I have a wonderful relationship with my Account Manager and have always had a quick turnaround time on responses from the support team. Even on non-urgent requests, they get handled quickly and effectively with a high degree of communication from the support team. An LMS that you can tailor and personalize with all the functionality needed to support the business in moving to a Learning culture. The team brought in-house expertise in diversity, equity, and inclusion. The team had fantastic organizational skills. I always felt completely informed about the status of the project and potential hiccups. We have worked with Learning Pool for around 3 years, over this time they have consistently delivered what has been asked, and to a high standard.

We purchase their 'off the shelf' content, and amend this to effectively create custom learning for our colleagues. They work closely with us to understand our needs and requirements, and to ensure these are subsequently fulfilled. With regards to the products/services we buy, very little.

The only feedback I would give, is that I would like Learning Pool to be a little more proactive in terms of product development and some of the market trends that are seen elsewhere. The training is via the eLearning academy. There is no classroom based options available which doesn't always support all learning styles.

The time frame was difficult to manage, because the organisation is very complex ( NHS). Also, there were a lot of stakeholders who needed to be consulted.
