## About Learn:Go
Learn:Go by Confim (formerly Learning Pool) Learn:Go (formerly Learning Pool Platform) is frontline learning built for the reality of work. It helps organizations get people productive faster, build the skills that matter, and keep learning moving wherever work happens. Because frontline learning can’t wait for people to sit at a desk. With mobile-first, offline learning and simple access on shared devices, Learn puts the right learning in people’s hands when they need it. Role-based pathways help new starters get up to speed from day one, while automated assignments make onboarding and compliance easier to manage. Microlearning helps people build knowledge in the flow of work, without pulling them away from it. But learning is only one piece of the workforce puzzle. As part of Confirm’s Workforce Enablement System (WES), Learn:Go connects learning with engagement and performance. It gives leaders a clearer view of what people know, where capability needs attention, and whether learning is making a difference. So you can move beyond “Did they complete the training?” to the question that matters: “Are they ready to perform?” Learn:Go helps make sure the answer is yes. ## Learn:Go Reviews
 ### 1. Transformative Learning Platform

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ryan M. | Barista, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 07, 2026

**What do you like best about Learn:Go?**

I really appreciate the custom content blocks on the dashboard, as my team is vibe-coding some sophisticated new features that inject life into the dashboard, ensuring people get the information and support they need right at the start. I find the Learning Experience structure engaging, and it suits our blended learning programs really well, which forms a significant part of our offering. Automation is fantastic, freeing our admin team from repetitive emails, especially related to compliance processes. The analytics dashboards are a great help in showing our senior team a clear picture of success, something they haven't had before.

**What do you dislike about Learn:Go?**

There are still some issues around the Events Management element of the product, with some questionable UI and lack of admin control. Events are a major part of what we do so this is a somewhat frustrating element of the system. There have also been some issues around the connections between the LRS and the various bolt on apps of the platform (e.g connections dropping/data being labelled differently or not mapped correctly).

**What problems is Learn:Go solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Learning Pool - Platform to make learning discoverable, support self-directed growth, and build a skills-focused workforce. It integrates diverse development options, promotes engagement in learning, and streamlines compliance training, reducing admin time. It embeds skills development into the employee experience.

 ### 2. Flexible Platform with Great Support, Future Concerns

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Insurance | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 28, 2022

**What do you like best about Learn:Go?**

I like Learning Pool - Platform for its good off-the-shelf content that's easy to adapt. The style and format are easy to use, and the best part is I can make edits in-house. I also appreciate that the customer team is very friendly. Moreover, I preferred Learning Pool over the previous product because it has a more modern look and feel. The initial setup was pretty easy too.

**What do you dislike about Learn:Go?**

They've recently announced plans to move to a new platform for hosting the courses, so we're a bit apprehensive about how this will work as it sounds like we'll need to rebuild our courses. We use Adapt and receive licenses as part of our contract with Learning Pool. It is through Adapt that we are able to edit our courses, but this is also the platform Learning Pool will be moving away from.

**What problems is Learn:Go solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Learning Pool - Platform offers off-the-shelf content that we can tailor with our branding and policies. The style is easy to use, and we can make edits in-house, which is efficient for our training needs.

 ### 3. Learning Pool / BORIS

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Nicholas C. | Learning Technologies Manager, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 01, 2026

**What do you like best about Learn:Go?**

Great system . No downtime. Very reliable

**What do you dislike about Learn:Go?**

Not all totara featues are available. Not all admin features are available. Reporting dashboards are limited

**What problems is Learn:Go solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Face to face booking is no longer taking up admin time. Course completions are managed autonomously. Reporting for managers is dynamic

 ### 4. Great customer service

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Chris C. | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 28, 2023

**What do you like best about Learn:Go?**

Their Customer support team is fantastic. If we have a problem with Adapt or our LMS, we can call and receive instant support to resolve any issues or questions we may have. We've got a good relationship with our account manager Martine and previous AM Brian. We have worked closely with Maeve (huge shout out) to really take our current LMS to the next level, improving our UX for our leaners and reporting functionality for our senior leaders.

**What do you dislike about Learn:Go?**

I can't say there is anything that we dislike about Learning Pool. Previously, we didn't have much in the way of communications from our account manager, but this relationship has been hugely improved with new account managers and we get regular updates, catch ups and site audits to ensure we're getting the most from our platform and the LP offering.

**What problems is Learn:Go solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Since I've joined the business, I've noticed that it has since been a real challenge to get learners completing their mandatory compliance modules, and very difficult for senior leaders to get access to data in order to back this up. This has been resolved through training workshops and 1 to 1 support, as well as new ways of delivering engaging content built directly into the platform.

 ### 5. The simplicity for a beginner, the complexity for an expert

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Craig M. | Lead Digital Learning Specialist, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 09, 2022

**What do you like best about Learn:Go?**

Learning Pool provides a wealth of tools to really bring your learning vision to life, supported by a team that really cares about the product and your experience with it. The system is simple and elegant and easy to get started with, whilst giving you some very complex tools so that you can continue to delve deeper and increase results over time.

**What do you dislike about Learn:Go?**

The tools themselves are fantastic individually but sometimes they feel a little separate and not like a cohesive set. Having a Learning Pool launcher for clients where you click on one site and can see all the tools you have purchased together in one space would serve as a reminder of everything you have at your disposal and it would feel less like you are moving from site to site independently to achieve the final result.

**What problems is Learn:Go solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Learning Pool are able to make learning a modern experience for the learners whilst providing rich insight and detail for the Administrator and key influencers. Having an engaged group of learners that are providing you will useful data is helping us to revolutionise our training at a very fast pace.

 ### 6. It does exactly what it needs to

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** jane A. | B, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 05, 2022

**What do you like best about Learn:Go?**

I have used Stream extensively since it was first developed and have introduced it to my current organisation. It has help[ed us to create award winning blended learning offerings to our clients that consistently get incredibly high satisfaction ratings from our participants. It is easy to use and incredibly flexible allowing us to adapt and evolve our online learning elements. Having reviewed many other providers the key difference is the interactivity between the participants on the course, creating social learning.

The social learning element makes the online more akin to a classroom environment which increases the stickiness of the learning, and therefore the effectiveness of the programme.

**What do you dislike about Learn:Go?**

There is little to dislike although I would love to see some enhanced reporting functionality particularly when using child organisations

**What problems is Learn:Go solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It creates a learning platform that evolves as we do to support our clients that is easy to use both for participants and our internal admin. It is flexible and adapts as we grow

 ### 7. Effortless Multilingual Training Platform with Stellar Support

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kirstie C. | International Sales Academy Senior Manager

**Reviewed Date:** November 13, 2025

**What do you like best about Learn:Go?**

I love the Learning Pool - Platform for its ease of use and the capability to curate all types of learning resources in a course, which goes beyond just SCORM packages. The platform's integration with other Learning Pool products like the Learning Record Store, Automation, Events Management, and Analytics is remarkable. I appreciate its ability to deliver single multilingual courses in 22 languages, catering to colleagues and customers globally. The Automation feature stands out by simplifying communication across these languages using a single workflow. Additionally, the transition from HT2Labs to Learning Pool has been smooth, offering more features while maintaining familiar contacts. The platform's easy setup and robust support in the initial stages were crucial for my training team, which was more accustomed to traditional training methods, to adapt quickly to the new digital training environment. Overall, the platform effectively supports sales development for our Sales Academies, both internal and external.

**What do you dislike about Learn:Go?**

I have been working with Learning Pool - Platform for some time and the only problems I encounter are occasional system bugs, usually linked to new updates or advanced features.

**What problems is Learn:Go solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use the Learning Pool Platform to deliver multilingual courses seamlessly across the globe, enhancing sales development. Its automation and ease of use simplify communication in 22 languages, integrating well with tools like Salesforce for an efficient workflow.

 ### 8. WS Review of LP & LMS

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Furqan Z. | L&D Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 14, 2025

**What do you like best about Learn:Go?**

1- Customer support. This is a crucial reason why we remain with LP over other LMS providers. The customer support team for technical issues are incredibly responsive, often response received within the same day. They assist with technical issues and difficulties promptly and are knowledgeable. Umar and Aasum are also fab, understanding our requirements, what we need and organisational position. Quarterly reviews are very much appreciated as well as newsletters.

2- The course catalogue is comprehensive and meets regulatory and compliance needs

3- Easy to add courses to the LMS, and also customise / tailor own

**What do you dislike about Learn:Go?**

the UI of the platform isnt great, could do with more customisability, as currently restricted in what we can design. We are however exploring LXP which is a significant step change and overcomes this challenge, though I do still think LP should invest in the LMS too.

The Totara system does not allow certification refresher to change - effects only applied going forward rathe retrospective necessitating RPL and recreating certificate

**What problems is Learn:Go solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Meeting CQC Compliance requirements and allowing workforce to be trained effectively, efficiently and on time

 ### 9. Best in the business

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** rachel d. | Talent Development Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 28, 2024

**What do you like best about Learn:Go?**

Whe I started in Oxygen, I had 6 months to find and launch a learning platform. Learning pool was the only option for us. The implementation was quick, the team were excellent on the project side. The integration into our business was seamless and its now a huge part of our everyday organisation.

I love the team at learning pool - they are all supportive and helped us achieve the goal of launching our training platform quickly, efficiently and successfully. The software is both efficient and easy to use for users and learners.

**What do you dislike about Learn:Go?**

The reporting is trickier than it should be.

**What problems is Learn:Go solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The previous system they used for 'training compliance' was a system with long boring documentation which people had to read and sign. Essentially these were H&S documents that were long winded and not training at all. We now have an excellent system that houses interactive training for everyone in our organisation. Its slick features not only look good but its really easy to get training out there to the masses in quick real time.

**Official Response from Seanan Heaney:**

> Thank you Rachel for your review! I am glad the integration was seamless for your team and you are using Learning Pool on a daily basis, and delighted to hear our team have helped you achieve your goals.

 ### 10. Partnering with Learning Pool for Success

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Stella H. | Senior Learning & OD Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 16, 2022

**What do you like best about Learn:Go?**

We’ve now upgraded to their LXP, and it’s taken our learning experience to the next level. The platform feels personal and purposeful, giving us tools to tailor learning, track skills, and connect it directly to our business goals. The Skills Builder and analytics features have been game changers, helping us identify needs in real time and measure real impact.Their team continues to be responsive, flexible, and genuinely committed to our success. Learning Pool doesn’t just provide a platform, they partner with us to help our people be performance-ready, now and in the future.

**What do you dislike about Learn:Go?**

Honestly, there’s nothing I’d flag as an issue. The platform is a dream to work with, reliable, intuitive, and meets our needs. The team are attentive and always provide practical, well-thought-out solutions.

**What problems is Learn:Go solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Learning Pool’s platform is helping us solve several key challenges. It’s brought all our learning into one place, making it easier for people to find, complete, and revisit training when they need it. The personalisation features mean our staff see content that’s relevant to their roles and development goals, which keeps engagement high. Skills Builder is helping us identify current skills and gaps so we can plan future development more effectively, while the analytics give us real-time insight into progress and impact without the need for manual data work. Automation also saves time by delivering the right messages and reminders at the right time. Overall, it’s streamlined our processes, improved learner experience, and given us better evidence of the difference our training is making.

 ### 11. Our central learning hub!

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Micaela L. | Learning Systems Administrator, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 07, 2025

**What do you like best about Learn:Go?**

The support portal and the learning academy are some of the standout features. It’s responsive, well-organized, and the team behind it is knowledgeable and quick to assist. This has made troubleshooting and learning about new features much easier. The overall platform is intuitive and easy to navigate, which is essential for both administrators and learners. The clean interface and logical layout reduce the learning curve significantly. We use the LMS daily for onboarding, compliance training, and professional development. It integrates well into our workflows and has become a central part of our HR operations.

**What do you dislike about Learn:Go?**

While the platform is modern, it lacks deeper AI integration. Features like personalized learning paths or automated content recommendations would be a valuable addition. Also, integration with tools like Outlook Calendar would greatly improve scheduling and learner engagement. Seamless syncing of training sessions with calendar invites is something we’d love to see. The reporting tools, while functional, are quite basic. More advanced analytics, and export options would help us better track progress and impact.

**What problems is Learn:Go solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Learning Pool helps us manage and deliver a wide range of learning needs across the organization, including:

* Complete Compliance Learning: Ensures all mandatory training is tracked and completed efficiently.
* Induction: Supports a smooth onboarding experience for new starters.
* Professional and Personal Development: Hosts a variety of learning resources to support career growth and personal skills.
* IDD CPD Tracking: Enables us to track Insurance Distribution Directive (IDD) Continuing Professional Development (CPD) requirements accurately.
* Learning Reporting: Provides visibility into learner progress and training completion.
* Centralized Learning Hub: Acts as a single point of access for all learning activities, streamlining administration and improving learner engagement.

 ### 12. Pleasurable experience

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Guy R. | Digitial Learning Designer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 09, 2023

**What do you like best about Learn:Go?**

Learning pool has many features and components which are all fairly straight forward to use. However, when stuck the support at Learningpool is brilliant. The responses I get back are always swift and detailed.

**What do you dislike about Learn:Go?**

I find that timelines are very vague with Learning Pool. I have asked whether a few different features would become available and have been told that they are upcoming. However, that term is vague and could be tightened down.

**What problems is Learn:Go solving and how is that benefiting you?**

At Basis-Reg we design and build learning experiences using adapt and then host them on the Stream LXP. These two components work and talk to each other extremely well. We have just got Waves and Insights which we hope to use.

 ### 13. Outstanding Support and Usability Transformed Our Learning Experience

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Professional Training & Coaching | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 09, 2022

**What do you like best about Learn:Go?**

I found Learning Pool - Platform really easy to use and the customer support is phenomenal. They are incredibly responsive to queries, which makes daily operations efficient. The redesign of our LMS system was smooth and well-received thanks to their support. The ability to simplify dashboard layouts and improve user experience has been a game-changer for our organization. It's particularly beneficial for our on-call firefighters, allowing them to manage their learning within limited time frames. This platform has allowed us to effectively reduce required learning hours by re-structuring courses, making the system more intuitive. Signing a three-year contract again speaks to the outstanding support and efficiency of this platform.

**What do you dislike about Learn:Go?**

I have struggled with the reporting side of things. Our firefighters often have multiple roles and managers, which complicates the hierarchy within the platform. This has posed challenges in effectively managing and extracting completion data. We're currently having to push this data out to our business and improvement team to manage it, highlighting a gap in the platform's reporting capabilities.

**What problems is Learn:Go solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Learning Pool - Platform helps reduce training hours for on-call firefighters by refining course content and structure, making learning more efficient within their limited time. The platform's intuitive design and outstanding customer support enhance usability and learning effectiveness.

 ### 14. Good product

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Beverley A. | Systems Manager, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 14, 2022

The LMS suite is amazing and extremely well thought out. easy to user and navigate. The support staff are one of the best I have had the pleasure to work with. Very efficient.

**What do you dislike about Learn:Go?**

Maybe the cost? At this current time this is something to consider.

**What problems is Learn:Go solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Learning pool and put alot of thought into capturing the end user experience. My organisation focused on people and it is hard to find a product that suit this. Learning pool have put a lot of thought into this.

 ### 15. Exceptional Platform that Continues to Develop

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Bradley M. | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 09, 2025

**What do you like best about Learn:Go?**

The platform continues to develop. New features are introduced regularly and done so with the consultation of existing customers so what is released is fit for purpose and can be built into existing training with relative ease.

**What do you dislike about Learn:Go?**

if Learning Pool had a ready built app, this would make it easier for our staff to access the platform as we can push this to their devices.

**What problems is Learn:Go solving and how is that benefiting you?**

AI is making a massive difference when it comes to us completing our online assessments and ensuring that a national standard in terms of marking these assessments, is achieved.

 ### 16. Solid, Highly Customizable LMS

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Elizabeth D. | Instructional Designer, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 11, 2025

**What do you like best about Learn:Go?**

Learning Pool has been a great asset. It is highly customizable and able to flex around our business structure.

It is easy to navigate for end users.

The support team is responsive and helpful.

**What do you dislike about Learn:Go?**

The backend has a steep learning curve. It's been tricky to learn. Highly Customizable means lots of options to sift through and one unchecked box can throw off a whole process.

**What problems is Learn:Go solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Learning Pool helps us share and assign training quickly and easily with employees at all levels of the organization.

 ### 17. Learning Pool Review

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ashenden W. | Learning and Development Manager, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 16, 2023

**What do you like best about Learn:Go?**

The most useful aspect of Learning Pool is the deep integration of its functionality. The LXP to the Analytics to Automation all works seamlessly to provide L&D Teams with amazing insights

**What do you dislike about Learn:Go?**

Some UX is slightly clunky, Maybe more clicks than necessary but overall no big issues

**What problems is Learn:Go solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Rolling out compliance and blended learning. Ability to report and communicate new modules.

 ### 18. Very helpful customer service

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Retail | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 19, 2025

**What do you like best about Learn:Go?**

The platform has a lot of great features that can really help create a strong learning culture within an organisation

**What do you dislike about Learn:Go?**

If you need custom work to fit your organisation, this can be a little bit difficult. It is very learner led, so if your organisation is just new to building a learning culture, where the manager will lead learning, it can be difficult to set the workflows up correctly.

**What problems is Learn:Go solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We did not have custom industry specific learning previously, however now that we have Adapt we can have very custom learning.

 ### 19. Darnell Ragland - NEW USER

We would like to have the ability to take the performance analytics available in the LMS and utilise them within the LXP.

We use this platform to host all of our corporate learning, including compliance and soft skills training. We also take advantage of its performance management features and use it as a booking system for training courses. The analytics provided are very useful and comprehensive as well.

LP allows us to have a customized LMS to meet our unique needs within a larger academic environment

 ### 28. Learning Pool is great!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kiran M. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 06, 2023

**What do you like best about Learn:Go?**

What I love about Learning Pool is that they are always there when you need them. We have a meeting with our Account Manager every quarter to go over what's going well and what we need assistance with and they let us know of what's new with LP and what to keep our eyes peeled for inc. new features, events, webinars etc. The Support Desk are available all the time when you need them for any help with your account and site, and they are always quick to solve the situation and keep you updated with their progress. The site we have is super user friendly and has recently had a colour scheme change to match coporate colours thanks to LP! As an administrator, I love the ease of creating course pages and editing them to match our themes. Everything is so user-friendly for both 'students' and myself as the administrator. I also love the range of catalogues and collections available, eith constant updates and new versions.

**What do you dislike about Learn:Go?**

There isn't anything that I dislike about Learning Pool, nothing I can mention as a negative point, fault or flaw. Of course pricing is always on everyone's list as everyone in the world wants the best product for the littlest price. But even then I think the price for the service, products and support received is good! So no faults.

**What problems is Learn:Go solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Learning Pool move with the times and are often two steps ahead. Their course catalogues always contain up-to-date information that can be edited to be made more personal to your organisation and they always meet current topics of awareness too. For example, the ED&I catalogue is full of all 'newer' content of things that are more relevant now than they have been and although it's a catalogue that we don't own (yet, hopefully!), the topics are brilliant and current.

 ### 29. SweetTree

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Darren R. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 09, 2023

**What do you like best about Learn:Go?**

The ease of use, it is very easy for our support workers to access and complete, as alot of staff use their phones for their manadatory training which LP allow unlike our last provider, meaning more time for SWs to complete as had to arrange time to come into the office.

**What do you dislike about Learn:Go?**

As im still new to LP i find it hard to fix some of the issues myself meaning i have to go through to the support team, the academy is great but some of the simple fixes are hard to find in the content

**What problems is Learn:Go solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It has allowed us to change the way we onboard new starters by being able to offer a hybrid approach thats limits what we can allow them to see and can focus them on just the learning and modules we need them to do, this has led to quicker onboarding times.

 ### 30. An Important Long-term Partner

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Tim D. | Associate Director for the Office of the General Counsel, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 04, 2022

**What do you like best about Learn:Go?**

When an organisation continues to win round after round of competitive tenders, with different colleagues on each panel, they must be doing something right.

Over the last three years, Learning Pool has become a most competent of trusted learning content learning partners. They are able to take the most difficult and challenging of content and effortlessly transform it into engaging digital content that resonates with the learners and gets translated into action on the job. And all for a very reasonable cost when benchmarked with their competitors.

**What do you dislike about Learn:Go?**

It's hard to dislike working with Learning Pool. If there are issues, then they come up with solutions and are not afraid to challenge along the way and to provide an impartial "check and balance".

**What problems is Learn:Go solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We needed to equip our colleagues with the skills and knowledge to apply some quite complex regulatory and legal requirements to their work, in order to ensure that they can do the job out in the field. Not only did we need to make this as simple as possible, we also needed to make this as accessible as possible, so that it would not be a burden on the job. Through Learning Pool's thorough understanding of our issues and content, combined with their creative learning designs, our new content is meeting these needs.

 ### 31. Working with the best LMS

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Graham M. | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 23, 2023

**What do you like best about Learn:Go?**

Learning Pool supply us with a Learning Management System that meets the needs of our very diverse workforce. Its ease of use makes it ideal for our users who have varying levels of IT skills.

Learning Pool are continually developing new plugins for the site whic have made life so much easier for us as site managers and for our users.

Support from our Account Manager Jane is excellent and we have built up a very good relationship.

**What do you dislike about Learn:Go?**

Some of the additional features have costs attached to them. Being a Local Government Organisation means budgets are tight and we can't always take advantage of them.

**What problems is Learn:Go solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Access to our Learning Resources. Because Learning Pool host our LMS external to the organisation it makes it much easier for our users to access. Reporting is excellent and allows us to generate lots of different reports for all levels of management across the organisation.

 ### 32. Solid LMS with adaptable features.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** James B. | Senior Learning and Development Consultant, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 18, 2023

**What do you like best about Learn:Go?**

- Great support from Account Executives we have worked with over the years has helped to continually improve the offering we are able to give our learners.
- System is adaptable enoug to use in various ways (we use as a multi-tennant site with ring-fenced learning for individual client needs).
- Administering and creating the framework is straight-forward with a reasonable learning curve.
- Reporting tools allow creation and collation of properly useable MI at all levels.

**What do you dislike about Learn:Go?**

There are certain blocks and site assets that would be improved if there was a little more control over their appearance and settings. This can sometimes be restrictive, although we have generally been able to find "workarounds" to get the desired end result.

**What problems is Learn:Go solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The ability to provide individual learning solutions to a now world-wide learner group. We are able to quickly create new orgs and audiences to suit needs.

 ### 33. Excellent customer service

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Government Administration | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 17, 2023

**What do you like best about Learn:Go?**

The team are first class, always on hand to offer support and resolve any queries. It feel like they genuinely have the customer at the heart of what they do. Products are great and easy to use as both an administrator and end user.

**What do you dislike about Learn:Go?**

Nothing! The products are very user friendly. As an administrator for example, the e-learning catalogs available are current and vast which helps when working in a multidisciplinary organisation as I do.

**What problems is Learn:Go solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As a multifaceted organisation we have a lot of varying learner needs. Products such as Adapt builder and the LMS allow us to serve all customers but in a unified manner.

 ### 34. LMS in the care sector

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Katie L. | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 15, 2023

**What do you like best about Learn:Go?**

Great customer service team, on hand to help around the clock, either remotely, on email or phone.
User friendly systems for users of all abilities.
Massive catalogue available.
Many functions.
Latest innovations available.

**What do you dislike about Learn:Go?**

System can sometimes get slow when running reports due to large data Input.
Duplication of functions on system can sometimes be confusing.

**What problems is Learn:Go solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Addressing compliance and making this more efficient across the organisation

 ### 35. Flexible, off the shelf content

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Rachael M. | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 29, 2023

**What do you like best about Learn:Go?**

Through Learning Pool we have been able to streamline the process of developing bespoke, branded elearning content for our new LMS. The service has been extremely helpful and precise throughout, and continues to offer support post sale.

**What do you dislike about Learn:Go?**

Being a social care provider, we require a number of condition specific and technique specific content that isn't part of the current Learning Pool offering so we were left still needing to source content elsewhere.

**What problems is Learn:Go solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have used Learning Pool's content collections to fulfill the basic learning requirements of our business moving into the implementation of our new LMS. With having a limited resource to create in house learning, we have looked to Learning Pool to support us with this.

 ### 36. Great and helpful support

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Government Administration | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 21, 2023

**What do you like best about Learn:Go?**

I really like the Learning Pool academy and their Academy Wednesday podcasts.
Their email support is also fantastic, I always ask a lot of really complicated questions that they're always happy to answer.

**What do you dislike about Learn:Go?**

Theres a few features that are locked down that would be really useful to our product, when introducing new features, they aren't available in the LMS by default you often have to request that support turn them on.

**What problems is Learn:Go solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The Learning Management System (LMS) is great as it helps us keep track of training and other Organisation Workforce Development/Learning and Development requirements throughout the organisation.
It's relatively easy to use, from an end user perspective.

 ### 37. LMS Admin experience (LMS not the LXP)

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Steve M. | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 09, 2023

**What do you like best about Learn:Go?**

Learning Pool LMS allows for a large variety of use cases for our global company for having one central location for all employee learning.

**What do you dislike about Learn:Go?**

It would be very helpful if users (who are not the direct manager) could assign training. The Academy is helpful, but does not answer all questions.

**What problems is Learn:Go solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are able to consolidate from 20+ LMS's down to one central location for all learning and education communication.

 ### 38. Great service, very responsive, and effective.

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Anthony M. | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 09, 2023

**What do you like best about Learn:Go?**

Their customer support team is extremely responsive and helpful.

**What do you dislike about Learn:Go?**

Thier LMS can be a bit confusing at times and quite particular.

**What problems is Learn:Go solving and how is that benefiting you?**

They are providing our organization with an easy way to track, distribute, and deploy eLearning as well as in person training. It has drastically increased staff engagement in training and given us an easy way to track progress and enure staff are certified for their jobs.

 ### 39. Very easy to get used to, works well for us and the club staff that use it

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Olly P. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**What do you like best about Learn:Go?**

The ease of it, we are able to dish out courses and information easily to clubs and internal EFL staff.

**What do you dislike about Learn:Go?**

Just takes sometime to get used to, anytime we have had new administrative staff start it has taken time to get them up to scratch.

**What problems is Learn:Go solving and how is that benefiting you?**

They managed to solve the problem of gettingxAPI linked up.

 ### 40. Super friendly and accommodating team

The grwoth of the company makes it harder to get a single point of contact on a day-to-day basis.

Offering a supported LMS to third parties - Learning Pool take the bulk of support calls, which is a significant differentiator in the market.

**Reviewed Date:** August 09, 2023

**What do you like best about Learn:Go?**

It allows us to monitor our content and run reports to see usage and inform policy

**What do you dislike about Learn:Go?**

Sometimes the content is not as interactive as I would like but that might be down to our experience in designing our courses.

**What problems is Learn:Go solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We operate a service desk for our customers. Learning pool helps us educate our customers in the product we support thereby lessening calls to the Service Desk.

We needed to replace existing e-learning content. We required the ability to amend the content to fit our terminology etc.

**What do you dislike about Learn:Go?**

I haven't found downsides yet! It has been an excellent system.

**What problems is Learn:Go solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The major problem that Learning Pool has helped to solve has been Leadership & Management training - this hadn't been a focus of the organisation and Learning Pool has made it easily accessible.

 ### 48. So great, I've come back with a different organisation!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

Nothing yet... The business development team have been a dream.

**What problems is Learn:Go solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have an incredibly young workforce; the Stream LXP offers tech they are used to using outside of work and at a speed that suits their needs. I'm also confident that the LP tech doesn't stand still; they are constantly innovating, challenging, and supporting their clients to do more.

 ### 49. ELevated service!

Having control of the design of the dashboards and course pages to respond to user feedback. The range of activities that can be used on a course page to create an interesting learning experience.

The behaviour of certifications - learners returned to the original certification pathway when the certification expires without being able to set a period. Difficult to present graphs on dashboards.

**What problems is Learn:Go solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The LMS is helping the organisation to maintain compliance, provide a single source of learning regardless of the content and enable learners to access on a range of devices.
