Their Customer support team is fantastic. If we have a problem with Adapt or our LMS, we can call and receive instant support to resolve any issues or questions we may have. We've got a good relationship with our account manager Martine and previous AM Brian. We have worked closely with Maeve (huge shout out) to really take our current LMS to the next level, improving our UX for our leaners and reporting functionality for our senior leaders. I can't say there is anything that we dislike about Learning Pool. Previously, we didn't have much in the way of communications from our account manager, but this relationship has been hugely improved with new account managers and we get regular updates, catch ups and site audits to ensure we're getting the most from our platform and the LP offering.
