What do you like best about Onflo (formerly Let's Talk)?

Onflo really helps our team to manage user experiences in a timely way, that factors in accountability. It's never great for parents to get bounced around to multiple staff members, or to get forgotten about - Onflo mitigates both these issues. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Onflo (formerly Let's Talk)?

I do think that the UI could use an update. While the front end user has a great invisible experience, for the back end users, it can be a bit hard to navigate. Pricing is competitive, but it could be better. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
