**What do you like best about ShopWorks?**

Nice and concise allowing lots of data to be held in one place.  Easy to buld rotas using different methods based on rota pattern.  Data that can be produced from the reports have become essential in managing the staffing side of the business. 
 Interface is user friendly both on the managers dashboard and essentially on the staff portal

**What do you dislike about ShopWorks?**

Could be helpful to be able to save a persons rota pattern against their name so if there is a change of role it makes it easier to alter the rotas.  As a user with a casual contract and a permanent contract, there have been issues with holidays being in the wrong pots which can become very confusing for someone who is on it daily, so I dread to think what it is like for those who use it less frequently than myself.

N/A - issues are delt with by our Peoples team so no issue is being resolved for myself personally by Shopworks

I think the colour selection is beautiful. It was promising

**What do you dislike about ShopWorks?**

- is too manual , it doesn't carry foward holiday, 
- when is a promotion doesn't calculate the AL properly, you can double book time, sick and shift creates 16 hours for example. 
-the formulas are usually wrong at the back of the house
-customer service keeps changing
- So far I worked with this system 5 years we weren't able to use it to do our payroll.
- It never fully integrate
-made my job more heavy admin
-impossible to track lieu time properly

Very inuitive interface, clear and effective. The use of HTML5 gives experience as if you were using an application

Can't see anything that is wrong, it does all we need.

**What problems is ShopWorks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The product allows us to see when staff clock ins / outs, how many holidays they have left and any sickness / leave taken.

**What do you like best about ShopWorks?**

Streamline our staffing schedules throughout the company and give our teams 24/7 access to their working hours. In theory, this makes us more efficient.

**What do you dislike about ShopWorks?**

JQewry holiday pot. This should be linked to individual rota patterns of which you're isolated to a single default rota. This doesn't work for shift workers and should have a limitless rota default. You can create a shift pattern of shift but these don't assign to individuals. This really should be your default rota week 1,2,3. The holiday pot then queries shift allocated from the calendar to auto-assign the hours needed for booking.

Time management

The biometric time and attendance is very accurate and helps us ensure accurate payroll. The scheduling and the employee native app give us complete visibility across our locations

**What do you dislike about ShopWorks?**

It will be useful to be able to add notes to rotas like you can on individual shifts.

**What problems is ShopWorks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It allows us to quickly schedule our staff and track the hours they work so that they are paid correctly. All our staff have access to the employee app and can see their shifts, how many hours they have worked, and request time off.

We produce an accurate payroll much quicker then ever before and we cut out buddy clocking and other waste. It just all works well for us.
It was a great improvement over our previous system

More of a road map request – maybe some more staff engagement tools and communications methods for our colleagues.

Making sure we have the right number of staff in the right place and paying the correct ammount for the hours worked.

It is clear and simple to use, and it has an option for staff accounts. It would be helpful if recent notifications regarding new requests were generated.

Reports in exel sheet format should be generated in a better format.

Accurate AI demand forecasting and austoscheduling that staff are required to work. It helped us grow our revenue.

**What do you dislike about ShopWorks?**

We had to integrate it into other systems - it doesnt come with HR and payroll already integrated

**What problems is ShopWorks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use it to forecast sales in a casino, work out how many staff are needed and then create complex 24 hour schedules for staff. It has increased sales and improved employee retention

no option to decline a shift offer, would be helpful to see if someone could decline the shift and place them as unavlible in its place

**What do you like best about ShopWorks?**

The appearance of data and navigation of site

**What do you dislike about ShopWorks?**

The reports content often not relevant.  There is no audit trail for the user to see who has made changes - this is letting us down when we have an internal audit as we cannot answer questions that are put to us.  There also seems to be little knowledge of up to date payroll legislation when developing the site - I have had to point your own developers to the goverment legislation and then been thanked for bringing it to 'your' attention.  Reports are often changed, either naming or format and I am not told.  Thre is no 'user manual' - so new users are reliant on being shown by a colleague, or like me learning to use the system  by trial and error.

**Recommendations to others considering ShopWorks:**

Heavily reliant on customer support for reports and audits - no issues with the support but would like to see more user functioanlity - for instance - reports to include name of person making a contract change and the date - a basic requirement for internal and external audits yet it is missing form Shopworks reports

**What problems is ShopWorks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Cannot answer this as I was not here prior to Shop works being adopted by the company - at the moment it is not providing me with the service I would expect

**What do you like best about ShopWorks?**

Combination of things.  Great for helping us to use hours at the optimum times for customers and sales that has saved money and improved all-round service.  Easy to use once initiated and excellent tool for multi-unit managers to keep on top of their single-site managers in particular.

**What do you dislike about ShopWorks?**

There isn't anything that we can think of - a few of the team have worked with many similar products and much prefer this.

**What problems is ShopWorks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We stopped wasting hours on shifts that weren't optimum quickly - the savings did much more than cover the cost of the product.   It's now a vital management tool - we use it to be clever/logical with payroll and love the process that requires area Managers to approve changes depending on set criteria.
