We have been able to customize the experience for our users. Currently excited about our pending upgrade to the cloud. MC support has been extremely helpful during this process as we navigate this new territory. MC has also enabled us to easily create, track, manage, and produce documents as needed for a number of regulatory agencies. The searching. The forms. The tasks. They all work together the way you would expect them to. Once configured, the system runs. If the users log in and complete their tasks, the system stays current. **What do you dislike about MasterControl Quality Management System?** The only drawback is the standard forms cover all possibilities for all quality systems. If your system does not use that particular aspect, there is no easy way to disable it, just "N/A". That is going to be addressed in the upcoming release to make it easier to configure custom forms, so I am looking forward to that. **What problems is MasterControl Quality Management System solving and how is that benefiting you?** It is an easily validated system to support both the food side and the medical device sides of our business. Not having to keep paper records and deal with GDP issues has been a huge benefit.
