What do you like best about MasterControl Quality Management System?

What I like best is that it's a centralized system that supports documents, training, risl, audit, supplier, projects - Quality Complete and PLx. I am also looking forward to the new AQEM - enhance forms. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about MasterControl Quality Management System?

Very little dislike if there's any. For right now, it woould be the wait for AQEM. We wanted to use enhance form earlier this year, but had to stay using our manual paper process for CAPA, Deviation, etc. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is MasterControl Quality Management System solving and how is that benefiting you?

Training records and document management. It is a critical process that we have our revision controlled documents go through the proper review, approval, and release process -- also critical that these effective documents are sent out for training in a timely manner, MasterControl supports all these process.
