**What do you like best about Leadbeam?**

What I like best about Leadbeam is the contact information you receive when you enrich the account you’re prospecting. Sometimes you don’t get all the information you need from a prospect, so this is a big help.

**What do you dislike about Leadbeam?**

I’d really like to see an updated database for new businesses in the area, something like an email blast that highlights businesses opening soon or that have just opened. Also, there are times when a business listed is no longer in the area, so keeping those listings current would be helpful.

**What problems is Leadbeam solving and how is that benefiting you?**

This speeds up my end of day. I can do 30 drop-ins without having to worry about updating the system when I get home, so I don’t need to spend hours at my computer.

**What do you like best about Leadbeam?**

Being able to add all my notes in one place and have them uploaded to Salesforce is amazing! It makes the admin work and end-of-day wrap-up so much easier. Instead of double-entering information, I can stay focused on meaningful follow-up and the action items that matter.

**What do you dislike about Leadbeam?**

This may be less about Leadbeam and more about our internal CRM data, but it becomes difficult when a duplicate account appears even though it isn’t the same account or it’s tied to a different location.

**What problems is Leadbeam solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It’s putting time back into my day and helping me stay more organized while I’m running around and juggling 25+ conversations a day. It also helps me keep my momentum up and move deals along faster. The app is easy to navigate, and it’s simple to enter the information I need.

I love how easy it is to use and it makes organizing my day and keeping track of my accounts a breeze. I can also always get fast reliable help if there are any issues, which is really nice for a mildly technologically challenged person like myself.

I dislike that depending on where I am at and if I am having slower service, it makes the process a lot slower to refresh my accounts.

LeadBeam has helped me save at least an hour a day with logging activity automatically and planning my day out. Very easy to use and gives me a peace of mind while I’m in the field day in and day out!

Haven’t found one thing. It’s more of our outdated crm that makes things clunky at times

Activity logging, creating new leads and accounts within seconds, and the AI tool to find out all the info I need to find for a business in 30 seconds when it used to take me 5 min for each account

How much it cuts down on admin work! I can easily log activities and update notes while I’m on the road, so everything stays organized without having to go back and do it later. It just makes managing my pipeline way more efficient.

Wish that Leadbeam would integrate with reports I pulled on SF instead of just Account List

Ability to quickly see all leads on a map to plan my field visits for the next day

There are outdated businesses listed on the maps feature as well as Enterprise level businesses - once these get fixed it will make every part of the process much faster. 

The maps can become very cluttered in high-volume metropolitan cities making it hard to click on a specific lead - a simple increased zoom feature could fix this or maybe a feature when you click on a specific cluster to then pull up a list view of those leads within the cluster

Some bug issues - but the team has been amazing at getting those fixed extremely quickly

**What problems is Leadbeam solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Leadbeam has been a fantastic tool to help save admin time and more efficiently plan my field routes. I used to take so much time planning routes for the next day to do field visits by gathering data from salesforce reports, google maps, google searches etc. With Leadbeam, I have been able to cut that time in half by quickly using their map feature to find all the businesses I need to reach out to in one place and then optimize that route based on my location and the locations of all of those visits. This drastically reduces planning time and windshield time when trying to navigate my routes for the day. Leadbeam has also saved me a lot of time on creating leads and logging field visit through it's salesforce integration making it extremely easy with the click of a few buttons. The app is very easy to use (after you play around with it for a day, it becomes second nature). The customer support has been nothing short of exceptional. Everyone on the team is extremely responsive and I have been shocked at how fast they have implemented our feedback. With the plans for where the app is headed and the updates to come, I see this as an invaluable tool for any Field Sales organization

**What do you like best about Leadbeam?**

Leadbeam has been very easy to adopt, which is not the case for most B2B tools that I roll out as a RevOps leader. It was pretty easy to get reps to use it on a daily basis. Most importantly: It's been a game-changer for the field sales team as far as getting leads into Salesforce in an efficient way, saving them tons of time on the computer at the end of the day. The Leadbeam support team is unparalleled when it comes to helping with getting Salesforce lists loaded, and they're always seeking feedback and adjusting the tool based on the actual users' input.

**What do you dislike about Leadbeam?**

It's hard to find fault with Leadbeam. The product is new, which means the team is small, but they've never missed a question from our reps in our joint Slack channel. It remains to be seen how a small team can scale that support level, but based on the initial success of the tool, I have no doubt they'll figure out a smart way to do it.

**What problems is Leadbeam solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It allows field sales reps to enter leads efficiently, which means a ton of saved time, reduced errors, and fewer missed opportunities. It's also allowed the team to easily plan their day with the Leadbeam Maps function, which means they're not wasting time trying to plan routes on their own.

Huge fan of LeadBeam and especially the support I’ve gotten from the Founder Gabe. Having an amazing and smooth product is one thing, having the support and attention to detail with diagnosing solutions or simply answering questions is what really makes this experience go and flow. I highly recommend and it has indeed made my days run smoother when otherwise I would spend more time figuring out where to go or how far the next studio is. Overall stellar product with immense upside for field.

It’s hard to say dislike when it’s been a great tool so far. Just basic adoption I guess - like anything else it only really works if you use it - so use it!

I’m unable to log in at the opportunity or account level, and I’m not sure I’ve fully understood how to use this properly.

Saving time! It cuts down lead creation and field-visit logging time by at least 50% compared with Salesforce mobile or Salesforce desktop.

Leadbeam has given me time back in my life at the end of the day.  Its been an absolute game changer.  I used to spend 2 hours at night logging a days worth of activity.  This is now done in seconds in between stops.  Viewing past activity and notes on the fly before walking into a place has really helped the sales process.

The interface is straightforward and user-friendly, making navigation a breeze. Before switching to Leadbeam, I was using Slack Elevate and Geopoint, but the transition to Leadbeam was smooth and effortless. The Leadbeam team has also been a pleasure to work with—they are receptive to feedback and respond quickly whenever someone suggests new features for the app.

**What do you dislike about Leadbeam?**

I've observed that the routing feature is currently limited to 24 locations. While I don't use this tool frequently myself, I can understand how increasing the limit could be beneficial for other users.

Leadbeam has made it much simpler for me to enter leads into the CRM while I'm on the move. It allows me to get more work done out in the field and reduces the amount of administrative tasks I need to handle once I get home.

I’m easily saving over an hour a day with this tool. That adds up to around 5–7 hours a week simply because it’s so quick and intuitive to use. It frees me up to focus more on strategic work with my accounts instead of getting stuck in daily admin tasks.

The thing I like least about LeadBeam is that it still requires regular manual input to keep the funnel healthy.

I genuinely think this is a must-have tool when you’re first getting started at because of the amount of daily touches that need to be handled. Things do taper off, but to keep your funnel healthy, you’ll still want to consistently feed LeadBeam.

While it is a new product and there have been limited stumbling blocks at the outset, the support needed has always been there to help overcome any issues.

LeadBeam makes logging activity in the field extremely fast and efficient. When synced with salesforce it’s the best way I’ve seen too monitor, log, and follow up on activity in the field.

**What do you dislike about Leadbeam?**

Not very much. LeadBeam support was very proactive and willing to work or update the app to make it more user friendly in a field sales role

The Leadbeam team gave us lots of support when setting up the tool, making the rollout relatively pain-free. Our reps get a lot of value from Leadbeam and I would recommend it to any org with a field sales department.

Occasionally, reps have complained about inaccuracies with the speech-to-text fill of the lead fields. However, this is rare and could be user error - the rep feedback on the tool has been extremely positive overall.

Leadbeam allows our field sales reps to quickly prospect details into our CRM without sitting down to punch all this data in on their laptop. This has resulted in more complete and more accurate date flowing into our CRM. Additionally, Leadbeam is helping reps identify new areas to canvas based on what industries have done well for us in the past.

LeadBeam has been one of the best softwares I've ever used in the working field, especially in a sales role. 
The key contribution LeadBeam has push through other competitors is the efficiency, simplicity and cutting edge software. 
As a door to door sales rep, we go from business to business and with LeadBeam, we don't need to stop the flow to input leads or information. We can either write the info, take a picture of a business card, or use voice dictation tech to input our information. 
I use it every single day and prefer this method over salesforce

Honestly.... there isn't really anything. 
If there are issues, or ideas we need to implement on the software, their service department takes these concerns and ideas very seriously and the turnover time is remarkable

The voice to text feature has been my favorite. Makes canvassing easier and is accurate 90% of the time. I am also a huge fan of the map feature. It makes it super easy to use and Gabe is great at helping with any questions.

My only complaint is that the photo feature may take some time to process but that may very be my fault as service can be spotty.

The ease of being able to create and notate from simple voice commands in my normal language. The customer support is top notch, was able to immediately start using after the 20 min integration call.

**What do you dislike about Leadbeam?**

It's an early product, so there are some roadmap features around mapping that aren't as intuitive as it will be down the road.

**What problems is Leadbeam solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I'll make hundreds of stop in a week, and would need to manually create and type notes in HubSpot which took a long time. This is a simple voice command for everything which I can do while driving to my next stop.

**What do you like best about Leadbeam?**

What I find saves me the most amount of time is the ability to upload pictures of business cards on leadbeam. Instead of having to individually enter every little piece of information on salesforce, I can just upload a picture and I'm done!

**What do you dislike about Leadbeam?**

The downside about using leadbeam is that at this time, you cannot create an oppurtunity from a lead within the app, however I hear that feature is coming in the future.

**What problems is Leadbeam solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Leadbeam is helping me save time by entering in all of my leads and activity at the end of each day. Now I can save information on the go!

**What do you like best about Leadbeam?**

The best part about lead beam is the ability to quick save leads on the fly. Makes my day a lot easier and saves me so much time at the end of the day manually entering into Salesforce

Nothing so far. The product has been fantastic

**What do you like best about Leadbeam?**

I love that LeadBeam allows me to log quickly and effectively while out in the field, without having to go through the process of logging into salesforce.  Also, whenever I have any sort of technical issue, I can rely on a very fast response time from Gabe!

**What do you dislike about Leadbeam?**

Only downside is needing to re-authorize salesforce daily.

**What problems is Leadbeam solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It's allowing me to log data while out in the field, so that upper management can accurately pinpoint what is working when and where and it prevents me from missing any touch points when I log at the end of the work day.

It takes a little bit of my battery  charge during the eday, but it's alright

To keep track of everything and at the end of the day everything (all the info) is in salesforce
