**What do you like best about Loyaltify?**

I really appreciate the easy setup and update process with Loyaltify. The initial setup is incredibly straightforward, especially once you have all the necessary information and pictures. It takes no more than five minutes, which is remarkably efficient. This ease of use is crucial for our Acai Zone stores as it helps get our loyalty program up and running without unnecessary delays. Additionally, I find the support provided by Loyaltify to be excellent, which adds a layer of confidence and reliability to its use in our stores. The combination of quick setup and reliable support makes Loyaltify a valuable tool in enhancing customer loyalty.

**What do you dislike about Loyaltify?**

I dislike that Loyaltify cannot be easily integrated with our ERP systems, limiting its ability to streamline operations and necessitating additional manual processes to align customer loyalty data with other business functions.

**What problems is Loyaltify solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Loyaltify to increase customer loyalty in our Acai Zone stores. The easy setup, nice support, and quick implementation are standout benefits, although ERP integration could be improved.

A simple customer loyalty program. We finally know who our customers are and can communicate with them.

The manual is missing, and some features are still under development. We're excited to see what's coming next.
