    "A great tool for our team.: A great tool that gives us a good amount of computer solutions for the same application, this tool has all the features that we need in our help desk, to solve different internal and external problems of our company. One of the features that I like most about this application is the easy integration with other online communication systems, as are the different social networks, which allows us to get a little closer to our clients through different platforms, and give them a service support, or what they need, quality, in addition to live chat, has all the necessary tools to solve any incident through this medium. It should also be noted that this application has a very intuitive panel, where it is easy to access the different tools that this system gives us, to take advantage of them in a faster way, able to access them easily, since they are in the right place forever.     "Best marketing investment we ever made: We recently partnered with BirdEye for our patient experience and marketing effort. It has only been 3 months and we are blown away by the results. The product is great, their dashboard is pretty easy to use and most importantly, our account manager goes over and above to help us. The implementation was quick with good collaboration between their technical staff and our IT team. They were pretty accommodative on some of the features we requested with quick turnaround. We talk to our account manager every week and all our requests are taken care. The overall experience has just been great. "

The ability of Livezilla to adapt itself to our business through a very complete dashboard that allows us to configure all aspects of the service according to our demands. On the other hand we have something very important in applications of this type and it is the help that offers the technical support of Livezilla, sometimes if we are not very experienced we may need the help of a support member of Livezilla, from my own experience I can say that Quite fast and very helpful on the occasions that I have needed your services, although if you open a ticket I recommend doing it in English for more quickly (use translator if necessary) as I have noticed that they are slower if you use a different language."

    "Zendesk - The best live chat software: I like that I can embed a chat widget on my website and when a visitor comes to my site I can engange them through the live chat and then from my zendesk dashboard I get usefull information such as on which page the person using the livechat is at. I also like that file sending is supported and customers can provide screenshots or pictures so as to get help from our agents. In addition, chat ratings in zendesk chat are a great way to collect feedback on how our support has been and the ratings help us develop better support content to our customers.Pre-chat forms help us collect information about visitors before starting a chat which we find very benefitial."

    "Drift has improved conversions from previous Live Chat vendor: The main feature that we are enjoying since switching is the Chat Bot. It allows us to filter out some website visitors and have the Bot handle them. At first we had to work to improve this, as out of the box it was a little sloppy. For example, if someone said they were an existing customer, it would automatically send them a link to the Support Portal, which shouldn't necessarily be the case every time. But we worked with our Account Rep to remedy these items. Now, we are having way more actual conversations on our website than before. Lately, about a fourth of our meetings we are setting are off Drift, which is amazing. "
