What do you like best about Madgicx?

What I like most about Madgicx is its audience targeting and discovery capabilities. For a luxury-focused brand like Eclat Indulge In Luxury, reaching the right audience matters more than reaching a large one. Madgicx’s predictive AI helps us uncover high-intent, premium audiences that we wouldn’t easily identify using Meta’s native tools alone. The interest discovery and audience insights feel very data-driven and relevant, which allows us to target users who are genuinely aligned with luxury experiences rather than broad or generic segments. What do you like best about Madgicx?

I use Madgicx for managing ads and it helps me know hidden ad insights which I won't get to know otherwise. The user experience and the quality of insights are generally very commendable and always return in profits. I enjoy that the time required for managing meta ads is really optimized with the help of Madgicx platform's user interface. The user interface is very intuitive and beginner-friendly, with a very smooth learning curve. The quality of insights is really top-notch, which justifies the high pricing. What do you like best about Madgicx?

Handling the multiple ad accounts was a kind of work that made me feel that everything was scattered — in order to know what was really performing, we had to depend on manual exports. Through Madgicx, it has become a simpler task to figure out which creatives and audiences are the most successful and also to create the rules that change the spend automatically. One​‍​‌‍​‍‌​‍​‌‍​‍‌ of the features I appreciate about Madgicx is that it combines creative performance and audience data in a single view, allowing us to visually identify the ads that should be scaled and those that should be stopped. Our team time was saved by the setting up of automated rules for those ads which are underperforming, as we have stopped the manual checking of dozens of ad sets daily. The creative testing tools facilitated the carryout of straightforward A/B experiments, and the existence of separate delivery and performance metrics for each variation enabled us to have more enlightening discussions during our weekly ​‍​‌‍​‍‌​‍​‌‍​‍‌reviews. What do you dislike about Madgicx?

The​‍​‌‍​‍‌​‍​‌‍​‍‌ interface contains a lot of choices and that signifies that the learning curve is longer than I had anticipated; during the initial phase I devoted time to figuring out the meaning of each alert and label. Some labels and report names being clearer would help, and exporting custom reports is a bit of a hassle as you need to switch between screens to do it, thus month-end reporting is not as ​‍​‌‍​‍‌​‍​‌‍​‍‌quick.
