We have a technical account manager we meet with to go over our issues, and there's access to endless courses and documentation, webinars, a testing site, and a customer service rep. Right now we're dealing with some issues due to the functionality not existing yet. In AQEM, there are a few headaches: I cannot format the text being inserted into the forms, I can't update the form titles, and extension requests get sent to notifications instead of being its own task. Plus, there's no out of office functionality. In QX, while the audit module seemed promising in theory, we experienced a lot of bugs and defects associated with it and its complexity, so we opted to find a workaround and use that instead. Most of the software is centered around life sciences and the medical industry. This leads to the inclusion of many more checks and balances in the system than we require as a manufacturer that only seeks to meet to ISO 9001. Everything is faily straight forward once you get into the system and get used to it. Everything is always in the system so its about "searching criteria".
