If you don't have any other tools to track changes, Liongard will do that (for the most part). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Our onboarding was a disaster. We lost weeks of manhours deploying agents as Liongard reccomended, only to be told that they were discontinuing support for that agent as soon as we finished.
Support regularly takes a month or more to first respond to a ticket. If you can find what you need from other users, you're good. If it's a problem with the tool that LG needs to address, good luck.
When our salesperson left the company, we did not hear anything from our new rep until we emailed them to cancel. Then we ran into a whole new set of problems. They say we signed up for a 1-year committment after our initial 1-year contract, but they can't provide us with the signed contract. Trying to give them notice has even turned into a pain, with them making offers and bringing 3 other people into the email chain, but refusing to actually just let us cancel service.
I've never worked with an MSP vendor this disorganized, it feels like it's a dark pattern sort of thing to make it difficult to leave. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
