Let's Talk is a pretty solid system for communicating with families, staff, and the community in a confidential, team-based way. I really like you users will submit their questions/concerns to the system, then the staff member responsible can be assigned behind the scenes. It really alleviates the whole back and forth that would happen if they emailed the wrong person directly. It also helps keep confidential issues in a more secure location. I also like that it allows you to have in-tool conversations with other staff that are bound to a specific user submission. It makes keeping track of who said what and when so much easier. The auto-remind for late responses is also a good tool, to make sure that a user's comments do not get lost in your inbox. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I think the system's UI is a little clunky and could be brought up to a more modern standard. Still, it does its job well, so it's more of a form vs. function question. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
