The ease and speed of usage for our reps.

Honestly, Very little. Excited to see how far it can go in the next 6/12/18 months and beyond.

Day to day administration for the field sales function. Reducing the pain of manual logging post meeting.

**What do you like best about Leadbeam?**

The voice to text feature has been my favorite. Makes canvassing easier and is accurate 90% of the time. I am also a huge fan of the map feature. It makes it super easy to use and Gabe is great at helping with any questions.

**What do you dislike about Leadbeam?**

My only complaint is that the photo feature may take some time to process but that may very be my fault as service can be spotty.

**What problems is Leadbeam solving and how is that benefiting you?**

having to manually input all my leads in salesforce was our problem. This allows us flexibility and allows us to canvass faster.

**What do you like best about Leadbeam?**

LeadBeam has made my work life so much easier, from prospecting to converting deals into opportunities to planning routes for my day. All round just an amazing tool and saves me hours of time each week.

**What do you dislike about Leadbeam?**

Nothing, sometimes typing can lag a little bit depending on the area I’m in. But this could be due to the WiFi connection being poor

**What problems is Leadbeam solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Saves me a lot of time when I’m working in the field. Also prospecting via voice is incredible

**What do you like best about Leadbeam?**

The ease of being able to create and notate from simple voice commands in my normal language. The customer support is top notch, was able to immediately start using after the 20 min integration call.

**What do you dislike about Leadbeam?**

It's an early product, so there are some roadmap features around mapping that aren't as intuitive as it will be down the road.

**What problems is Leadbeam solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I'll make hundreds of stop in a week, and would need to manually create and type notes in HubSpot which took a long time. This is a simple voice command for everything which I can do while driving to my next stop.

**What do you like best about Leadbeam?**

What I find saves me the most amount of time is the ability to upload pictures of business cards on leadbeam. Instead of having to individually enter every little piece of information on salesforce, I can just upload a picture and I'm done!

**What do you dislike about Leadbeam?**

The downside about using leadbeam is that at this time, you cannot create an oppurtunity from a lead within the app, however I hear that feature is coming in the future.

**What problems is Leadbeam solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Leadbeam is helping me save time by entering in all of my leads and activity at the end of each day. Now I can save information on the go!

The best part about lead beam is the ability to quick save leads on the fly. Makes my day a lot easier and saves me so much time at the end of the day manually entering into Salesforce

I love that LeadBeam allows me to log quickly and effectively while out in the field, without having to go through the process of logging into salesforce.  Also, whenever I have any sort of technical issue, I can rely on a very fast response time from Gabe!

**What do you dislike about Leadbeam?**

Only downside is needing to re-authorize salesforce daily.

**What problems is Leadbeam solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It's allowing me to log data while out in the field, so that upper management can accurately pinpoint what is working when and where and it prevents me from missing any touch points when I log at the end of the work day.

What I love most about Leadbeam is how effortless it makes updating CRM data. I used to spend so much time after meetings entering notes and updating info manually. Now, it’s all automatic and happens in real-time, which frees up my time for actual selling and client interactions.

**What do you dislike about Leadbeam?**

Nothing much as of now.  I have used the system for a relative period of time and it's seem like the right solution.

Before Leadbeam, I was drowning in admin work. CRM updates after every meeting, trying to keep track of everything. Now I can update everything on the go using my phone. It’s a huge time-saver and makes everything more accurate. I am spending less time on data entry and more time focusing on sales, which has led to me closing more deals and feeling more confident in my forecasts.

I don’t have to waste time manually updating the CRM after every meeting. I can just talk into the app, and it logs everything for me. The location tracking and follow-up scheduler also help me stay on top of things.

**What do you dislike about Leadbeam?**

Some of the settings could be easier to find, but overall, it does what I need.

**What problems is Leadbeam solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before using Leadbeam, I would forget to log details after meetings or put it off for later, which led to gaps in my CRM. Now, everything is recorded instantly, and I don’t have to scramble for notes before the next follow-up. It has helped me keep my pipeline more organized and close deals faster.

Leadbeam allows the indiviudal sales rep to track everything on the go. CRM's can be alot and annoying. Leadbeam makes everything seamless when uploading new leads, tracking them, and the entire lifecycle of the sale.

Leadbeam is as good as the CRM you are using! If anything, it really helps makes your CRM more user friendly.

Leadbeam is simple to use and a game-changer for the field sales and implementation teams. The team at Leadbeam is great. They bespoke our onboarding and listened to all my feedback and feature requests. The tool can be integrated in both Salesforce and Hubspot, which was a must for me.

**What do you dislike about Leadbeam?**

Nothing as the team at Leadbeam always made sure that any potential bug was looked after and fixed asap.

**What problems is Leadbeam solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Data hygiene and management has always been a pain point until the implementation of leadbeam. From now on, just press record during the meeting/demo and leadbeam will make sure to push the right information in the right place in your CRm.

Lead beam helps save me so much time on salesforce from logging in all my leads. Helps with logging calls and checkin as well. Honestly, without leadbeam.. my work life balance would be hell. Highly recommend to any AE's.

Nothing tbh. Everything has been smooth. Well, having to relogin every once and a while is a drag but that every single work site.

The fast upload and auto generation of my leads from photos to business card snaps and to on the go moments. Keeps everything fast and smooth to continue working.

I love how easy it is to add leads into Salesforce through Leadbeam. Whether I'm on the go or in my office at home, adding leads through leadbeam saves so much time.

The things I disliked about Leadbeam have already been fixed in prior updates!

I no longer have to do admin work when I get home after a long day in the field. I can just add leads, make notes/changes, etc. all from the app while I'm in the field. It's awesome!

Leadbeam is fast and effective and allows me to quickly input the data I need to be efficient at my job.

Sometimes the text types slowly, and duplicate leads can be annoying

Leadbeam is much quicker than typing directly into salesforce and saves so much time with voice to text

Leadbeam is incredibly easy to use and has saved me a ton of time. Their team is always prepared to go above and beyond to make sure that we have a great experience.

I haven't had an issues that have arisen.

**What problems is Leadbeam solving and how is that benefiting you?**

No matter what startup you are at, everyone has CRM issues. We are constantly in the field meeting with clients or at conferences. Leadbeam has helped us stay organized and up-to-date on all of our CRM notes and follow ups.

**What do you like best about Leadbeam?**

Being able to log calls and details on-the-go helps my productivity and just saves me so much time on the field. I love that I dont have to schedule an additional 2 hours every evening to log information because I am able to voice record meeting details the moment I step outside.

Nothing at all, this platform is a MUST!!!

Time-management and call logging on-the-go.

sometimes it lags and disconnects from salesforce. they keyboard also lags sometimes

salesforce takes forever to log information and set next action dates and adding new leads. Leadbeam makes the processes of adding info and new businesses way easier and saves me time

Cuts my CRM time dramatically. Makes it very easy to enter in new contacts and meetings

Can sometimes cut off important info in the summary and I have to go back and manually enter
