What do you like best about Leadbeam?

The Leadbeam team gave us lots of support when setting up the tool, making the rollout relatively pain-free. Our reps get a lot of value from Leadbeam and I would recommend it to any org with a field sales department. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Leadbeam?

Occasionally, reps have complained about inaccuracies with the speech-to-text fill of the lead fields. However, this is rare and could be user error - the rep feedback on the tool has been extremely positive overall. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Leadbeam?

LeadBeam has been a complete game-changer for me as a sales rep at Floral Image. The ability to log voice notes, upload photos, and automatically capture lead data while I’m out in the field has saved me hours every week.

It’s helped me stay organized, follow up more effectively, and spend more time focused on clients instead of admin work. It truly feels like having a personal assistant in my pocket.

What do you like best about Leadbeam?

I like how easy it makes logging calls on the fly. It saves me countless hours of admin work and keeps everything organized without interrupting my workflow Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The only downside I’ve noticed is that the data in the maps feature isn’t always up to date. I’d love to see more frequent refreshes so new businesses in the area are added sooner. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Leadbeam?

I’m constantly on the road meeting restaurant owners, and this tool makes it super easy to update notes, add new leads, and make quick adjustments on the go.

What do you like best about Leadbeam?

It saves time when adding in leads, especially when you can take a photo of a business card you have and the necessary fields get filled in accurately and instantaneously. Also, mapping your leads is easier by not needing an exact address, just company name, and it instantly gives you the distance between you and that location.
