everyone is highly motivated.

**Recommendations to others considering memoryBlue:**

If outbound is what you need anywhere in the world, i don't think you'll do much better yourself or elsewhere.

**What problems is memoryBlue solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Operatix is helping us cut time to market by putting us in front of the right people within a very narrow market segment. We secured 30 meetings within 3 months as planned without sacrificing on quality or hurting our reputation with unethical tactics.

  ### 48. Excellent SDR Outsource Specifically Ali-Amin-Ali

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Market Research | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 17, 2022

**What do you like best about memoryBlue?**

The SDR Director Adam Rangel delivered us an excellent SDR Ali-Amin Ali who is outstanding in outreach such as prospecting, cold calling, and cold emailing. Ali-Amin Ali was the most impressive SDR to work with, he was very professional, organized, and delivered quality meetings. I would highly recommend looking into Operatix and specifically asking to work with Ali specifically, he took the initiative to learn more about our company every day to sharpen his knowledge and was not afraid to ask questions. He is the kind of SDR every sales team dreams of having.

**What do you dislike about memoryBlue?**

We had no major issues expect for the fact that there was only one Ali-Amin Ali.

**Recommendations to others considering memoryBlue:**

N/A

**What problems is memoryBlue solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Operatix is assisting with funnel build for our data insights solution by providing qualified meetings with decision-makers and influencers.
The outstanding SDR on the account Ali- Amin Ali led by his Director Adam Rangel scheduled qualified meetings with potential big clients like Nike, Meta, Good RX, LEGO, GEICO, and L'Oreal to name a few. Operatix helped us expand our business in the market allowing our Account Executives to focus more time on quality sales calls.

  ### 49. Great Campaign With Really Solid Lead Volumes Generated

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Mark R. | Marketing Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 31, 2022

**Describe the project or task memoryBlue helped with:**

Operatix were tasked with calling our existing clients with a specific offering around Threat Deception / Detection and AD Protection to support one of our vendor partners over a period of 4 months. The agents were responsible for making contact with the right people within the organisation and positioning the technology, with the objective of setting up a meeting with a member of our sales team.

**What do you like best about memoryBlue?**

The professionalism, enthusiasm and ability of the agents. (Jake & Riordan) were both first-class throughout the campaign. Without their buy-in a campaign like this is never going to work but this was never an issue for us.

The lead volume generated was also very pleasing +20 from the target set at the start of the campaign

**What do you dislike about memoryBlue?**

We had no major issues, one invoicing query that was quickly resolved.

**What problems is memoryBlue solving and how is that benefiting you?**

More leads into the top of our sales funnel is obviously pleasing to see, and they are well positioned and fully briefed in regards to next steps when our sales team picks up the enquiry.

  ### 50. Professional and dedicated

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Shlomi G. | Chief Revenue Officer (CRO), Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 09, 2022

**Describe the project or task memoryBlue helped with:**

I used Operatix SDR services at CybeReady, LightRun and INKY
The main goal was generating top of the funnel leads in the US and EMEA

**What do you like best about memoryBlue?**

The team is well organized and follows a well-defined process and best practices. At the end of the day, the success of the project depends highly on the individual SDRs assigned, so I liked the fact that young SDRs were guided and mentored by senior staff and when individuals did not deliver I was able to replace them.
Another benefit was the ability to try an outsource SDR before hiring them (build and transfer model)

**What do you dislike about memoryBlue?**

At times I was not happy with the resources assigned. I also learned that my account executives should be very clear about our qualification criteria.

**Recommendations to others considering memoryBlue:**

I enjoyed working with Operatix management team and found them to be available to address my needs. Multiple times they were quick to allocate resources, adjust changing project needs and address my concerns

**What problems is memoryBlue solving and how is that benefiting you?**

With Operatix I was able to set up sales motion faster, and I was able to get to know SDRs before hiring them full time
