## About Learn:Go
Learn:Go by Confim (formerly Learning Pool) Learn:Go (formerly Learning Pool Platform) is frontline learning built for the reality of work. It helps organizations get people productive faster, build the skills that matter, and keep learning moving wherever work happens. Because frontline learning can’t wait for people to sit at a desk. With mobile-first, offline learning and simple access on shared devices, Learn puts the right learning in people’s hands when they need it. Role-based pathways help new starters get up to speed from day one, while automated assignments make onboarding and compliance easier to manage. Microlearning helps people build knowledge in the flow of work, without pulling them away from it. But learning is only one piece of the workforce puzzle. As part of Confirm’s Workforce Enablement System (WES), Learn:Go connects learning with engagement and performance. It gives leaders a clearer view of what people know, where capability needs attention, and whether learning is making a difference. So you can move beyond “Did they complete the training?” to the question that matters: “Are they ready to perform?” Learn:Go helps make sure the answer is yes. ## Learn:Go Reviews
  ### 1. Learningpool has helped us to transform our compliance and learning journeys

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sally D. | Learning and Development Lead, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 08, 2022

**What do you like best about Learn:Go?**

I like elucidat read aloud feature but it is frustrating that you have to click in even if you don;t need this to complete the course

**What do you dislike about Learn:Go?**

I do not like elucidat, I have used the AI feature to create content but it doesn't create any components except text, the assessment feature is not as flexibile as adapt and there seems to be less functionality

**What problems is Learn:Go solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Induction including statutory care certificate, off the job/competency based records

  ### 2. Good but Complicated

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Dan R. | Technical Training Manager, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 19, 2025

**What do you like best about Learn:Go?**

The more I get used to using it and learn how to modify it, I am finding I can do most of the things I want and the functionality is there to be able to make it relatively easy for end users to interact with the system.

**What do you dislike about Learn:Go?**

It's just complicated. There is usually a way of doing what I want, but it can be complicated to get it done, or there is a work around, but it's not obvious. Sometimes I have ended up editing HTML to get things as needed, rather than it being out of the box functionality.

**What problems is Learn:Go solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is enabling us to gather data on what people want to learn about, as until this point we have not had that. This will allow us to plan for the future more accurately and hopefully improve our learners engagement in the system.

  ### 3. Decent LMS Platform, Easy to use, and Quite Satisfying. Great Learning Pool Live 2025 this year.

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in E-Learning | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 22, 2025

**What do you like best about Learn:Go?**

Ease of use, customer support available and usually quick to respond, comfortable interface, reporting capabilities, the ability to create the reports I need, schedule reports internally and externally, create and manage audiences, send bulk email communications, customise its appearance, and remix dashboards... and there’s still more to discover!. And great to see Learning Pool has and is integrating AI to its platforms.

**What do you dislike about Learn:Go?**

We have had some significant issues in the past with the LMS not communicating correctly with the LRS. While Learning Pool has put good measures in place to prevent this from happening again, we cannot help but feel a bit 'nervous'—there is always a concern that the system is a bit fragile and this could happen again. Both we and our LMS users frequently encounter the 'LRS not available' message, which is understandably frustrating for them. We check the platform, and most of the time, there is no issue, but this means their learning is not being recorded, or they cannot proceed, and they have to redo the learning. We sometimes receive the same message ourselves, despite having a good Wi-Fi connection. We usually tell users, as per Learning Pool’s advice, that their Wi-Fi connection may be the root cause, but this 'LRS not available' message should not appear so often, if at all.

**What problems is Learn:Go solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We provide a comprehensive eLearning suite to a wide range of Programme Partners and we are able to report on it both internally and externally. We can also provide City & Guilds Assured credentials based on that reporting. We also see new features are being added to the platform, as for instance, the Revert Login button.

  ### 4. CFRS review

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** James B. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 09, 2025

**What do you like best about Learn:Go?**

We’ve been using Learning Pool at Cambridgeshire Fire and Rescue Service, and it’s been excellent. The platform is really flexible and we’ve been able to take it far beyond a standard LMS. With support from the Learning Pool team, we’ve adapted it to record firefighter competencies for risk-critical training and then extract the data to create reports that support performance and assurance.
It’s not something we’ve seen achieved elsewhere, and it’s made a real difference to how we manage and track learning across the organisation. The platform is reliable, adaptable, and the team at Learning Pool have been great to work with throughout.
Would definitely recommend them to other services or organisations looking for more than just an e-learning platform.

**What do you dislike about Learn:Go?**

From my side, as a project lead and end user rather than a developer or learning specialist, I’ve had no issues at all it’s intuitive and easy to navigate.

**What problems is Learn:Go solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Again not applicable

  ### 5. Solid Basic Learning Platform, but Updates and Release Notes Need Better Communication

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Consumer Goods | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 16, 2026

**What do you like best about Learn:Go?**

I think it's a basic learning platform, kind of standalone in this sense with average expected performance.

**What do you dislike about Learn:Go?**

They push updates but don’t communicate the release notes on time or in advance. They also don’t have AI functionality. For me, they aren't an innovative platform and the admin side can be quite cumbersome.

**What problems is Learn:Go solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It’s a learning platform that gives me access to courses, integrates with LinkedIn, and includes communication automation features.

  ### 6. Decent Core Learning Platform, But Updates and UX Need Work

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Consumer Goods | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 28, 2026

**What do you like best about Learn:Go?**

It includes the core functionalities I need in a learning platform.

**What do you dislike about Learn:Go?**

They update their platform without any communication or clear release notes. They also don’t offer some of the more specific functionalities I need. In an AI-driven world, it feels quite basic, and the UX can be cumbersome at times, requiring too many clicks to get things done.

**What problems is Learn:Go solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I feel like they’re consistently trying to improve the way we administer learning, but the process is still quite slow.

  ### 7. Reliable, Flexible, and Essential for Managing Our Learning Offer

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in E-Learning | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 09, 2025

**What do you like best about Learn:Go?**

As a long-term customer of Learning Pool, we've found the platform to be invaluable for managing our eLearning and bespoke content. It’s flexible, easy to use, and allows us to seamlessly track and deliver a variety of training options. The support team is always responsive, making it simple to resolve any issues. Overall, Learning Pool is a reliable, essential tool that helps us streamline and enhance our learning offerings

**What do you dislike about Learn:Go?**

While we’ve had a positive experience, there are a couple of areas for improvement. Customisation options, particularly around reporting and layout, could be more flexible. We’ve also noticed occasional delays with updates or new features. These are small issues, but worth mentioning.

**What problems is Learn:Go solving and how is that benefiting you?**

/

  ### 8. Simple to use, well designed and user friendly

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Higher Education | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 09, 2025

**What do you like best about Learn:Go?**

The platform is simple, well designed and user friendly making it easier to implement and onboard new staff.

Content is faced in an engaging and enticing way encouraging user self exploration and buy-in from day one.

**What do you dislike about Learn:Go?**

Some of the functionality of the LMS and older systems has been lost, which is still of value on a new system - however these are in the roadmap for integration in the future.

**What problems is Learn:Go solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Problems being solved include:
- Lack of user engagement
- Lack of transparency of data for People Managers
- Deeper data analytics making ROI calculations easier
- Provision of a variety of lengths and styles of learning content.

This is freeing the admin team up to spend more time creating engaging content and user experiences to truly improve workplace learning for all staff.

  ### 9. Overall experience is positive, with few changes it will be even better

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** May Y. | Academic Program Specialist, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 11, 2025

**What do you like best about Learn:Go?**

Gamification features really make the course/training more fun!

**What do you dislike about Learn:Go?**

The Adapt course on the Stream platform is loading slower than expected, which may affect the overall user experience.

**What problems is Learn:Go solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Enable the capability to deliver a short online training program to users who do not have a university-issued email address. This functionality would allow broader access to the training content, accommodating external participants, community partners, or other stakeholders who are not part of the university’s internal email system, while still maintaining secure and trackable delivery of the program.

  ### 10. Product review

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Josh M. | Digital Content Specialist, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 09, 2025

**What do you like best about Learn:Go?**

The best thing about the platform is the constant scope and possibility for improvements. They are always open to new ideas and thought, they take them on board, which is great for an environment that is constantly moving.

**What do you dislike about Learn:Go?**

The design elements and display ratios for icons and banners images especially are a bit awkward, as it cut a large portion of the desired image out.

**What problems is Learn:Go solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Gaining a system that is helping to improve a user's experience with a new indepth way of working. With the use of new tools and data.

  ### 11. What a brilliant event?

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** James B. | Learning and Development Coordinator, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 09, 2025

**What do you like best about Learn:Go?**

Lots of different products to plug and play as needed. And a great community of other clients and LP’s experts.

**What do you dislike about Learn:Go?**

Sometimes you can hit a wall with a certain way of working, and while the roadmap is clear, it can be disconcerting if changes you’d like are far off in the distance.

**What problems is Learn:Go solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Skills builder is a great too, allowing our colleagues to start understanding their own skills and allowing them to understand the future skills we need as a business and how they can get there.

  ### 12. Great support, countless possibilities

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Hospital & Health Care | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 10, 2025

**What do you like best about Learn:Go?**

The flexibility and customisation that is possible is great. The support team is always on hand to guide and support me.

**What do you dislike about Learn:Go?**

It’s time consuming to set up and some processes are not very user friendly. Mobile user experience is not great when it comes to e-learning modules from your collections.

**What problems is Learn:Go solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Automations have reduced our administrative tasks which means we can use the time for other more valuable training tasks.
Our events are reaching a wide audience, allowing users autonomy to book themselves on selected courses, improving engagement and knowledge.
Improved reporting and insights on compliance, engagement and ROI.

  ### 13. Great support and services available

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Civic & Social Organization | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 19, 2025

The positive attributes of the platform are how it is able to integrate with other systems and host both learning pool and bespoke content helping to meet the needs of the organisation. The system is easy to use for our employees. The customer support team is always quick to respond and extremely helpful.

**What do you dislike about Learn:Go?**

The launch page and navigation feels outdated and like it could be modernised.

The platform is helping us to provide a wide range of learning for a diverse group of employees

**What do you like best about Learn:Go?**

The Learning Platform is generally really easy to use and to get something working simply is a straightforward process.

**What do you dislike about Learn:Go?**

The various software within the learning pool suite are often quite limited in their capability thus resulting in workarounds for what should be quite simple tasks.

**What problems is Learn:Go solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are a membership organisation whom we supply free online learning experiences to and create bespoke courses available for purchase by the wider public; the LXP is allowing us to do this.

A way to have all compliance, check ins, and learning data in one place

  ### 17. Intuitive and innovative

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

We run accredited Blended Learning programmes for the Nursing Workforce and we host these on the LMS.
These are in 'Infection Prevention and Control', 'Leading Sustainability for Health and socialcare', 'Leadership to Improve Physical and Mental Health'
These are a mix of live virtual sessions in zoom and online resources for students to view as preparotory work before their next live session.
Their assignments are marked by Coventry University and theirfor students submit their assignments to Coventry's system.
We use the discussion group feature for each cohort.
This is allowing us to run 4 cohorts a year for each programme

  ### 20. My Learning pool experience

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Commercial Real Estate | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 09, 2023

**What do you like best about Learn:Go?**

Fantastic support team, relentless helpful support a credit to Learning pool.
Use of programs and certification are well used and relevant.
Webinars and training is ok

**What do you dislike about Learn:Go?**

Catalogues that are not so regularly updated, old content not updated / current
sometime the nitty gritty of set up can leave you scratching you head
some enhancements available however we were not aware they were part of subscription, would like ton adapt site but lots of hands on required by us admin to make it work. more enforced time with customer experience or product coaches to realise our potential in the system and make it sing and dance. however time and input needed from admin to make this happen.
some of the adapt ways of downloading and adapting adapt course is not overly user friendly and quite complex in parts
would like some one on one training to work for our needs

**What problems is Learn:Go solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Mandatory learning
Manager programmes
Project training programmes
team specific programmes
a place to organise, plan and book training site
to record training for use in PDR's

  ### 21. Great customer support & development

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Government Administration | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 09, 2023

**What do you like best about Learn:Go?**

The customer support team are always on hand to answer any question, big or small. They respond quickly with informative and clear instructions. There are a wealth of resources the Academy which are very helpful, along with learning pool live.

**What do you dislike about Learn:Go?**

The reporting function could be better. Although, this may just be that our organisation has not got all of the available plug ins installed. Certificates not reissuing with new completion dates is a major flaw for us.

**What problems is Learn:Go solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Provding a cost effective LMS solution, as well as "off the shelf" courses that are relevant to us which we can tailor to our organisations needs. We're able to develop and deploy courses rapidly to respond to developing organisational needs.

Product usuablity is good with frequent updates and good support.

We have experienced issues with contract levels suddenly disappearing increasing contract costs substantially in addition to the ongoing cost of living increases. I'm sure this is to target new customers, but isn't great for retention of existing customers.

**What problems is Learn:Go solving and how is that benefiting you?**

**What do you dislike about Learn:Go?**

It is not always clear on the modules how to navigate and complete the section.

**What problems is Learn:Go solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Not aware of any

  ### 30. Great support and resources

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Lindsey R. | Head of Operations & Assurance, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 12, 2022

**What do you like best about Learn:Go?**

My experience with the Learning Pool Suite has been very positive. We have used catalogue courses to adapt to our specific needs, which have been a great way to produce new courses quickly. The support team has always been excellent, responsive, and clear instructions; they also always check-up that a problem is resolved

The learning advisor is supportive, keeping us up to date with new resources and updates, which have provided good prompts to adapt our ways or work on getting the best from the system

**What do you dislike about Learn:Go?**

I have struggled to use the updated academy, but I am using course design less and so not as familiar with using the different options

**What problems is Learn:Go solving and how is that benefiting you?**

When we introduced Learning Pool to our organisation, we needed to find quick solutions to getting a set of courses out to the whole organisation and to ensure that we could track training and ensure that everyone completed mandatory courses. Our requirements have developed, but the Suite has enabled us to update, adapt and increase the courses we have, targetting them to specific roles and requirements

  ### 31. Great refresher courses

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Hospitality | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

their modules are clear and easy to follow and engaging. The refresher compliance modules are great and very big-time savers.

**What do you dislike about Learn:Go?**

The service and customer care are very good. Billy is very knowledgeable. Sometimes the training can be a bit corporate for non-computer ready learners.

**What problems is Learn:Go solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Compiance training modules for our office teams.

  ### 32. Great LMS and good customer service

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sean K. | Administrator, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 29, 2022

**What do you like best about Learn:Go?**

A very solid and robust LMS. Our Account Manager and the support team is always quick to respond to questions or issues, even if they aren't urgent. We are very happy with the service we are receiving.

**What do you dislike about Learn:Go?**

We are finding it harder and harder to make design changes and custom pages, even the simplest ones, on our own because access to these functions is blocked. While the development team is always happy to help, we'd prefer to make the easier changes ourselves. And the more complicated ones can get pricey.

**What problems is Learn:Go solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are providing on-demand and asynchronous learning for our volunteers, members, and staff with the LMS. The reporting capabilities of the LMS are outstanding.

IDD CPD and mandatory learning completion and tracking.

  ### 34. Brilliant insight on the product

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Natassha C. | HR & Wellbeing Business Partner, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 14, 2022

**What do you like best about Learn:Go?**

Learning Pool provided a brilliant insight to their product on their event Learning Pool live 2022. It has shown me the great advanced features on things we didnt know was avaliable on the market. The customer service was great and were willing to answer any questions we had. They go the extra mile.
What I liked the best is how it is very well customized.

**What do you dislike about Learn:Go?**

At the moment probably the cost considering the current economy however nothing else I can think of to put me off using the platform.

**What problems is Learn:Go solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Learning Pool are answering my questions and putting mind at ease on how we can better use the platform in our business. Readily avaliable when I need any clarifications. Cant fault them.

  ### 35. Amazing implementation process but numerous issues experienced after going live

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Carolyn E. | Training Coordinator, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 17, 2022

**What do you like best about Learn:Go?**

System is intuitive & support staff are amazing. Implementation was smooth & went according to original timelines.

**What do you dislike about Learn:Go?**

Numerous issues were experienced with courses being downloaded from Adapt which are ongoing, 6 months later.

**What problems is Learn:Go solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Easy reporting on essential learning completion for Chief Operating Group. Provides a platform to use training data to inform decision-making about future learning.

  ### 36. Consistent Service, good learning content

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Duncan H. | L&D Digital Strategy Manager, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 24, 2022

**What do you like best about Learn:Go?**

We have worked with Learning Pool for around 3 years, over this time they have consistently delivered what has been asked, and to a high standard.
We purchase their 'off the shelf' content, and amend this to effectively create custom learning for our colleagues. They work closely with us to understand our needs and requirements, and to ensure these are subsequently fulfilled. Their approach and methodology is robust and proven, and ensures clarity and confidence for all involved.

**What do you dislike about Learn:Go?**

With regards to the products/services we buy, very little.
The only feedback I would give, is that I would like Learning Pool to be a little more proactive in terms of product development and some of the market trends that are seen elsewhere. I am sure there are developments in the market that could help them, and us, enhance learning propositions.

**What problems is Learn:Go solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The content we receive from Learning Pool ensures our people are aware of the legal and regulatory obligations that relate to their role. During our partnership with learning Pool, we have seen engagement with, and and feedback about, our mandatory learning suite improve.

  ### 37. Great Service!

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Health, Wellness and Fitness | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 22, 2022

**What do you like best about Learn:Go?**

Listening and collaboration were good. They made appropriate suggestions, and developed a creative and visually appealing product, with a good understanding of the content and the underlying values.

**What do you dislike about Learn:Go?**

The time frame was difficult to manage, because the organisation is very complex ( NHS). Also, there were a lot of stakeholders who needed to be consulted. I think we should have all thought about this aspect much earlier and planned how to take into account the many people who would need to be involved.

**What problems is Learn:Go solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Learning Pool is helping us to create a product which can be rolled out to many clients and thereby make health information accessible to larger numbers of people sooner than would have been possible before. This will hopefully decrease pressure on the service, and support clients to solve problems before they become entrenched.

  ### 38. Learning Pool LMS

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sharon O. | Employee Development Officer, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 25, 2022

**What do you like best about Learn:Go?**

Learning Pool provide us with an LMS that we can tailor to suit the needs of our employees in a learning organisation. It enables us to ensure training is available at the right time and in the right place to the 15,000 current active users. Support now being available 24/7 is extremely beneficial given the flexibility of working patterns within our organisation – we average 688 learners per day over a 24 hour period.

Due to the ease of using the LMS we can support our Subject Matter Experts to develop engaging courses for the learner. We recently carried out a feedback survey and 94% of learners indicated that they found the system easy to use and rated it, on average, 4 out of 5.

**What do you dislike about Learn:Go?**

It is a shame that with budget constraints we are not always able to fully utilise some good, snazzy features on the LMS due to additional charges.

Unfortunately, over the last couple of years, we have experienced a lot of changes to our account manager which has resulted in us “retelling” our history a few times. This can result in a lack of communication to the customer, however, this is being actively attempted to rectify.

**What problems is Learn:Go solving and how is that benefiting you?**

With such a diverse workforce and large geographical area, face to face learning always had it’s challenges. Online learning has been invaluable not only ensuring training is delivered at the right time, the cost/time saving has been huge (not to mention the reduction in our carbon footprint).

During COVID our online learning was critical in that a large amount of employees were mobilised into the Health and Social Care Service and all had to complete a suite of 11 courses prior to taking up post to ensure they had the skills and knowledge required to work with vulnerable clients. In the absence of an LMS this would have been impossible in the short timeframe available.

  ### 39. Good platform with lots of flexibility but the LMS is under-invested in

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Zahra . | L&D Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 15, 2022

**What do you like best about Learn:Go?**

Range of features. Flexibility to personalise the site to your organisation.

**What do you dislike about Learn:Go?**

Some LMS features need updating/improving. They sound great on paper but the actual feature doesn't follow through to the point of being unusable.

**What problems is Learn:Go solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Getting our learning and data in one place. Simplifying the experience for learners and admins.

  ### 40. A fully functional LMS

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Mustafa K. | Culture and Engagement Consultant, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 11, 2022

**What do you like best about Learn:Go?**

The Learning Pool LMS really enables our staff to self serve and access a wide range of training in many formats. We are able to offer seminar bookings (both face to face and virtual) as well eLearning content meaning we can cater to the vaied needs of our workforce.

**What do you dislike about Learn:Go?**

The one downside of the Learning Pool LMS is that it is so vast with so much potential that it does take time to fully learn the system from an administative point of view. The training on offer is via 'The Academy' which is an online training resource which does not always suit a person's preferred learning style.

**Recommendations to others considering Learn:Go:**

Learning Pool can be configured to reflect your organisation with regard to branding/name/etc. We have named our version 'ILEARN' and our site looks very bespoke to our organisation. If you are considering using Learning Pool, their in house design team can support with this.

**What problems is Learn:Go solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have used Learning Pool to solve many problems with regard to Learning & Development. Being a large organisation with over 3000 members of staff it is vital that we can provide mandatory training (GDPR, Cyber Security, etc) to a wide audience and Learning Pool have enabled us to do this. Another major challenge was the recent shift to 'virutal classroom training' due to Covid restrictions. The Learning Pool system has allowed us to overcome this challenge and still offer face to face trianing to our staff via the use of virtual learning.

**What do you dislike about Learn:Go?**

Sometimes there are too many options on display and simplicity is often the way forward.

  ### 42. Excellent product and service!

**What problems is Learn:Go solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are changing the way we deliver and promote learning & development opportunities to our people, exploring blended approaches, multilingual courses, and the delivery of role-specific programmes and resources.
