Lots of issues since i started and not a single campaign ran correctly **What do you dislike about Madgicx?** I am writing this review to share my unfortunate experience and disappointment with Madgicx platform, a platform that I had high hopes for, but that ultimately failed to deliver on its promises. From the start, I was met with a series of technical issues that severely affected my ability to use the platform effectively. Despite our efforts to work with their support team to resolve these issues, I was met with a lack of urgency and a seeming inability to provide effective solutions. The first issue I faced was with the Google Ads account connection, which was eventually resolved, but not without significant time and effort on my part. However, other issues persisted, including problems with catalog availability and Canvas Ads. Despite numerous attempts to rectify these issues, they remained unresolved, causing huge disruption to my business operations and profit, because we stopped all Meta marketing campaigns because of this untrusted platform!! Furthermore, Madgicx failed to accurately reflect my Facebook Ads account, with many of my ads and campaigns not appearing in Madgicx. The support team's explanation for this was unsatisfactory, suggesting that the platform could only pull assets that had already spent money on Facebook. This significant limitation was not made clear to me when I signed up for the service. In the end, I requested a full refund due to the platform's inability to meet my needs and the significant disruption it caused to my business. However, this request was denied, with the blame being placed on me for the platform's shortcomings, despite the loss we had for not running any marketing campaigns for 3 weeks!! In conclusion, my experience with Madgicx was deeply disappointing. The platform failed to deliver on its promises. I strongly advise anyone considering using Madgicx to think twice. There are other platforms out there that offer better functionality and superior customer support.
