Hello G2 community, I am doing some research on finding the best sales performance management software for SMBs to share with my colleagues, here my pitch so far, let me know what you think!

If you're running a small business and want to help your sales team stay on track, hit targets, and grow revenue, there are a handful of solid sales performance management tools for small business worth looking at including software like HubSpot sales Hub, and Monday. These platforms help with everything from tracking deals and pipelines to coaching and reporting.

HubSpot Sales Hub: HubSpot is a strong all-around option. It’s user-friendly, comes with built-in CRM features, and makes it easy to set up dashboards, goals, and automation without much dev work. Great for teams that want structure without heavy complexity.

Pipedrive: This one’s super visual and really intuitive. Pipedrive focuses on pipeline management and goal tracking, so it’s perfect if your team needs a clear view of what’s working and where deals are getting stuck. Lightweight but surprisingly powerful.

Salesforce Sales Cloud: Salesforce is obviously the big name here. It has every sales performance feature you can think of, but it’s a bit more involved to set up and might be overkill for very small teams. Still, if you’re planning to scale fast or already have some Salesforce tools, it’s worth considering.

Monday CRM: Monday takes its project management flexibility and brings it into the sales world. It’s great for small businesses that want to customize workflows, track performance, and keep everything aligned across teams. Plus, the UI is super clean.

Apollo.io: Apollo is more of a sales engagement platform, but it has performance tracking baked in. It’s especially useful if your team does a lot of outbound and wants to combine contact discovery, email outreach, and reporting in one place.

All of these tools offer something a little different depending on how your sales team operates. Whether you’re focused on CRM, outreach, or deal tracking, there’s a platform here that can help drive better results without overwhelming your team.
