Start driving behaviors that create them. ## LevelEleven Reviews ### 1. helpful for keeping track of metrics/quotas but somewhat gimmicky **Rating:** 2.0/5.0 stars **Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.) **Reviewed Date:** April 29, 2019 **What do you like best about LevelEleven?** this is helpful for keeping track of metrics and understanding where each individual sits on the team in terms of performance **What do you dislike about LevelEleven?** it is somewhat gimmicky and not entirely necessary if you are already using something like SFDC to track these metrics **Recommendations to others considering LevelEleven:** Not entirely necessary if using SFDC for tracking against goals - does have aspects to gamification if that is helpful **What problems is LevelEleven solving and how is that benefiting you?** we don't use it as much as before, but it was meant to motivate the sales team ### 2. I really liked the ability to adjust individual contributor daily/weekly goals based upon their past/current performance so that their dashboard was more personalized to them. **What do you dislike about LevelEleven?** I have to rely on an administrator to change up my teams, and as I train/manager our newest hires and have a new class each month, it's difficult to coordinate and I've stopped using the product altogether. If more than one "manager" could be assigned in LevelEleven, this would make it more beneficial to me in my role (new hires have more than one person they report do but they're only allowed one in LevelEleven). **Recommendations to others considering LevelEleven:** Make sure that you have easy access to your administrator and that any quirks that are going to bend the rules of LevelEleven are thoroughly vetted, particularly in a free trial of the product. **What problems is LevelEleven solving and how is that benefiting you?** The idea is that we were going to be able to provide the WHY to an individual contributor's metrics by showing them what they would need to do to accomplish their goals but that really hasn't happened. ### 3. Inside Sales Manager: team of 20 **Rating:** 1.5/5.0 stars **Reviewed by:** Verified User in Glass, Ceramics & Concrete | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.) **Reviewed Date:** March 22, 2017 **What do you like best about LevelEleven?** clear concise dashboards - lets reps know where they stand. **What do you dislike about LevelEleven?** i have had numerous issues getting set up likely due to my lack of knowledge. our salesforce (level 11) admin cannot set up contests to my satisfaction (ie accommodating uneven number of contestants in team contests) and yet attempts at troubleshooting have not been met appropriately **What problems is LevelEleven solving and how is that benefiting you?** no benefits -i recognize that a large part of our issues are user training. however my interaction with Filipe Gonsales was less than stellar as he went to to our VP of sales unsolicited and offered to charge for training. This was not well accepted. ### 4. Also the fact that there is not a "current day" option for contests and that you need to recreate one each day to display the same type of leader board daily contest info is puzzling. **What problems is LevelEleven solving and how is that benefiting you?** Better displayed gamefication on monitors around the sales dept. ## LevelEleven Discussions -
